I was making payments on my furniture before I decided to pick it up$was my total ( [redacted] ) When I went to pick it up months later I was informed a sofa was missingI was informed it would be delivered in weeksweeks turned into weeksThen I was informed it wasnt availableThey promised to credit my accountA month later they called and said I was past due on payments and owed $And I asked how much I owed total they said $I was paying $a month for months7x215= So how do I owe $1456? I purchased a sectional 10/22/did not pick it up until 11/18/and the arm was dislodge almost two weeks in to having it I am writing you regarding a purchase that I made at your storeI purchased a sectional 10/22/16, not picking it up until 11/18/The sectional was in my home for less than two weeks when the arm board dislodged and fell to the bottomI notified the store in which I bought it and was informed I had to take the sectional to the warehouse where I originally picked it up, which I didOnce I had the new sectional in my home for the second time, it was discovered they, (Cleo's), had not drilled a whole in one of the bottoms where the leg attachesI again informed the manager of Cleo's of my plight and was told they would, this time, send someone out to take care of this problemAs I spoke with the manager today, Tuesday Dec13, he further informed me he had no idea when someone would be available to take care of this unfortunate, yet bothersome situation

I purchased two recliner sofas and a recliner from Cleo's in Fayetteville in June One of the armrests on one of the sofas broke and became loose in April I called Cleo's about repairing it since it is a Catnapper brand and has a lifetime warranty on parts Cleo's picked up the sofa (at a cost of $pickup fee) As of June 20, the sofa has not been repaired To add insult to injury, the parts have not yet been delivered for the sofa to be repaired After months and countless phone calls, I keep getting the run around from store management Management promises to return my calls but seldom, if ever, do I asked for a replacement sofa (and management confirmed they have the exact sofa in the store), but was told due to the age of my sofa (months), it was "too old" to replace free of charge I have never dealt with a company that is so shady, shoddy, and unprofessional Do not believe them when they say "they will check on it." Furthermore, there is no corporate office to go up the ladder for to seek assistance

I've done business with this company for years spending thousands of dollars only to experience this awful customer service from the 69th locationI just bought a living room set and request to have it delivered I was informed between the hours of 1-Saturday February 4thSo around I called to check the status of delivery because it was getting close to only to get informed a new time of 1-The man was very rude stating it was on the receipt but clearly he didn't advise me of that the day of purchaseI've missed my 10yr old son basketball game waiting all day for nothingEvery time I come to this location to get anything the experience the day purchase is great but as soon as you have a issue or problem afterwards it's forget you we got our money resolutionI just spent over $last year to remodel my house under LaShake Sand turn around this year & spent $under my maiden name *** not to mention previous years of my businessThat location need to hire a whole NEW staff like your WLR location

We paid cash for a lot of furniture from Cleo's in Benton,Ar...back in Oct...we are STILL WAITING for them to REPLACE OUR BROKEN COUCH...Now...the LIVESEAT is messing up,to!!! HELP...we were told...we could load it up...bring it back...U guess we could...and I will demand our cash back!!! Thus us the aaWORST Customer service EVER!!! :(GRRR

I bought a sofa at this location and had it delivered and noticed the sofa was coming apartI tried to get the store to pick it up and fix it

We bought a sectional in november all the cushions are flat already and we already replaced one.I called about the frame they told me I would have to pay to transport it to the store to have it looked I said I don't have any other furniture that isn't possible and wanted to speak with a manager they said someone would call and never did

I'm writing today because I have purchased a leaving room set with Cleo's and I have been paying going on years
I was approved for a dollar loan and it seems like I'm paying times as muchmy complaint today is everytime I ask for my pay off it's always the same and when I ask way every month my payoff is the same I get a different answer each timeI need this looked into because something is not adding up

