Cancelled free trial and still charged twice
On August 25 I ordered a free trial of cbd oil from this company. On September 5 I received the trial and emailed to cancel the subscription on sept 6. I then was charged $89.95 on September 11. I called and was told three person I was talking to was unable to do regions but he would pass on my info and cancel my account. I never heard back and was not refunded. Again on sept 27 I was charged again. Called again and was told the same thing. I cancelled my card so I would not be charged again. I still have not heard from them out been refunded and money and have not received any products.

Refund for 2 charges of $89 95 each

No way am I falling for this "free 14-day trial" scam from ClearSkies CBD Oil again. Their offer was nothing but a money grabbing SCAM. I tried it, and tried canceling my sub 3 TIMES on the 11th day of my trial, twice through their online form where it says I can cancel through it, and once via email using their email address. Turns out they don't even have a quality support system as all 3 attempts ended up getting bounced back to me citing that their disk space a full and could not accept any emails/messages. Then on the 14th day, they still billed me for another $89 for another 30 supply. I called them explaining the situation and they said they wouldn't do anything about the situation. This is Grade-A money grab and they know it. I will be taking up this issues with whomever I need to to get my $$$ back, be it here through the Revdex.com, or just simply letting everyone aware of this company at every site I can come up with. Do yourself a favor and do not do any business with companies like this.

I got a email this month saying I ordered a second bottle but I never did it charged $89.95 after ordering one bottle for only $6 that was like over a month ago why would I make a order again and especially for that much I need a refund we are a poor family that don't deserve this not to mention it's my boyfriends card he was nice enough to buy me a bottle I tried calling the #and it's fake plus they lied they never said it was a subscription what a scam

When the customer placed the order the agreed to the terms and conditions which outlined how the trial worked. Since the customer did not cancel prior to the October month billing they were sent and billed for the product. If the customer would like to returned the unopened product they can call or email us for a RMA number prior to 11/8/18 and we would be happy to assist them. I also have just called the number that is listed on our product bottles and it is working just fine.

I have never heard of this scam of a business nor will I ever deal with a company that breaks Federal law. I never signed up for the email and never would. Any company like this is should NOT BE TRUSTED.their product is probably garbage.

I want to know where they got my addresses from, why they ignore unsubscribe requests, why they send illegal email. I do not want to hear "We have added *** to our global email list. They should try reading the Can Spam Act & obey them. I called them & all they could say is "What is your full name so I can pull up your account". I kept telling them I do not have an account. Again "What is your full name so I can pull up your account". Claimed there was no one else I could speak with.

I was on Facebook and I found this company's page. They had a post on their page that if you call and order their Hemp oil capsules that consumers would only have to pay shipping and handling. I called them on 9/15/18 to place an order. They told me I would be only be charged $4.95. They told me I was placed on a 30 free trial and I would need to call them before the free trial was over to cancel any future calls. I checked my account on 10/1 and it was overdrawn because this company had charged me $89.95. I called and their rep told me that they had taken the money out 15 days too soon. I never used the product. The rep told me I would be refunded in 7-10 days. I tried to call them on 10/3 to let them know that I received another overdraft fee. Their phone number was disconnected.

Other (requires explanation) I would like a refund of $89.95 and to be reimbursed for the overdraft fees.

Applied for a free trial of Clearskies CBD Oil. Within 2 weeks there were charges taken out of my bank account twice. I have working with my bank.
On August 27, 2018, I saw an ad for a free trial of Clearskies CBD Oil. I received the free trial of the Clearskies CBD Oil and also some cream they sent with the CBD Oil. Within two weeks my bank account got charged for $89.95 and $88.74 for products I did not order. I went to my bank to put on a stop payment. The bank changed my account number. Two weeks later there were the same two $89.95 and $88.74 charges on my new account. I went to the bank and they were surprised that Clearskies, AB Web, LLC, had access to this account. The bank put in a dispute and gave me a new account number. After the first charges showed up on my account, I tried to email the Company and didn't hear back from them. After the first charges appeared on my account, I called them and the phone just rang and no one picked up. I sent them an email telling them they had no right to place the charges on my account without my authorization. After the second charges appeared on my second bank account, I tried to call them. I reached a person and in no uncertain words I told them they had no right to put charges on a bank account they shouldn't have had access to. I was told that they get the information through my email address. I feel this company, AB Web LLC, have illegally hacked my bank account and charged my account for products I did not received.

Desired Outcome

I am requesting that the business reimburse me for the money they charged my two bank accounts. The business be fined for deceitful practices.

clearskiescbd practices misleading advertising and uses consumer credit cards without prior consumer authorization
A clearskiescdb advertisement appeared on my phone. The website repeatedly flashed, in bright colors, a button saying ''Rush my FREE sample'. I signed up for this 'free' sample and gave a credit card for 'shipping costs only'. I foolishly did not click the Terms and Conditions button in light, small print on non-contrasting color at the very bottom of the lengthy website. Days after receiving the FREE samples, I was notified by email that my bank account had been charged $89 for my 'free' samples and another $88 for my first order. (order #s: XXXXX & XXXXX). I did not place an order and I was not aware that I would have to pay for the FREE sample, and I did not authorize any charges, other than shipping, on my credit card. I contacted the company via both phone and email. After a heated discussion with a Call Center employee, 'Rick', Employee # XX-XXXXXX, I was finally told that a request would be posted to the 'back office' for a refund and I was to watch my email closely to see what their response was to this request. It seems that 14 days after receiving the 'free' samples, the consumer has to unsubscribe from the company or that consumer will be charged full price for the samples and will be auto subscribed for monthly orders. This information is contained in the aforementioned difficult to find Terms and Conditions at the end of the web page. I feel that this entire website is deliberately set up to be misleading and takes full advantage of the fact that the average consumer believes that the term FREE actually means 'free' and, further, that the average consumer rarely really reads the fine print at the end of the very lengthy web site. I feel that such deliberate deceitfulness should be 'called out' and companies who engage in this sort of slight of hand should be targeted by consumer protection agencies and consumers specifically warned against them. Thank you

I would like a full refund for both 'orders' totaling $178.69 along with assurance that the company has deleted my credit card information.

