I am rejecting this response because:I am going to explain this again If Cloudflare doesn't understand this, I suggest they get out of the business because they don't understand basic discussions of technology I am not saying in any way that CloudFlare is used to send the emails I am saying Cloudflare is a party to the spamLet me make it more clear with a table:Subject of Email Date and Time of Email Link in Email attributed to CloudFlare IP Address of Link attributed to CloudFlare*Warning* - Risk of Sex Offenders in7/2/at 9:AM EDT *** *** My Reading will change your whole life 7/2/at 9:AM EDT *** ***I can keep going, but this does not allow more room I can give you a list of many of them So are you saying the links I am giving are not at those IP addresses? Are you saying those IP addresses don't belong to CloudFlare? *** says they do So give me the facility and I will give you a long list of violators using CloudFlare resources I have tried to deal with CloudFlare directly but they give me the same nonsense about they don't send emails Which part of what I am saying don't they understand?
Sincerely,

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: Cloudflare.com admits in their response that they are supporting a website that is harassing and stalking me onlineCloudflare.com is providing services to a webpage that is posting my picture, my address, my profession and and malicious statements about me. Me and the people around me are in danger because Cloudflare refuses to remove the webpage. Cloudflare admits that it is their customer who is posting the dangerous webpage. Cloudflare.com misrepresents the facts by stating I "refused" to file an abuse complaint using Cloudflare's corporate protocol. I did use Cloudflare's abuse reporting system, but have not received a response from Cloudflare. Cloudflare is intentionally hiding the identity of the hosting provider and refuses to reveal who the hosting provider is. Cloudflare was nasty with me and their response here also demonstrates their surprising hostility to ordinary private citizens. Cloudflare does not care that my life and the lives of those around me are in danger because of their customer's webpage. Cloudflare does not deny they have the power to remove this dangerous webpage, but Cloudflare refuses to remove the danger
Cloudflare currently has an F rating with the Revdex.com.Sincerely,*** ***

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: Cloudflare's last response is problematic for several reasons: (1) Cloudflare does not address the concerns I have been clearly & consistently presenting to Cloudflare for about a month now. (2) Cloudflare does not say they have contacted their client and expressed any concern about the dangerous webpage. (3) Cloudflare does not state the name of their client that is hosting the dangerous website(4) Rather than discussing the real issue of when their client is finally going to take down the dangerous website, they are discussing irrelevant topics(5) instead of contacting their own client, Cloudflare is telling me to contact their (unnamed) client, so that their client can contact them. This makes no sense when Cloudflare can just contact their client themselves
In my last message I stated on 9/10/17: "While Cloudflare keeps responding to these Revdex.com messages, it appears that Cloudflare has not even asked their client to remove the dangerous webpage. I predict that Cloudflare will also respond to this message, but Cloudflare will continue to make zero effort to get their client to remove the dangerous webpage. I hope I am wrong, but I also predict that when Cloudflare responds to this message, their client's dangerous webpage will still be active." Unfortunately, I was 100% accurate on 9/10/17. Also, I hope I am wrong, but I predict that Cloudflare will say that I should fill out yet another Abuse report on their Abuse reporting page. I just checked and the dangerous webpage hosted by Cloudflare's client that is publishing three pictures of me, my address, my profession and and malicious statements about me is still active. This webpage is STILL putting me and the people around me in danger
The articles I discovered online state that Cloudflare does in fact drop clients based upon the actions or statements of those clients: ***became-a-***. Apparently, Cloudflare can have a lot of impact on an out-of-control client. Unless Cloudflare is taking action behind the scenes that they are not telling us about, it appears they are indifferent to this dangerous website hosted by their client
Unlike Cloudflare, local authorities cannot do much to stop these foreign websites and foreign hosting providers. What usually happens is a complaint is filed with an entity that has control over the content and the webpage is taken down promptly. The fact that this is taking SO long to get this shockingly dangerous webpage taken down is unimaginable. Trust me, I have done every suggestion put forth by Cloudflare and Revdex.com at least once and in some cases several times and it has not helped with this one webpage. Please Cloudflare, do everything in your sizable power to get this one webpage taken down before some unstable person reads the and malicious statements on this webpage and puts a brick through my window or attacks me or the people around me
Sincerely,*** ***

Even if I had not used Cloudflare's abuse reporting system, one has to wonder why Cloudflare is so fixated on discussing their abuse reporting system when people's lives are in danger because of their customer's webpage. Additionally, Cloudflare is still supporting a website that is harassing and stalking me online by posting my picture, my address, my profession and and malicious statements about me. Cloudflare admits that it is their customer who is posting the dangerous webpage. Cloudflare is intentionally hiding the identity of the hosting provider or the website owner and refuses to reveal this information. Cloudflare can not show proof that they revealed the hosting provider to me because they have not informed me who the hosting provider is. Cloudflares responses demonstrates their surprising hostility to ordinary private citizens. Cloudflare does not care that my life and the lives of those around me are in danger because of their customer's webpage. Cloudflare does not deny they have the power to remove this dangerous webpage, but Cloudflare refuses to remove the danger. Cloudflare loves to brag online about how they protect the Freedom of Speech of their sinister customers, but Cloudflare ignores that private citizens also have a Right to Privacy

Unfortunately I couldn't find an account based on the provided name or email addressIt is most likely this user didn't receive the proper help since they did not email our support team from their registered email addressWe can't discuss about the account from a non registered email due
to security reasonsAnyone can email us claiming an account without any proof

I would highly disagree with this complaint since this user ignored our response multiple times
We are not the hosting providerThis was emphasized multiple times and we don't have access to our customer's contentWe are a reverse the proxy which Joel doesn't understandHe was
directed to our abuse form which he failed to submit a complaint
We never talked in a 'nasty' mannerAs previously mentioned, we directed the user to our abuse form but he refused to comply
Lastly a WHOIS lookup will show our company info but we aren't the hosting providerHere is how a reverse proxy works - ***
Please let me know if you have any questions
Thanks!

Hello,

We will address to the complaint with the user. Basically Cloudflare doesn't have any email ports open so it is not possible spam is coming from our network. If the user opens the headers of an email, it should display the IP address of the sender which isn't Cloudflare. If a...

domain on our network is in the body of an email, it doesn't mean we are sending spam.

Thanks,

Hey [redacted]

The hosting provider information is based on the domain's IP address. This is public information and it is still hosted at [redacted].nl. If they need the IP address to locate their customer, please have them contact us directly - [redacted]

I'm confused at this complaint since you're pasting a confirmation email sent by our company. Here are a few things about our process:

1) The complaint was submit over the weekend and we don't have 24/7 service
2) The complaint will be processed in the order it was received
3) As of right now your complaint was already processed so I'm not sure why this complaint was submitted to Revdex.com

As of right now the hosting provider needs the IP address to locate their customer to remove the content in question. We suggested you to tell the hosting provider to contact us directly so we can provide this information. We can not provide you the IP address for security reasons so please forward this message to the hosting provider.
