As a result of rain and/or forecast of rain almost every day for months, we have not been able to schedule repairs on specific daysWe have been giving our repairmen several repairs at a time to repair them at their earliest convenienceMs***'s roof was repaired the week of Jan26thShe has

partial payment. I showed him the pond and he said he would come back with the response from the office. He never comes back. The second guy came in February 2017. The same thing happened as I report in my first complaint. This company is dishonest and making lies.

We have given **.[redacted] what she has asked for. We have allowed her to cancel the contract without penalty.

We wanted to do the work. Unfortunately [redacted] approached ms. [redacted] and gave her a sob story about leaving the company and starting her own. Ms. [redacted] told us she was not hiring [redacted] to do the work when in fact that is why she cancelled. [redacted] was paid a commission for selling the job for us. Then sold it for for her new company. We have cost incurred as a result of processing the job, working up the order, and paying [redacted] her commission. We allow customers to cancel. It is however, in our contract that 10% must be paid to cancel after the 3 day right of recission has passed.

We deny the allegations that he has stated in the complaint. We have met with him and he will not take our phone calls and insist on communication strictly thru faxes and will not allow us back on the property. Therefore we will have no choice but to file a lien on the property and force him into...

arbitration.

its been 7 months that the job was never finish they destroyed more than what they had to fix or what was just said to just replace the roof shingles every time was we will call you with...

You know by Texas Law you must give us opportunity to correct our errors. You have not. As you are aware, we have requested on numerous occasions to correct any errors and you have not given us permission to do so. We have also requested on numerous occasions to allow our painter to inspect the interior. you have not given him permission either. You have us a copy of your insurance estimate of repairs. Our contract states we have the right to supplement the insurance company for any errors or omissions. We have submitted to your insurance company an invoice based upon current pricing.

Mr.[redacted] is going to go look at the issue this afternoon

All repairs have been done. Mrs. [redacted] has called the office requesting that Mr. [redacted] go and approve the work done. He did call but no answer ad no voicemail available. Mr. [redacted] did go out and inspect and finds everything to be satisfactory. The office has tried calling twice today to inform Mrs....

We will carefully walk the roof to check for weak decking. Any decking needing replaced will be replaced at $50.00 per sheet. No extra expense to the owner for removal and replacement of shingles. An attic inspection is being performed on Thursday, 1/12/17.