Furniture had a defect and after several attempts, the Cleos in Benton refused to do anything about it
We purchased the extra protection because the sales person lead us to believe that if ANYTHING happened to it someone would come to our home to repair or exchange the pieceWhile delivering, one couch was lying upside down in the gravel and the other couch was standing on end

was lied to by the salesman who we have found out now is assistant manager ,he told us we was buying leather furniture after years the material is cracking and peeling..sent the manager photos of the furniture by face bookHe said he had a strong policy about wrongful information from a salesman to a customer.He said with the price we paid and by the photos I sent that it looked like bonded leather and he would check on this on our behalf.Never responded back.After the manager found out that we was lied to by the assistant manager he is now standing by him and saying he told us it was leatherAlso that there is only one year warranty on fabric and that it has been way longer then the year and the only thing he is willing to do is giving us a discount on more of their furniture.We spent a total of $on the last furniture so why would we want to waste more money on their store.I am sure they would just sell us even more poor quality furniture.This is the first time we have ever been lied to on wrongful information and are very upset.It is his word against ours but I feel we need to speak up about this matter.Because to us this is fraud

I bought a sectional from Cleos in Fayetteville back in JanuaryWhen I got it home and set up their was a snag on the back of one of the piecesI called them the next morning because it was at this time after hoursThe manager at the time was very helpful and advised me to take pictures and email them and that he would get it fixedI did as advised but never heard backI then called and spoke to a lady which advised the same thing and to inform me of the policy and that they cant have the furniture brought back and they could not go and get it so her solution was for me to bring the pieces back to the store that I needed fixedAt this time is has been about a few weeks laterI had noticed more problems with the sofa such as rippling in of the cushions, sagging of one of the cushions and the tear in the back of the other pieceI went in today to speak to them about me not being happy with the couch and I wanted to return itJust as I had wanted to do several months agoShe then tells me that I cant bring the furniture back and again told me of the policyThe actual manager get in and goes to look up my account to see that I have called in about said problemsHe then proceeds to tell me that he cannot find where I spoke to anyone about the snag therefore it cant be fixedGoing on to say they never received an email from me and that I had never spoke to a manager or a man from their storeBasically saying I have lied to themAfter arguing this point for ten minutes the woman said well it could have been this manI said who is he and what was his title hereThe actual manager said he is a former employee and he was my assistant managerI said there you goIt was him I spoke with can you please call him to verifyhe then says no it is irrelevant whether you did or didn't talk to him it doesn't matterI said yes it matters to me to inform you that I am a creditable customer who isn't trying to lie about having spoke to him about the snag in the first placecan you please call him he said no I'm not going to make him work when he was let goI said well I hate to hear that because he was very nice and helpful and the one whom told me to email in the first placehe then says that you can prove to me you even sent the email and without it proving you called or attepted to fix the problem we cant help youSo by this time we are yelling at each other and I'm trying to explain again the way it all went down and he tells me to hush and listen to himHe then proceeds to tell me again that I had lied about having even emailed the company in the first placeSo he said they cant have the furniture returned nor can they come to my house to fix it but I can bring everything up to them for them to look at it but if its damaged then they most definitely cant have it backSo we agreed to disagree and I'm still wanting to take it back which they are not willing to help me with this problemI will never buy anything there again and I advise people to take caution with dealing with this location as they have accused me of lying twice and told me to shut up so he could talkThey are not nice nor are they helpful in getting problems fixedhe said they have immaculate notes but yet it doesn't show that I called about the said snag so therefore I never did and unless I called the day of they cant help me if it was next day even though they closed before I had it out and set upI'm so not happyno one should ever treat a customer this way and they should not engage in a yelling match with a customer for any reasonWe were yelling at each other in the middle of the store in front of all the employees and other customers

We purchased a 'chofa' and two chairs from Cleo's We had to order the chairs, as they didn't have them in stockOne chair came in separatelyWhen we got it home, it was pretty beaten up, spots on the upholstery and bowed frameFiguring we were stuck with it, we asked to see the second chair unwrapped in the store before we picked it up several weeks laterWhen we mentioned that the first chair wasn't exactly right, the salesman, Mitchell, immediately offered to switch it, saying, "we want you to be happy." Everyone loves the new furniture and it's very comfortableOverall, I'm very pleased
