Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
When I signed up it's for $2.49 per week which is $4.98 every other week. I'm getting charged twice the amount I signed up for. That is not in the contract. Where does it say that that's the right amount?
Sincerely,
[redacted]

We have reviewed these agreements and have found that for the personal training program only 12 payments were made which is correct.  The amount paid does match the amount on the agreement.  On her husbands membership it appears he has cancelled this and only made 12 monthly membership...

payments.  On her club membership we did discover an error.  For some reason she was only charged for 4 membership payments.  It should have actually been 12 payments but this was our error so we would not expect payment for the missed months.  As far as the memberships ending, our memberships continue on a month to month basis at the same rate as a courtesy to the member until they decide to cancel at the club which these members have.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am attaching copies of my contract which clearly states that my membership will begin on 3/6/15 and that my anniversary date is 3/6/15.  This is for both memberships.
I am also attaching a copy of my cancellation for both memberships which also states that although I haven't reached the anniversary date yet (this was signed on 2/29), that I understand I will be billed until 3/6/16.  Interesting to note is that when I signed this the guy who wrote them up did warn me that they've had billing problems in the past and to keep an eye on my credit card to make sure I'm not billed after the 6th.
The only items I have disputed on my credit card were charges made after March 6th - they were unauthorized charges made after I fulfilled my year commitment.

It seems this member spoke directly to our billing director on 8/25 and actually hung up on our billing director.  We did offer her the option of buying out the agreement at the reduced amount of $89.  This isn't listed on the agreement because what would normally happen is that the member...

would pay for the remainder of the agreement which would be significantly more.  This is a courtesy we offer instead of paying for the whole program.  Our agreements are extremely clear that they are for 12 months and we are willing to send a copy of the agreement showing that this member not only signed for the 12 months but actually initialed in several places acknowledging the 12 months.  We would just need the member to okay this for us to send you a copy of the agreement.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:I went to club 24 in April and they told me it would be canceled and they continued to take money out of my account. I asked several times since then for them to...

cancel my membership. They owe me my payments from the month of May and they took out another payment on June 8th. My father went down to club 24 to resolve this and they still ignored me.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

We do understand but our system is the same with all memberships.  We do understand that there could be confusion but we do not think our staff could have intentionally misled anyone since every single membership is done the same way and we do several thousand per year.  In this case there...

may have been confusion so we would be willing to refund one month and hope that this would be satisfactory.

I am rejecting this response because:
Club 24 is not providing you with accurate information. I am happy to provide the Revdex.com with copies of both the cancellation receipt and my bank statement to prove this.
1. On 8/4/15 I inquired with a female staff member at Club 24 if I had fulfilled my contract. At that time, she verbally told both me and my husband we had indeed fulfilled our ontracts and proceeded to provide us with written documentation of this as well.
2. The written cancellation receipt provided to both me and my husband by Club 24 shows that we had fulfilled our membership term and would only be billed 1 more time at the end of August.
3. Over the course of September and October, Club 24 breached their written cancellation policy repeatedly, TEN times to be exact as they, without notification to or further consent from us, continued to charge our bank account exorbitant amounts of fees, totalling $148 & change to date.
4. I contacted Club 24 via phone about this issue in October and was told this was an accident on the part of Club 24 and that the manager would contact me to resolve the issue.
5. The manager never returned my calls.
6. I finally reached the manager via phone and his abrupt, nonchalant reply as to why Club 24 continued debiting our account (in excess of what our monthly fees were) - without our permission, was because we "didn't fulfill our 12 month term".
I tried explaining that we were told otherwise both verbally and in writing by Club 24 staff and if that was actually the case we never would've joined a new gym yet. I asked him how we resolve the issue since his staff signed a cancellation receipt and was no longer authorized to debit our account. He argued with me, offered no solution and refused to provide me with a supervisor, billing contact or corporate contact saying "I dont know what to tell you...I'm it".
Here's my issue...ok, lets just say we had not yet completed our term, but Club 24 staff messed up and signed paperwork notifying me as the consumer that I'm free and clear of my obligation aside from 1 further fee of $21.26, how is it ok for Club 24 to continue to help themselves to 7 x the regular monthly fee amount over the next 2 months without ever contacting the consumer, how is this ok? How is this even legal?
I've read other consumer complaints on the Revdex.com site and there is a reason Club 24 has a Revdex.com rating of F. This is not an isolated case. Read the complaints.
Currently,  at the advice of our banks fraud department, (who is currently investigating),we have had to cancel our debit card to avoid further debits as Club 24 attempted 2 more on 11/14 & 11/15.
Now Club 24 is threatening us with even more charges if we fail to continue to pay monthly.
We have left messages for their billing person without any response.
Finally, Club 24 breached the contract themselves when they changed their hours without warning and failed to provide a safe, healthy environment despite many consumer requests. Broken mirrors in the weight room with shards of glass went unreported for months with only a piece of paper taped next to it saying be careful. Toilets did not work, holes in the walls of the [redacted] room, lack of disinfectant spray, paper towels or hand sanitizer.....maybe the CT Dept of [redacted] should be contacted next.
Sincerely,
[redacted] & [redacted] and [redacted]

