I still stand by our response that the user refused to file an abuse complaint. We tried directing the user multiple times to the abuse form but he failed to do so. Typically if you fill out an abuse form, we will process your compliant and direct you to the hosting provider on where the content is actually located

This user never contacted us based on their email address and domain in question (paydollar[.]net). Please have the file an abuse form so we can direct them to the hosting provider. From there they will need to work with the hosting provider to have their information...

I couldn't find a report under the email address provided in the original complaint. Can you ask if the user used a different email address? To resolve this matter, he can email us directly to [redacted] or fill out an abuse form.
 
To make things clear, we emphasize our abuse form since this our channel to address any abuse complaints. If your life is endangered then we would highly suggest you contact your local police department.
Again we are not the hosting provider and do not have access to our customer's content. We are not refusing to provide the hosting provider's contact information and trying to work with this user.
 
As mentioned as before, if your life is clearly in danger then please contact your local police department.
