Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below:This definitely does not resolve my “Main” complaint about this company’s third party cold-calling harassment. I contacted General Revenue Corpafter receiving numerous complaints from outright strangers who felt that this company directly harassed them. Everyone expressed anger from being called by General Revenue Corp., mostly because they were not a party to this particular personal debt collection. I referred this company to my attorney's office to handle. I actually had no choice, as their rep purposefully made it impossible to speak with them on the phone, as she constantly interrupted whenever I spoke, spewing mumbo jumbo warnings/garble (very obviously read from a script) stating they were a debt collector. This company’s reps are trained to raise their voices and speak over you, which makes it virtually impossible to carry on a conversation. You will find that this company’s reps are low class, under educated, and most certainly low paid, individuals who are encouraged to act nasty, as well as, rude to anyone they encounter on the telephone, and yes, this also includes third parties. These types of individuals always acclimate very easily to demonstrating poor office behavior, all for a mere paycheck What else are they going to do with their lives? Work in a fast-food environment? Their rep raised their voice at me telling me that it is her company's legal right to contact third parties, and will continue to do so going forward, in order to acquire whatever info they need for their clients. Let me be perfectly clear: For the record, it is 100% a fact that my personal location info is very easy to find, as I’ve been at the same address for over years. Also, this company certainly shows no trouble at all finding information regarding third parties. These neighbors who don’t even know me, extended family members, old friends, etcwere very perplexed as to how General Revenue Corpattained their unpublished/private cell phone numbers. Yet, this company’s main agenda of fishing for information regarding my whereabouts is somewhat “difficult?” Give me a break This is a legal loophole tactic this company uses and it is high time this method be shut down. My attorney's office informed me that this third-party calling is legal; however, everyone I have spoken with believes, and also all of the complaints I have read here, beg to differ. All are in agreement that it's time it became illegal The main point is, many people have called me and are irate because they were brought into my personal situation without their consent/permission I believe that perhaps this point is the very reason General Revenue Corpcall third parties This way, the company not only tries to embarrass you, but also in a back-handed way attempts to alienate people from you by telling them it's in reference to a debt collection, which is considered shared personal business Everyone has clearly stated that General Revenue Corpcalled them at odd times during the day while they were working, highly disruptive times, which interfered in their daily lives. This company also left persistent messages, and when contact was finally made, General Revenue Corptreated them in a rude manner General Revenue Corpmaintains that their reps are professional at all times THIS IS ABSOLUTELY 100% A CLAIM I truly that the Revdex.com would pay attention here I've been informed by other legal counsels that this is one of the most "Aggressive" debt collection companies they have come across All third parties want to know who General Revenue Corpare because they feel that this company clearly invaded their privacy Some asked if they could sue this company because they did not give their permission to be contacted/harassed by General Revenue Corpat all Most people expressed to me that they went to great lengths to maintain their privacy, to make sure their cell phone numbers remained private, which left them scratching their heads as to how General Revenue Corpgot their protected personal information. In closing, no debt collection company should be able to contact third parties They are not private investigators/police Third party contact is considered harassment upon innocent people not involved in the debt collection process when they connect with these deplorable, low class reps such as General Revenue Corporation

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowThe reason I am rejecting this is that the corporation is simply just denying the actions of its employeesThe first agent clearly stated that I was not acting like an adult and that I would continue to receive callsThat is harassmentI was called times in a day before I spoke to an agentI also said to cease and desist all calls until I contact them back regarding the validation I requestedWhich they started calling me everyday for a week before I received it Also, the manager that I spoke with was clearly laughing at me and my situationYou could here it clearlyI would like to hear a copy of the recording as well because I know what happenedThis corporation is simply just harassing me and denying the claims and it is absolutely ridiculousSo no, the business response does not resolve my complaintNow I have an outstanding debt that I do not recognize and I don't believe I'm responsible for, It is now appearing on my credit report, and I'm being harassedIt is corporations like General Revenue who are ruining the american way of life

Unfortunately for GRC, they failed to explain where the debt I owe them came from, as well as failed to point out what specific line item in this ledger outlines the debt they are looking to collect
