Clickit auto inadvertently ran a credit bureau, while clickit auto did have a signed credit application authorizing us to pull credit, customer had asked that we would not pull creditAnd at this point we have been in touch with Credco and have conversed with them and have obtained and completed all of the documents needed to have the inquiry taken off customers credit report The only thing we are missing is the customers written and signed statement asking for the inquiry to be taken off of their credit report We have asked customer numerous times and have yet to obtain written statement as of the time of this responseWe apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for letting us tell our side of the story [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I fail to see how supply and demand could be so different in just a hundred milesUnfortunately we were lead astray by thinking the sales staff and managers could and we're being honest and fairTo that end, because we were suckered by the Click it RV staff I completely intend to make sure no one else falls victim to the tactics, lies, and mis information that Click it RV staff useI plan on using any option in my power to make sure that people recognize just how much they are being over charged at Click it RV, and show them they can save tens of thousands of dollars by simply driving for an hour and a half Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Mr. and Mrs ***'s your business is very important to us and as for the time spent waiting for finance we apologize it was so long as we were extremely busy and absolutely understand it can get to be a long day in the process of a purchase. As for the charging nearly MSRP for the trailer please... understand this is Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price, What the Manufacturer says we should ask for the trailer. As for the lowest price "we Guarantee it" I would simply refer you to our website to the disclaimer clearly post on the home page. This disclaimer clearly states that this only applies to trailers we have three or more of available for sale. (It's referred to in many cases as supply and demand). This particular trailer at the time of purchase was the only one in that particular floor plan in stock available for sale. However we we take our relationship with our customers very seriously and would ask they reach out to us and by the context of part of the complaint sounds like there may be some issues with the trailer and to ensure they know although under manufacturer warranty we want to make sure they are taken care of as being the selling dealer we want to make sure they are taken care of by the manufacturer properly by being their representative in any and all repairs needed. The service after the sale is also very important to us.

Bought a 2019 holiday rambler admiral . They have had it since oct ,it s now march, said all was fixed , went to pick up the slide still did not work retracted with one end 7 inch out. Not one person came out to look at it . Third time in the shop I told them iam leaving and drove over to the dealer and did my complaint . Left the coach there,The fuel tank was also empty, left it with them almost 1/2 full. Left garbage from shower door replacement. What else iam I missing from the coach, they have no professionalism, and do not care and I feel they are blowing smoke up my a@@ , iam in sales and they are getting free advertising and not in a good way, what a experience. Don’t go there! Not even a star rating. Spokane customer pissed off,

After reviewing information from consumer we have determined that there was a miss communication between our sister store and we called the customer and resolved the situation and corrected the issue. Thank you as always for letting us tell our side of the story. We
believe the situation is resolved and the consumer is satisfied. Thank you

We call the dealer and they tell us it's sold as is and there is nothing they can do since as they state "we didn't buy a $ RVWe paid 25K and for us it's a LOT of moneyThey flat out refused to work with usSo we were forced to file a complaintAfter we filed the complained, the owner Dan contacted us and we were told to take RN to his friend's shop We took time off work and drove to the shopWill, the owner, said that he is busy and bring it back next weekI took measurements of the vehicle gave them to Will and he said it should fit in his shop just fineTook time off following week, brought it to the shop just to be told that they can't fit it inAfter I paid uber to take me home and back to the shop. August 28,2017RE: File # [redacted]For [redacted]    We value our relationship with our customers. Therefore, we are a full disclosure dealership. We make it clear to our customers verbally and in writing that they may get any vehicle they are thinking about purchasing from...

us to their mechanic or auto body shop to have it inspected before they make the purchase. (see Attachment #1).     We also provide our customers with a copy of the Autocheck or Carfax along with a letter stating what they may or may not see on the report due to what information is available to us at the time the report is pulled. Once again, on that letter they are encouraged to take the vehicle to a mechanic or body shop for an inspection prior to purchasing the vehicle. (see Attachment #2 and 3) There is nothing on the report that states this vehicle is unsafe. Just because a vehicle has been in an accident, this does not mean the vehicle is unsafe. However, this is why we encourage all buyers to take the vehicles to their own mechanic or body shop to have it checked out prior to their purchase.     We sold this vehicle to Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] for $12351.70(see Attachment #4) and according to the retail values listed on the KBB and NADA reports, I feel that was a fair price. (see Attachment #5 and 6).     We hope to regain the trust and business of Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] in the future.

To Whom it may concern,I have read Mr [redacted] comments on his purchase of his 1998 motorhome. This motorhome was sold as is and all documents presented and signed reflect this. We see that Mr [redacted] had some transmission issues and is feeling like we should take care of the repair. I told him we...

would help him facilitate this and would give him our costs on any repairs. One of the risks when buying used is that it is used and things can happen. We drove this unit from Oregon the week prior and had no issues. On July 11 Mr [redacted] picked up the motorhome and left our dealership. If he would like our help with finding a good repair facility we would do that.Thank you Clickit rv

This is in regards to Complaint# [redacted] for Mr. [redacted].  We had already responded to this complaint with documents showing Mr. [redacted] had signed a promissory note to bring in $1000.00 on 5/30/17.  He has yet to do that as of today, August 30/2017.  He has however, come and picked up his unit on August 23, 2017. The pickup of his unit DOES NOT negate the fact that he still owes the $1000.00.   Thank you again for allowing us to explain our side of the story.   Regards, Randy A[redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. We will accept this statement from Clickit at this time. My husband spoke with [redacted] on May 7, 2016.  Mr. [redacted] reassured us that they will do everything that is needed to get the mistake corrected on our credit reports. We told Mr. [redacted] that we had already stopped by Clickit earlier that day and handed [redacted] two letters. It explained exactly what happened and of course asked them to correct the mistake that was made on our credit reports. We truly hope that this will finally be resolved. In the mean time were waiting to see if the corrections will be made. If not, we'll be contacting Clickit once again. It's very unfortunate that it had to come to this.  My husband and I were so disappointed that no one wanted to do the right thing by us from the very beginning.  All we were asking for is Clickit and [redacted] to do the right thing by us. We deserved at least that.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:I HAVE PAID THE $1000 at time of signing papers on the 30th. I have tried talking to them several times with no response. I have also talked to d. D[redacted] since this and explained it to her as well. If I had not paid this how did I take delivery of the unit? why if I had not paid this would no one contact me till after I have called and complained of defective trailer in july?

We had contacted Mr. [redacted] a few times via phone regarding the $1000.00 he owes us.  As of August 9, 2017 we had not received the money as promised so we sent him a letter dated August 9, 2017.  Mr. [redacted] responded with an email on August 11, 2017 showing what he thought was his proof...

of payment regarding the $1000.00.  The attachments he sent with that email were just the Purchase order and the contract.  We then responded with a copy of the Promissory note he had signed stating he would be in with cash on May 30th or June 1st. As explained in our response to him, what he had sent us was NOT proof of payment.  In case he doesn't have the $1000.00 all at once, we have attempted to make arrangements with him for payments. Please see the attachments for all the emails to and from Mr. [redacted] as well as the letter we sent him on August 9th. Thanks,Randy A[redacted]