Review: I had a complaint about how an issue was handled in the gym. When I tried to voice my complaint with the regional manager, [redacted], he became beligerent and hostile, going so far as to suspend/terminate my membership without cause even after they had billed me for the month. He even threatened to call the police, even though I remained calm and appropriate despite feeling bullied.

Product_Or_Service: Gym membership

Desired Settlement: I would like my membership reinstated.

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2013/05/02) */

On April 25th 2013 I arrived at our Ridgefield Connecticut location to meet with our Club Manager, [redacted]. He informed me of an incident that occurred with [redacted]. This is not the first incident we have had with [redacted], but we have always maintained a good relationship. Over the 2 year span of her membership we have had to talk to her about her loud cell phone usage in the cardio area, and on a few occasions she has given the staff difficulties regarding leaving at our posted closing times.

[redacted] told me that while talking to our equipment repair technician in the cardio area, he noticed a woman on a machine trying to get his attention, she was signaling for him to look in a certain direction. When he looked, he saw [redacted] on a stair machine, and her boyfriend [redacted] who is also a member standing at the side of her. He said [redacted] then licked her from elbow to shoulder, and very aggressively grabbed her behind. The member who got his attention, and our repair technician also witnessed this. [redacted] told me he went up to [redacted] and informed him he can't be behaving like that in the middle of our gym. [redacted] told me that [redacted] then started yelling that she would get him fired and how dare he talk to her like that.

I talked to [redacted] about the incident. He could not remember the members name who alerted him to the incident, but I called our equipment repair technician and he told me the same story. I told [redacted] he did the right thing by giving [redacted] a warning, but that I would not be following up with any action against [redacted].

About an hour later [redacted] came into the gym and was on a stair machine. While walking past her she told me she needed to talk about something. She started off with "[redacted] needs to be fired right away". She was on her cellphone when she started the conversation with me. I said to her that [redacted] informed me of an incident where [redacted] may have been touching her inappropriately. She did not deny what happened, and simply pointed at her phone and said "that was all him, not me" then proceeded to put me on the phone with her boyfriend [redacted]. I asked [redacted] what happened, and mark said "I may have kissed her on the arm, and patted her [redacted], but your gym makes me feel sexy, I would have done more if I could."

At this point, after talking to [redacted], our repair technician, [redacted], and [redacted], I concluded the story as told to me was pretty accurate. I told [redacted] I wasn't going to be taking any action against her, but just to make sure [redacted] behaves himself. At this point she kept insisting [redacted] needs to be fired. She kept repeating it. I told her if she was this unhappy with our gym that I would cancel her membership if she wished. She replied that if [redacted] doesn't get fired she would cancel herself. At this point she was getting loud and being very unreasonable. I told [redacted] I would be cancelling her membership and she needed to leave. She said "no I'm staying right here and finishing my workout", I said "[redacted] you're no longer a member here, I need you to leave or I'll have to call the police", she again refused to leave. I then told her she could finish her workout but her membership is cancelled so she would not be allowed back.

[redacted] was billed on April 3rd for $11.70. This would have covered April 3rd - May 3rd. The incident where I cancelled her membership occurred on April 25th. Even though she used most of the month, and was cancelled due to a violation of our rules, I have setup a refund of her April 3rd payment for the full amount. Refunds through our billing software take from 1-5 days to appear in the members account.

