was lied to by the salesman who we have found out now is assistant manager ,he told us we was buying leather furniture after years the material is cracking and peeling..sent the manager photos of the furniture by face bookHe said he had a strong policy about wrongful information from a salesman to a customer.He said with the price we paid and by the photos I sent that it looked like bonded leather and he would check on this on our behalf.Never responded back.After the manager found out that we was lied to by the assistant manager he is now standing by him and saying he told us it was leatherAlso that there is only one year warranty on fabric and that it has been way longer then the year and the only thing he is willing to do is giving us a discount on more of their furniture.We spent a total of $on the last furniture so why would we want to waste more money on their store.I am sure they would just sell us even more poor quality furniture.This is the first time we have ever been lied to on wrongful information and are very upset.It is his word against ours but I feel we need to speak up about this matter.Because to us this is fraud

I lost my deposit on a layaway and was not informed which I was told by the sales rep was there policy
I placed a dining set in the layaway in the latter part of I placed $down to hold the layawayI went in weeks ago to switch the dining set out for a larger set only to be told that my layaway had been cancelled The sales rep told be me that I should have been called before they cancelled it and I wasn't called at allSo, apparently I lost the $but this isn't the first time that I had an issueI purchased a mattress from Cleo's in July/Aug and was told that I could have it delivered and they would dispose of it as wellThen I was told that they would not deliver and dispose of the mattressI had to pay someone to pick it up, deliver, and dispose of the other mattressI never get consistent information and I always feel as if I'm losing money when dealing with them

We bought and PAID CASH,a living room suit,extra chairs,and a bed,from the Cleo's store,in Benton,ArThe couch is broken...we let them know within the 2nd week of having it,actually before weeks...we can not get the Customer service,we needWe bought this in OctIt's now ALMOST Christmas & we are STILL WAITING...NO...WE ARE NOT LOADING IT UP AND BRING IT ALMOST AN HOUR AWAY,TO YOU...YOU ALL NEED TO FIND GET IT...BUT 1ST...BRING US A NEW ONE...A REPLACEMENT...WE DO NOT WANT SOME JOE BLOW TO COME ,TRY AND FIX IT...IT'S PAID FOR...EITHER...BRING US A NEW COUCH...OR BRING US OUR MONEY BACK.WE SHOULD NOT BE OUTPENNY...FOR GAS,TIME,ETCFOR YOUR SCREW UPSFIX IT!!!ASAP!!! I purchased a love seat and sofa at the beginning of January When it was delivered, the love seat was damagedI contacted the storeThey told me they would send another oneThe second one that they delivered was damaged worse than the first oneDamaged was marked on the ticket and I contacted the storeI got voice mailI left a messageThe manager, Jason, ignored my callI called him backHe told me that he would send another love seat outThe third one arrived today and it was damagedThey actually resent the first damaged one that they delivered a few weeks agoThis has been a tremendous waste of my timeI have had delivery people in and out of my homeWhen I contacted the company about this third time, I was given to the assistant managerHe told me that they had failed me as a brand and that they would come pick up the furniture and give me a refundThe problem is that I will have to wait until the refund credits my account to purchase new furniture, which means I am going to be without furniture for a timeThis is not acceptable

I've been requesting a refund on a lay-away since shortly after placing a recliner on lay-away
I placed a lay-away for a recliner I thought my husband would likeAfterwards (a month or two) my husband decided he might like another kind***, our salesperson, said ok since the recliner is never delivered to store until it is paid for anyway After turning it over, we realized that they were all made of particle board which isn't very sturdy I asked *** if we could have what we have paid back since delivery hasn't happened and nothing was special orderedHe said no but we could have store credit BUT we had to choose something equaling the recliner in order to use the creditWe don't need a single piece of furniture!
