Clear Skies owes me a refund for #139.27. I ordered a $.95 bottle of Hemp Oil only. No attached information for anything else on 9-21-18.
On September 21-1918, I ordered a Hemp Oil from Clearskies. The advertisement only had in it a cost for the $4.95 for the oil. However, Clearskies debited my account on 2 other occasions. 10-5-19, for $89.95 and 10-21-18 for 44.37. I sent numerous emails and made numerous calls to discuss this situation and to no avail, did not get my money back. After such failure from the representatives, I researched and got the address in Odessa, FL 33556. I sent one package of my emails and letters to them, but it came back. I am including some of the files of information I have sent to Clearskies in the package mailed to hopefully get my monies reimbursed into my bank account. I have not included all of them due to the time restraint I have to process this complaint. I will look at what I sent in this one and send the others in another continued complaint.

I want a refund of $139.27 disbursed back into my Delta Community Credit Union account.

The company will not answer the phone to cancel my account. I am being charged monthly for the shipments I am no longer interested in.

They only want to refund for one bottle after charging me for 2 it has been over a week and no refund and they have both bottles
I was charged in April and May. It was only supposed to be $4.95 for shipping and risk free. My bank card was used and I am thankful that I had enough money in my account at that time.

I want a refund for both bottles that I returned and they signed for to accept the package. They want to only refund me for one bottle and keep both bottles. How can they keep my money and the product. I don't want the product. Both bottles were unopened.

I ordered CBD oil there were hidden messages regarding returns...customers have to have an "RNA" number to return they sent me horrible gummies (loaded with food additives, food colors,) that I did not order they sent me automatic shipments I did not order I returned it all they claim they did not get the entire shipment back (I spent $35 UPS to send it back) and have the tracking number which shows product was delivered they STILL claim they did not get the package!!! then, they offered me, on a $199 order, 15% refund on one bottle!!! I had my credit card reverse the charges they claim they are legal in not refunding me because I did not send their RNA number (whatever that is) and they also want to charge customers a $7 restocking fee for each bottle the representative threatend me by stating that all of the RNA return information was on the web page THE Revdex.com has warned them that their page is vague and hard to read and deceptive Seems they don't care they have multiple names for their cbd product, about 5 different names with same mailing address They are criminals and extremely hard to deal with...VERY SLIMY.....beware! Jasmine no option for 0 star rating but should be MINUS A TRILLION STARS

Deceptive auto-subscription practices. Trial period not long enough to determine product effectiveness. Refund requested for initial purchase.
Purchased trial offer of product from ClearSkies Facebook ad. Didn't received product til 6 days after shipment. Didn't contact CS until additional charges, totallying $188.74 were made to my credit card. Their customer service rep then explained that I had an auto-subscription because I didn't cancel within the 14 day trial period (10 day trial & 4 day S&H). I explained I wasn't satisfied with the product & wanted refund. I didn't follow their rules so now they say I can't get a refund even tho I'm not satisfied with the product. Being an old-school senior citizen, I always thought the customer is always right. The customer service reps with their foreign accents are difficult to understand & sound like they're reading from a script when you call to complain. They don't care & don't really empathize, but they will forward the complaint to corporate. In the meantime, I was told to email my complaint to their "support" dept. which I promptly did. Internet companies are preying on the public with their deceptive practices....BUYER BEWARE! All I want is a refund; it can't be that hard.

I signed up through facebook for a free trial of oil that was authorized to charge a shipping and handling fee from my account. Then I received product fine, then a week later they charge an unauthorized amount of 89.00 dollars from my account. Ive sent them an email from an contact us page I found trying to look the company up. I dont care about the 89.00 dollars but I want to make sure they dont take any more money out of my account and I have no way to make the contact me.

As with several other issues here about Clear Skies, my bank account was also charged $89 plus. Thankfully my bank reversed the charge. Shame on this company for scamming unsuspecting customers.

I sincerely hope they get prosecuted and shut down for false advertisements.

Other (requires explanation) I hope companies would CLEARLY (no pun intended) state if customer has an option for auto-subscription and not hide these wordings. It is clearly a scam, otherwise you won't have these many written complaints (I feel sorry for those who are unaware of these charges).

BUYERS BEWARE! They are an auto-subscription service! This company sent an email for a trial order. I went and requested the sample and got it without a problem. All of a sudden I get 2 charges on my credit card from them. After a long phone call I was told that since I did not opt out of the subscription in 14 days it becomes an auto subscription! This is not stated anywhere- not on their website, terms conditions and policies nor when you are confirming and ordering the "sample".
I have gone through and read all the terms, conditions, and policies that are shown on the company website and there is nothing about it becoming an auto-subscription. There is nothing that is shown when you are purchasing it or checking out because I duplicated the process to make sure I didn't miss it. It is simply not there!!! So when I attempted to get a refund on the sample I did order and the one they decided to throw in my account I called and followed the return policy to the point that I even ordered the delivery confirmation card to be mailed back to me showing they received it. I have called them several times and have NEVER gotten a REFUND! I tried to cancel the transaction through my credit card and they promptly rebilled my card in a few days!!! I'm not sure how they can do that since now I have paid 3 Times for something I have evidence of them receiving everything back!!!