Unfortunately I cannot reinstate [redacted]' membership. We are a family fitness center and cannot risk offending other members and/or their children.

Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2013/05/05) */

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT ACCEPT the response from the business.)

There are a number of gross discrepancies with the response from Club 24. First, I have to question how much effort went into finding out the facts, as [redacted], throughout his response keeps referring to the other member as [redacted], his name is [redacted] and the two of them spoke in person. Second, I go to the gym almost everyday, in two years there have been two incidents ever. Once I was on the cell phone, I was told I could not be on the phone and I never spoke on the cell phone in the gym again. I see other people on their cell phones everyday. Another time, I was told I could not have my bag next to the machines. I promptly removed the bag. Again, I observe the same members with their belongings on the floor everyday. Last, I never gave the staff a hard time about leaving at closing time. I may have done my workout right up to closing time.

Most important are the outright lies in their response. [redacted], known as [redacted] throughout this inaccurate response gave me a kiss. [redacted] came from behind the desk, scolding [redacted] and causing a scene. I actually tried to make light of the event, and absolutely did not yell or threaten to get [redacted] fired. Several days later I attempted to approach [redacted] concerning [redacted] and his style of "reprimanding" members and staff, he immediately stated that he didn't want to deal with it. Stating that "he had heard about the incident and "was willing to overlook the situation" I attempted to pursue further discussion, he immediately decided for me that my membership would be terminated and that he would call the police. By now, I felt bullied and attacked and called [redacted] on the cell phone to come to the gym to assist in settling the matter. I was in tears by now. [redacted], a personal trainer, noticed and expressed concern, asking if I was ok. While on the phone, I handed the phone to [redacted]. [redacted] certainly did not state "your gym makes me feel sexy and I would do more if I could" After they spoke, I did not make demands (that [redacted] get fired) nor became unreasonable. [redacted] would not pursue any more conversation. Simply spatted out untrue statements concerning my prior behavior and defaming my character.

[redacted] arrived an hour later. we requested a meeting with [redacted] and [redacted] to attempt to remediate this matter. Again, [redacted] would not have it and and forcefully stated to me you are no longer a member and need to leave. I left the gym and waited for [redacted] outside.

[redacted] and I continue to be perplexed about what specific "violation" of rules occurred as there were none. Adequate evidence or proof were not offered. I was merely kicked out.

These are merely a few of the inaccuracies and outright lies outwardly stated in this report. I find it ironic that [redacted]'s report states in his last paragraph "We are a family fitness center and cannot risk offending other members and/or their children" when both of Club 24 Health and Fitness managers are liars

Review: I SIGNED UP WHILE THEY WERE IN DISARRAY WITH NEW CONSTRUCTION. WHILE SIGNING UP, I EXPALINED THAT I AM A SINGLE MOTHER OF FOUR AND WOULD LIKE OUR FAMILY TO WORK OUT. THE AGREEMENT WAS THAT I COULD BRING ONE WITH ME ON DESIGNATED DAYS. I WAITED UNTIL THE CONSTRUCTION WAS DONE AND BROUGHT IN MY 14YR OLD TO BE TURNED AWAY BECAUSE HE WAS TOO YOUNG. I THEN BROUGHT MY DAUGHTER (15) WHO WANTED TO ATTEND THE ZUMBA WHILE I WORKED OUT. I WAS INFORMED SHE IS TOO YOUNG AS WELL AND NO GUEST CAN ATTEND ANY CLASSES (NEVER TOLD THAT ORIGINALLY). EACH TIME I SPOKE WITH SOMEONE I GOT TOLD DIFFERENT RULES AND TURNED AWAY. AFTER DISAPPOINTMENT EACH VISIT I LEFT MY NAME AND NUMBER FOR THE MANAGER. I CALLED OVER 5 TIMES WITH NO RESPONSE FROM MANAGEMNT. AFTER FINALLY CANCELLING MY CHECK I RECIEVED AN EMAIL FROM BILLING. I HAVE LEFT THREE MESSAGES FOR BILLING, [redacted], AND [redacted], MANAGER WITH NO CALL BACKS.THE WHOLE REASON I SIGNED UP WAS TO HAVE ONE OF MY KIDS WITH ME AS A FAMILY GYM. I WAS MISLEAD AND REFUSED A SERVICE THAT I DID NOT AGREE WITH. I NEVER WOULD SIGN UP WITHOUT MY CHILDREN. THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND CHANGES POLICIED DAILY!Desired Settlement: I DO NOT WANT THE MONEY BACK FOR PREVIOUS MONTHS. I WANT TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP WITHOUT FINE, CANCELLATION FEE OR SENT TO A COLLECTION AGENCY. MOVE ON FROM HERE.IMPORTANTLY, I WOULD LIKE THIS DOCUMENTED AS I HAVE HEARD OF PROBLEMS WITH THIS GYM BUT NOW KNOW PERSONALLY. I DO NOT WANT ANYONE TO HAVE TO EXPERIENCE THE WAY THIS GYMS OPERATES FOR IT SHOULD BE A NORMALLY FUN HEALTHY EXPERIENCE.