I order on Sept. 1st a "free trial" of this oil? Said to pay shipping of $4.95 only for the order #XXXXX. Then on Sept. 21st I received an e mail another bottle was coming to me under order numberXXXXX, for the cost of $89.95, which I did not order! On Sept 21st I sent email to camel this as I never wanted it, nor did I request the new order.

I ordered their CBD on a free trial - canceled in time and was still charged $90 - they refuse to refund, answer a phone call, answer an email
I ordered their CBD oil because I am in severe pain. It took 2 weeks to receive, I tried it for 2 days, didn't help in anyway possible, so I cancelled. They charged my account 3 days after my cancellation. I called their only # listed and get people who barely speak English, who say I should get a refund but that they can give it to me. It has to be escalated to someone higher than them. 2 weeks later, I am STILL waiting for someone to contact me or give me a refund. I am on disability, not working, and bounced numerous bills because of their negligence. I held up my end and cancelled on time, they still charged me for something that doesn't even work. Their email doesn't work and no one at their phone number is willing to help.

This product was to be a free sample plus shipping charges.
I was going to try this product for health reasons.
I contacted their customer which was in the Phillipines. They told me that I didn't read their Terms and Conditions which was to be clicked on to go another page stating verbatim-you're enrolled in a subscription program at full price.
I was told that the company didn't have a direst dial. I email a complaint to [email protected] or [email protected]
I called my card customer svc and they couldn't help me because I readily gave my card # to the company.
I what to send the products back and what my card credited.

Return products and a full credit to my card.

Resolution was mas made through my Barclays Credit Card which obtained a credit from the company.

I CALLED ON 9/13. TO FIND OUT WHY THEY MADE THE CHARGE,THE WOMAN SAID SHE DID NOT KNOW ,SHE DID NOT SHOW THE CHARGE.SHE DID TELL ME THE SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION WAS ON HER SYSTEM.

Ordered a free trial of there CBD oil and cream. Two days after receiving the items I was charged 180.00 dollars for both items.
On 9-2-18 I ordered a free sample of clear skies CBD oil and CBD pain cream with the subsciption to just pay shipping. on 9-6-18 I received the items. Two days later I was charged 88.74 for the cream order number XXXXX and 89.95 for the oil order number XXXXX. I called the company and they agreed to cancel the charges. Now three days later they have still not cancelled the charges or refunded me my money. I want them to refund me my money immediately for these fraudulent charges.

I was offered a "free" bottle of CBD with a $4.99 shipping charge which I agreed to purchase and now two weeks later they charged me $89.95
I originally purchased a "free" bottle of CBD oil with a $4.99 shipping charge on 8/25/18 at 9:37 am Pacific time. Today, 9/8/18 they charged me $89.95 without my authorization. I called their customer service to inquire and they stated it was a "trial period" in which I had to cancel after my original "free" bottle or I would be accepting the $89.95 charge. I reviewed my original order (order numberXXXXX) and nowhere on the order does it state this was a trial and the $89.95 charge would be coming unless I cancelled. I requested to cancel and receive a refund for the $89.95 charge and the cusocust service representative refused and said that would be resolved by email only. I've submitted that email but in the mean time the unecunexpe $89.95 has overdrafted my account and now I'm left struggling.

I would like a refund and I would like you to force clearskiescbd.com to be more clear in their "free" bottle of CBD oil is a trial or not allow them to continue this "trial" practice any konger.

I was charged twice more after the initial fraudulent charge. The second time they used the name "Direct Marketing Co" to bill me. I've been able to work it out and have the amounts refunded by my bank but the charges continue and I need them to stop. Thanks for your assistance in this matter.

On May 26 2018, I ordered a trial offer of hemp oil from Clear Skies Salt Lake City Utah, not realizing that this product was a reoccuring shipment. Charge of $89.95 hit my credit card on 6-26-18 but no product received. 7-26-18 I received a shipment that I refused at the Post Office. Finally was able to track a phone number on my card statement and called on 08-29-18. Was told they would not credit back on last two shipments since I didn't cancel. They gave me the 3 tacking numbers which I looked up. The first one said waiting arrival from the company. As stated before, I refused the 2nd shipment I was further instructed to call back when the next shipment arrived and they would give me a return authorization number. Shipment arrived that afternoon. I called this morning (08-31-18) and the phone number was disconnected. To make matters worst the phone number is for Gulfport FL (813-734-7554). Could not find a phone number for Clear Skies in Utah.

I received the sample and the order (which I did not order) on the same day, August 29. I went on line in 2 days to find out where it said that I was signing up for anything. This time, I used another name and address, BUT, I immediately got billed for ANOTHER order. They must have tracked on my cell phone using my history of a credit card.

I want full refund of $88.74 plus $89.95. I want others to know this business is NOT reputable. How could I even respond to the trail offer, if in fact I received the free and the full order all at once? This is a big scam and please Have Florida deal them a truth. I am returning the unopened creme today and expect to get confirmation that they got it and will owe refunding my money onto the credit card ASAP.