My husband sent away for the samples and before the time limit he tried to call to cancel no one would answer the phone, them he E-Mailed them still no answer. We were billed for 2 more products, but didn't get anything. Called again finally got someone on the phone to cancel and told them about the charges for more. They said they would cancel his account, well charged him 2 more times for a no show product. He called again to complain and low and behold he received a package, he promptly sent it back certified mail. He received a e-mail stating the did get the return, guess what we were charged again for 2 products. I have been fighting this company since August 2018, with all of the phone calls to my credit card company and Clear Skies I lost track. Clear Skies said they credited my account, but my credit card company said they didn't. I found out a couple days ago from Allie at Clear Skies that the company LIED to me about the credit to my account.

need RMA for refund-what is a RMA?
order FREE bottle of oil. Was sent two more ttbottles th at was ordered and was charged to my cc#. Was never given my acct # or given permission to have it taken from my acct.How can this happen? I did not order any more after the FREE bottle because it did not do as advertised! I am 80 yrs old on SS and this $180.00 is needed.

I did business only with your company. Your company gave me the cancellation numbers for both capsules and oil which I provided in my email.

Both items were advertised together.
Both offered free trial..$4.95 shipping charge. which I paid.
I cancelled future shipments well before 30
days.
Charges were put thru after cancellation and no product was shipped.

Dates listed for charges/reverse charges.

Info on internet and from my bank indicate this is a scam. I have all emails and bank statements re this matter.

I ordered a free trial Hemp oil days later it was automatically change to a full order where they billed monthly.
The practice of going from a free trial to paying full price in a 14 day window is designed to catch an unsuspecting consumer. Trial started Sep. 20th 2018 order # XXXXX for Hemp Oil Tincture $4.95.
Fourteen days later free trial turned into a full subscription order # XXXXX meaning paying full price $89.95 also they added Hemp oil capsules order # XXXXX that I did not order $88.74 these products did nothing for me, didn't work as claimed.

Signed up for a trial of their CBD oil. Oil was not what was stated I would receive. I tried to cancel but twice they still charged me and sent me the product. I returned the package unopened and never received a refund. I had to dispute the charges with my bank.

I'm concerned now that they are billing me $89.95 and I received product 'Hemp Oil CBD Tincture' but I was in ICU/on respirator for 5wees with end stage liver failure and when I got my wits about me again, saw these 2 $89.95 charges. I emailed their support and gave an address to send product back, but I have no idea if this Return and RMA number they gave is even going to result in a CREDIT being given. They also limited me to returning the last shipment only, but I NEVER asked for the 1st or 2nd Shipment. Time will tell. I may send back product, but fear will never see a refund.

Refund 2 charges of $89.95 (billed to my card under JDHealth as merchant name), but first $4.95 was from ClearSkiesCDB. That's what I wanted, to try the product and pay the $4.95 and willing to pay that, so just refund the 2 other shipment that I did not sign on to (and the fact I ended up in ICU (NOT related to the product), but was not home for 5-7 weeks to see these shipments had arrived. AFTER the fact, this totally looks like a con game.

This company charges my account for 89.95 for a product that I never received and even told me the address where it WAS sent! I'm requesting a refund for product I NEVER Ordered and NEVER received. When I called the number I was told an email would be sent to me regarding information about my request. So far, it's been 3 days and still no answer!

An email was sent to the customer on 11/12/18 informing her that her refund request had been granted and refund was issued on 11/12/18 due to an incorrect shipping address.

I gave it a try, didn't get the results they claimed I would. So tried numerous time to call, only to get hung up on. So tried emailing the address give, only to get bounced back as undeliverable. Got second shipment, tried all over again with calling and email, again only hung up on and undeliverable. So I returned second shipment and requested signature for return. But appears mailman delivered but no proof signature. I would like a refund, but probably won't get one. Just another scam.

No notification that this was a subscription trial that needed to be cancelled.
I followed an ad from Facebook for some CBD oil because I have been experiencing some medical issues and I thought it might help. The ad was for a free sample for only the cost of shipping. I have learned my lessons over the years and looked for any hint that they might try to send me future shipments. I could find nothing. I had filled in my name and information to see what the shipping charges would be and saw that it was only $4.95. I did not have my card handy at the time so I left the site.

I then received an email saying my free trial was waiting for me and I followed the email link to complete the purchase. Again not seeing any kind of notification of a subscription.

I received an invoice receipt showing the charge of the $4.95 in my email shortly thereafter, again with no notice of any kind of subscription. This was on October 7th.

A couple weeks later I received my package but did not open it. I left it sit on the table until I felt like I had time to go over how to use it best.

Before even opening the package, I get a charge in my bank account for $89.95 and a receipt in my email on November 2nd for the charge along with a link at the top of the invoice saying click here for more information about your subscription. When I clicked on the link, it talks about the 14 day trial and that I have to call to cancel or there will be a charge for $89.95.

Why wasn't that link at the top of the first invoice so I knew I could realize that this was some kind of subscription and that I would need to call to cancel??

I'll tell you why - so they can scam $89.95 out of everyone who orders a free bottle. This is totally unethical and deceptive and they know it. I called their number and 5 calls were disconnected. I called them one more time after waiting a while and was told there was nothing they would do because the 14 day passed. They could care less that the information was hidden until it was too late. They said they would cancel future shipments and that was all they could do. The charge is still a pending charge on my account. I'm sure they could still cancel it if they wanted to.

This is very Wrong!

Oh, and by the way - if you now try to go to clearskies website and click on rush my trial, you get Cannabliss CBD instead of Clear Skies.

I want a refund of the $89.95. and a call tag to return the product if they want it back.

It is stated in our terms and conditions on our site that if you do not cancel prior to your trial ending you will be charged for the product you have already received. Since the customer did not cancel prior to the trial ending they were charged and no refund is due. As for the website, if you visit *** which takes you to the cannabliss product the customer referenced is not our website. Our website is *** and the terms and conditions can be found there.