Review: Cancelled my membership over a year ago Via multiple emails to Club 24 fitness in [redacted].Main reason for cancellation was due to them changing my trainer 4 times in less than 2 months. I received a call today (a year later) from a collection agency saying I owe over $170 in fees.I have not gone to the gym since I cancelled contract, never received a bill from Club 24, and they stopped billing my credit card after I cancelled. I received the call from collections today and told them I was not going to pay as Club 24 never notified us of any payment issues, and We have documentation of our terminationDesired Settlement: I would like Club 24 fitness to close out the case with the collection agency. Close out any issues with open billing. I also want them to ensure the collection agency did not report this debt to the credit bureau which they threatened multiple times. If the debt was reported, I want Club 24 to resolve any impact to my credit score with the credit bureau'sthanks

We show that this was supposed to be a 12 month agreement but do not have any record of cancellation. If the member can provide a copy of their cancellation form we can certainly review this. Please have them send to i[redacted].

Review: on June 4 2013 , I went to Club 24 , just to see the club and a manager , came to talk to me about the club and he was polite , and we talk and I sign a contract, and the next week I came back for a personal trainer show me the machines and talk about my goals and I told , I need lose some weights and care about my health issues, he wants to be a personal trainer for me and I asked him how much will cost to me , and he said $45.00 dollars a hour and I told him just to show me the machines and I was not interested in have a personal trainer. Hello

Please give us the best phone number to reach you at so that [redacted] our company fitness [redacted] can call you to rectify the situation with your personal training. Our personal training clients are extremely important to us and we want to be sure that all are satisfied.

Business

Response:

We have not heard back from the member on our call. When reviewing this we found that the member is not a personal training client but a standard member. She signed up on June 4th but her monthly payments have been returned as unpaid so she actually hasnt paid anything. This is a 12 month membership commitment but we do offer an early termination fee of $89. So to recap this the member signed up for a one year membership but has actually not paid anything. We would be willing to waive the early termination fee if she agrees to make all payments due to date. We have been very flexible here.

Review: I signed up for club 24 several several months ago at the age of 17. I decided that I had no longer wanted to go to club 24. When I went to cancel my membership I was told I needed to pay a cancellation fee. I was told by a family member that I can not legally sign a contract under the age of 18 and that the contract did not apply to me because you have to be 18 to sign up at the gym anyway. So I contacted the gym in [redacted] and told them what was going on and was told that they didn't know why someone let me sign up underage and that it was resolved. A couple weeks later I was charged 10.61 to my bank account and then another 10.61 later that month for the remaining of what was my payments. They are still charging my account and I contacted club 24s billing and it's been taking weeks to get resolved.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund and to no longer get charged by them on my account.

Review: Club 24 Closed the gym at which I joined membership. In November, they offered me membership at another gym which I declined becasue I am unable to travel to that location. Yet, they are still charging me a monthly membership fee. I called the phone number on the gym card (###-###-####) and asked the to refund the money they had taken from my account, and they refused.Desired Settlement: I want club 24 to refund the January, 2014 membership fee they charged for a gym that no longer exists

We actually relocated this location in mid December not November. It appears the member called in to cancel on January 4 th so we have refunded the payment. It seems he was cancelled on that day.

