[redacted] had vehicle towed in and was received by us Monday morning 10-3-16.  We inspected vehicle and called her Extended Warranty company on 10-4-16.  At this time the Extended Warranty was requesting vehicle maintenance records.  Since we have not seen the vehicle in the last 2...

years, [redacted] needed to forward her paperwork directly to them.  We received an OK from Extended Warranty and the customer on 10-5-16 after 2:00pm to start tear down.  On today, 10-10-16, we have contacted the Extended Warranty to let them know the transmission is torn down, ready for inspection.  If customer is requesting rental, the coverage needs to come from her Extended Warranty company. This will not occur until inspection has been completed by them and approval also given by them. The process of tear down has been appropriate.  We understand that emergency repairs are unexpected and our process has progressed as expeditiously as possible. Our timeline on transmission and engine repairs is approximately 4 days before it enters the shop. [redacted]'s vehicle has followed expectations.Again, if [redacted] is looking for alternate transportation, this will need to be authorized by her Extended Warranty.Thank you.Donna B[redacted]

[redacted]'s vehicle check engine light is activated by the computers within the car. I can not make the warning lights come on at a set driving range. The code was already in the system at time of initial diagnosis.  If I had ignored the codes and not told him of their existence,  then I would be having a different discussion now. Then it would be that we didn't follow due diligence and make him aware of future issues.At this time, we cleared all codes from the system.  When the dash warning light returns, it will be because the computers have detected a fault.I am not willing to repair the vehicle for free for an existing issue the customer was made aware of.Thank you.Donna B[redacted]Service DirectorOurisman Chevrolet

[redacted] contacted us on 3/12/17 notifying us that the [redacted] was shifting funny. We asked her to bring it in and on 3/13/17, she left the vehicle with us and was given a loaner car until the problem was rectified.  She has been informed that we had to send to [redacted] as the issue will be...

addressed under [redacted]'s warranty.As of 3/17/17 at 3:10 pm, [redacted] called and informed us the vehicle has been repaired and ready for pick up.  We will contact the customer and ask that she return the loaner and pick up her vehicle.We want to make sure she is safe when driving a vehicle form us and her [redacted] showed no open recalls when inspected and it does not show any when we re-ran her VIN# on [redacted].gov.  We are glad that [redacted] took care of the issue and will re-unite the customer with her vehicle this evening.  Thank you.Sincerely,Donna B[redacted]Service Director

I am sorry that [redacted] does not agree, but I sent a copy of her signed credit application.  This gives us the right to run her credit.

[redacted] has spoken with our Body Shop Manager and we have agreed to replace the missing tire sensor.  She seems satisfied.

I am rejecting this response because: I believe the repairs that I paid for were not needed. If my vehicle head gasket blown  which is covered in the extended warranty. It should been determine on the 9- 28- 15 or no later than 09 -29-15.  my car was in the shop for a week. I also believe that my extended warranty company do not want to covered the repairs.
