I am rejecting this response because: I fail to see how supply and demand could be so different in just a hundred miles. Unfortunately we were lead astray by  thinking the sales staff and managers could and we're being honest and fair. To that end, because we were suckered by the Click it RV staff I completely intend to make sure no one else falls victim to the tactics, lies, and mis information that Click it RV staff use. I plan on using any option in my power to make sure that people recognize just how much they are being over charged at Click it RV, and show them they can save tens of thousands of dollars by simply driving for an hour and a half

I am rejecting this response because:  I am still so confused why this complaint hasn't been taken care of. I have no problem writing an additional letter explaining that my husband and I never signed any application with Clickit to run our credit. Clickit should have never been involved with us renting our house from the manager who works there. He should have ran our rental application for a background check. He chose to run auto loan applications through his work. When we received documents, which we still have, stating that we were turned down for the RV loan that we applied for, we were stunned! We had no idea who or why someone would run applications through Clickit. Neither of us had even heard of the establishment. Doesn't anyone understand this?? We filled out a rental application from [redacted] and [redacted] to rent their house, that is all.  [redacted] and I never filled out any application with Clickit. I find it offensive that Clickit is continuing to say that they had written consent to run our credit. That is simply untrue. I have no idea why [redacted] can't explain this to his financial company, CREDCO and just have it corrected. That's all we've wanted from the beginning. Both my husband and I want this resolved. Again, my statement is we never filled out any application with Clickit. We explained this to CREDCO over a month ago. They told us they were going to do an investigation and within 30 days they'd get back to us. They didn't tell us to write a letter. They told us to wait.  When [redacted] asked for us to write a letter it was over a month ago. We were under the impression this was his personal request, not from anyone else. We didn't know it was being requested by anyone else until recently. We have no problem writing a letter. If someone could have explained this to us in further detail and how important it was, it would have been taken care of a long time ago. We're having problems trusting anyone from CLICKIT. If someone from CREDCO or the Revdex.com can tell us where to send these letters, we'll do so. I hope this will finally get resolved now. Thank you.

Great service till they get your money. Afterwards good luck getting anything you bought from them. I bought my trailer in mid August and still haven't received my license plate. Called got the run around then they shipped then signature only so I have to take time from work which is out of town to even possibly have a chance to get them. They claimed its the only way to send them yet my truck plates from a credible lot came a few weeks after buying it normal mail with no issues. Click-it said oh just buy some temporary tags and we'll pay you back. I'll never buy from them or their sister companies again and want everyone to be worked they are like most blow and go cheap lots!

This company is deceiving, shoddy, and unprofessional. They led us on for 2weeks telling us they had exactly what we needed and showed us a lot of units. Then they would say they couldn't get us into that one and try another. They ran our credit through and told us we didn't qualify for the amount they wanted to sell for. I already had my bank approval and was very clear about it from the start. Now I am getting letters from my bank...seven so far regarding credit on units we never looked at or would have been interested in! Stay away from these crooks, don't waste your time! We bought a new rv at a much more reputable dealer at 4% lower interest than what this shady dealership was trying to push us into!!! Beware!
