The employees of Clear Water Research were positive and helpful

The presentation was great; confirmed my suspicions about my home's water and there was no hard sell at all. Installation team was prompt, courteous and out of the house in good time after explaining the system to me and answering my questions.

Robin (field service) was VERY informative and taught me a lot about our water and how Clear Water Solutions.

Was somewhat interested in what our water quality was like. A representative approached us at Home Depot and offered a $20 gift card to come test our water. At that time saying it would take 20 minutes. The lady who came to do the test was nice. Our water was absolutely terrible according to the many tests. The test took an actual 2 hours to complete. Something we were not prepared for. After hearing how much the water purification would cost, we kindly declined. The lady tester called her supervisor and told him we were not interested at this time. It became a huge pushy sales pitch at that time. Trying to get us to buy it! No thank you! They also wanted referrals...I'm sorry I would not refer them to anybody I knew.

The entire team, water testing and installation, was on point. No hesitation when asked questions and willing to pursue answers if they didn't know. They showed up when they were supposed to,and worked around an unexpected schedule change. They cleaned up the space after the job was done.

Team was friendly and professional. The demonstration that Robin provided was eye opening and very informative.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Robin was very patience in explaining each procedure and giving us details. Very willing to to answer questions. NO hard sell, a pleasure to work with and very willing to help us consider various alternatives and assisted us to determine what would work best for us. We ended up buying just the drinking water system and are please the product

They offered a $20.00 gift card to come out and "test the water". Although, it was in reality a 2 hour sales pitch on a water filtration system. Should have known, but sat through the sales pitch. The salesman was polite, friendly, and respectful of our house (taking off shoes when coming in, etc).
However, at the end he definitely became very "salesman", offering "deals" and calling his manager to "see what he could do for us". We were polite but firm and he wrapped up. Not sure about the science in general, but again, the salesman was polite and friendly. No complaints about him.

Kara and Korrie from Clear Water Research were both very customer-oriented and professional in setting up our appointment for water quality testing. Korrie spent a lot of time performing the tests and explaining them very well to us.

We enjoyed our in home water testing visit by Annete H. the other night. The demonstration was very informative and was fun. Though we weren't expecting a sales pitch, it's good to know how bad our water is and what options we have to keep us healthy in the future. They were nice and very professional with the demonstration and had a time slot that worked with out busy schedule.

I was very impressed with Robin who tested the water in my home. He was so professional, yet friendly and knowledgeable about the testing and quality of water. I had a very positive experience and would recommend Robin and Clear water to anyone.

Very professional and knowledgable. Robin showed up exactly when the schedulers said he would and provided an in depth free analysis of my mains water, explaining every test along the way.

Jake did an exceptional job in educating my husband and I about water quality and filtration systems. We definitely learned a few things we didn't before! He was very professional and if we hadn't already has a filtration system we would absolutely consider one from him!