Consumer

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Sincerely,

Review: I joined this gym September 2013-membership began in October. I decided to sign up for training sessions and was given a price which I agreed upon. Then they billed me for $20 more than the agreed upon price. At the same time they were taking payments for both myself and my husband. When I inquired about the incorrect amount on the bill (which they take directly from a credit card - not a check or cash) they would not resolve the issue - always and excuse about I'm trying, but no one will get back to me from the upper levels. So I canceled my credit card so the payments would stop - I knew someone would talk to me then. They did.Bottom line.1. I paid 14 months fees for 12 months membership for my husband.2. I paid 12 months training and membership fees for myself.3. I told my trainer ( and he knew) that I would not continue my training after the one year was up.Now they want more money for no service. My husband went in today to sign a paper to end his membership and they convinced him that he owed another month's fee. Now he has paid 15 months for 12 months' service. They continue to harass us and I do not want any more problems with them.I did not ask for a continuation of membership, but they still want money. I told them my contract is up and I paid in full. They continue to call.Time to stop!Thank you.Desired Settlement: Please just call them, write them or whatever your policy is and ask them to leave us alone. In the future, they should be aware of members and when their contracts end. They should speak with them and ask about future services if desired. They will keep more people if they are honest and above board.

Business

Response:

We have reviewed these agreements and have found that for the personal training program only 12 payments were made which is correct. The amount paid does match the amount on the agreement. On her husbands membership it appears he has cancelled this and only made 12 monthly membership payments.

Review: [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:

I agreed to training sessions at the cost of $35/week

($140/month) and a membership at the cost of $20/month.

The first month I was charged $40/week ($160/month) and

$20/month membership.

I went in and told them that an error had been made. Nothing was done and the second month, the

same thing happened. This time I was informed that no one was getting back to

them from the accounting department.

So I got their attention by canceling my credit card so no

payment could be charged to it at all.

The problem was finally resolved by combining my training

and membership fees to one payment of $160 ($140training + $20membership), and

any fees they had collected for my membership was to be applied to my husband’s

membership fees.

In their response, they stated that they had collected 12 membership payments

from my husband, 12 training payments from me of $160 (which were training and membership)

plus 4 additional membership fees which they DID NOT apply to my husband’s membership

fees as they said they would.

So I see it as they owe me, because they overcharged me, 4

months’ membership fees: or $80 plus tax that they charge each month.

(All fees are plus tax)

THEN I will be happy.

Sincerely,

Review: I have recently lost my job and I am trying to cut out bills so I can afford to live. I tried to cancel my personal trainer but was told that I could not and that the only way I could cancel is to move more than 25 miles away or prove I am disabled. I LOST MY JOB!!!!!

Desired Settlement: I would like to close out my account.

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2013/05/01) */

It appears this member just signed up for these services. Normally there is an agreement term on this . There pears to be some past due charges. The best thing to do would be to contact us directly at [redacted] to clear up the past due charges. Once that is cleared up we can get the personal training cancelled. The reason why we can't do anything sooner is because our billing company won't allow us to make any alterations when there is a past due balance.

Review: I signed an agreement for personal training services which stated "Your agreement begins on 3/15/2003 and expires in 3 months" additionally the agreement noted "Total sales price including enrollment fees is $840" and "Your Payment Schedule: 1. 3/15/2013 $280, 2. 4/15/2013 $280, 3. 5/15/2013 $280"I was charged an additional fee on my credit card on 6/15/2013 of $297. When I called to have the charge credited they noted my contract was extended and they would not credit me for the additional charge. The contract does include a clause "All membership roll over to a month-to-month membership" and "Contracts that roll over to month-to-month membership require 30 days advanced notice to cancel".At the time of signing the agreement the business representative noted and specifically documented in the contract that my contract was to begin on 3/15/2013 and end on 6/15/2013 as noted above, as my intention to enter only into a three month agreement was clear. Additionally, the expiration on 6/15/2013 did not note subject to the roll over clause. My complaint is 1) I have been incorrectly charged beyond the defined term and billing schedule per our contractual agreement and 2) They have deceptive business practices, intentionally including conflicting terms in their standard contracts (i.e. defined contract term and billing, and automatic rollover clauses) to mislead consumers in hopes they can bill them beyond the agreed upon contractual terms.

