Review: On Saturday April [redacted],2015 I went to an appointment with the rest of the groomsmen for the wedding party I was in to [redacted] have measurements and fittings done for custom suits for the wedding we were in. The suits were $340 and were supposed to be delivered the week of the wedding. Everything was paid for in full that day. Just days prior to the wedding we were unable to contact Clifton after multiple attempts and with less that 48 hours before the wedding we were forced to scramble and find rental tuxes for $176 each after finally hearing back from Clifton and finding out that our suits had never come in since he never ordered them. We all immediately requested refunds and were ignored and put off for weeks. Finally a few of the groomsmen received refunds since they had paid on credit cards. I however, along with a few others was not so lucky as I had paid cash the day of the fitting. I have made multiple requests via email and phone for a refund of my money, and given him several options including but not limited to me meeting him to pick it up, depositing the funds into my account, using an electronic fund transferring service, and sending a check. So far I have been ignored and given rude answers via email. To date I have not received any refund of the monies spent or goods I have paid for.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of the money I spent for the goods I never received.

Review: On February *, 2015 I ordered a white custom shirt ( Wall Street design) for $100 plus taxes and fees and as of May **, 2015 the shirt has not been delivered. I sent multiple emails and calls to customer service and the owner to check when the shirt would be delivered with no response. I sent a final email on April **, 2015 stating that I would have to file a complaint with the Revdex.com due to poor customer service. On the same day I finally received a reply from the owner apologizing about the delay and lack of follow up. He stated the business was moving to a larger space to add more services and I would get the shirt the following week. Moreover, he offered to provide an extra shirt as a token of appreciation. Well, its been almost a month later and I have yet to receive my shirt despite paying up front in full.Desired Settlement: At this point I no longer want the shirt but expect a full refund of the money I paid which was $110 through [redacted].

Review: I ordered a custom tuxedo from this business on March **, 2015. I paid $462.71 via [redacted] at the owner's (Clifton B[redacted]) request.

It is now September **, 2015 and after no less than dozen emails, text messages and phone calls, I have still not received my order. Initially, Mr. B[redacted] would respond delinquently and then continually reschedule; now he just ignores my attempts at outreach.

His behavior as a person and a business is unethical and unprofessional.

PS: He is now operating under another business called "The Platinum Executive."Desired Settlement: I would like a full and prompt refund of my payment made via [redacted]) in early March.

Review: Ordered custom made shirts back in December. Company has not produced the product and has stopped returning calls and emails. Phone line has been disconnected.Desired Settlement: I would like my three shirts or a return of my funds. The fact that the company still takes orders (and money) online seems very misleading.