Review: I joined this gym on July 31 2014. Today August 24 2014 I tried to cancel my membership due to financial issues. No where in the fine print did it say anything about paying a cancellation fee or not being able to cancel when you like. They only give you a 3 day window to cancel, either those 3 days I tried to cancel and was felt threatened and intimidated to keep it. I called the billing department of the [redacted] location and they refused to help me or let me speak to a higher authority. Now I have not stepped one foot in the gym nor have I had my consultation, I have not use services renedered to me. I refuse to pay them and will not allow them to withdraw money from my account at their own free will. I am not the only other consumer dealing with this company. The website mentions no underlining clauses as how to cancel or that you have to pay a cancellation fee. This company needs to get it together. I would like them to be reprimanded in some way for their bullying and lack of customer service skillsDesired Settlement: I would like very much to be removed from their membership and for them clear up their fine print and clauses

I am rejecting this response because:I did not hang up on the billing representative, I said goodbye and thank you. There is no where in the contract that says you have to pay a fee when you cancel. On the website for club 24 all it says is that if you wish to cancel go to the club location or write a letter registered or certified and mail it in. It is all very misleading. There were no services rendered with this company, I did not use the facilities at all! I shouldn't have to be sucked into their gimmick!

Sincerely,

Business

Response:

We do understand. The $89 cancel fee is a courtesy that we offer instead of paying off the remainder of the agreement. We definitely are not saying you have to pay this fee or you should pay this fee we are simply saying it is an option you have instead of keeping the 12 month agreement in force. Again we can certainly forward a copy of this agreement if you wish.

I am rejecting this response because:thank you for your help

Sincerely,

Review: I signed up for a membership in December 2012 for myself and my daughter, because she had ACL reconstruction in July, and needed to do weight training to bring her muscle strength back to normal. I paid the upfront fees for both accounts and signed up for their $10 per month plan. We eventually stopped going, but since I signed up for a year, I allowed the $10 fee to be taken until the year was up. When I signed up, I was told that the contract was for 1 year, so I allowed it to term. Part of the terms of the reduced rate was that we were only able to use the gym that we signed up with, no other location. In December they closed the location that we signed up at, so I figured that would be the end, and I would not have to worry. In February, I noticed that I was being charged by some company called [redacted], not Club 24 Health, and the charge was 3 time the amount I signed up for. When I called them to let them know that the account had terminated, and I had been charged 3 times in error, they apologized to me, and told me that it was terminated, but was switched to a month to month payment fee of $29.99. They also told me that they could only apologize for my inconvenience, but were not able to refund any of my money, and the balance is $179.94 that was overcharged. Now according to them, those details are in my contract, but I do not remember having that conversation with the sales people that signed us up. They told me that our contract was for 1 year. When I explained this to them, they did not care, and refused to even settle with me for a portion of the money charged, and I feel that is bad business practices, and I would not recommend their establishment to anyone I know. As a matter of fact, I believe this is a scam, and I will never join another gym again, as this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth.Desired Settlement: I would like a check send to me for the amount of the overcharge. I do not want to negotiate. I feel that they could have done that with me on the phone, it is too late now.

Response:

We apologize for confusion when speaking to our billing company. The fee was not changed at all. This is our once yearly fee of 29 dollars which is charged each February. Since you have cancelled we have instructed our billing company to refund this on all your accounts. Your memberships have been cancelled and should see the refund hit your account within 7 days.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Sincerely,

Review: I joined Club 24 in March 2015 I specifically asked for Cross Fit which is an extreme workout program involving Olympic Lifting and extreme exercise And I was told that they were able to provide this service with their personal trainer's and to this date I have not received services that I have asked for.

I requested that my personal training contract be cancelled and in my contract as long as I give 30 days notice I would be able to cancel when I did this I was told that I would have to pay a $250.00 cancellation fee nowhere in my contract did it show a $250.00 cancellation fee.

As of May 15 2015 I was bumped off the personal training schedule without any reason given and they still keep charging my checking account without services rendered when I made my complaint to the manager she told me that they will continue to charge my account.

This business is not providing services that I asked for I was misled and they are in breach of the personal training contract.

I have already spoke to two manager's about these problems with no resolution or no concern.

Been through two trainers who have quit the gym back to backDesired Settlement: The gym is unable to provide services that I asked for and seems incapable of providing the services.

I want to cancel my personal training contract without fees or penalties it's been three weeks without a trainer and I am not getting The Cross Fit workouts that I have asked for.

Nowhere in my contract did it state a 250.00 cancellation fee and I refuse to pay that.
