And just for the record....I am not a got! They really did get me into my apartment and I would not write a positive review if it was not true!

It's a scam. Don't send any money. You'll regret it.

This company took advantage of me, I sent all my personal information and I paid $600 to them. They numbers are no longer in service.
I am a disable veteran and they totally took advantage of me during these tough times. They were suppose to help me with getting an a apartment, and shortly after all communication stopped. You his is a disgrace and they need a o be shut down!! The email we were communicating through no longer works.

Desired Outcome

I want all my money I paid! They took advantage of of me nobody should have to deal with this in they time of need.

I paid $600 for them to cosign an apartment. They requested all my personal I formation pay stubs, SS number - no apartment ,no response after I paid.
I was asked to pay $300 for the apartment process to begin and that they would cosign. I submitted all my documents to them.
They said they would submit everything I gave them. The move in date came in and they disappeared. I texted and when I called ,the call went to voicemail
I started to panic because this is a company
A day later they texted me to say they gave the apartment everything required. Which was not true
Then they said they will submit everything I queried why they initially said they had submitted everything?
Then I heard nothing when I asked for my refund they stopped communicating.
All calls are going to voicemail

Desired Outcome

Refund and for the Revdex.com to remove this company that is taking advantage of people in crisis

I love this company they helped my family and they did their part I knew the risk of a 50-50 chance of getting in and not getting and I don't know what your problem is but Yall need to stop blaming everybody for your problems and get your *** together this company did nothing wrong they did not rip you off they say it is a 50-50 chance and yeah I got to go with that. I'm in my home because of them

I was very skeptical about this company as well. I started my apartment search in Nov./Dec. of 2019 for a January move date. I sent the initial $300 and submitted apartments that I had toured along with all info they asked for (names, point of contact, site so they could apply, etc). It was a bit nerve wrecking because it did take longer than 72 hours it was 2 weeks down to the very day. I didn't have any contact with the apartment after I submitted info to Co-Sign. They applied for me, they spoke on my behalf, and I was approved for an apartment. They aren't using fake SSN's, they're using EIN numbers or a business ID number. Everything else is solely your info.. your name and drivers license of course has to be shown at the time of signing your lease and a fake SSN would be a red flag for sure.. I personally worked with Frank.. it was a bit of frustration because I felt like they didn't respond right back, but they were working to get everything done. Needless to say I moved in January with no problems and paid my second $300 48-hours after approval. I would recommend and use this company again.

co sign guaranteed approval or they would refund my $300, I was not approved by the apartment complex because their activity was considered fraudulent
I tried to get approved for an apartment using their guarantor program decided to sign up after hearing their claim that their clients don't get denied, and or they would refund my money back which was an initial deposit of $300. I followed all their instructions and then decided to call after a few days of my application being submitted. Co Sign then said my application by the apartment was not approved but didn't say why. they then asked for a secondary apartment to apply to which I had sent them that the day after I applied, I guess they now have no record of it. So they said of your contract states we basically get 3 attempts at getting you approved by looking at other apartments. Here's the thing if I did that I'd be paying more application fees and security deposits that were $200-$300 at that rate I would have paid out a total of roughly $1000. I refused to do that, I contacted the leasing agent even though Co sign with have you not talk to anyone, the leasing company said I was declined due to possible fraud. Co sign didn't mention that possibility. So I ask for my money back...they decided to quote the contract stipulation that they are allowed three tries to try and get an approval. If you allow them to do this and it fails that will be three property management companies you can never apply through again because of whatever fraudulent process they use. Sure I am upset, sure I want my money back but more importantly my character is flawed do to their practices.

Desired Outcome

Make consumers aware so this company is out of business or else they'll continue to cause people a lot of grief.

Company could not get me into a place and was using cpn numbers without my knowledge and won't refund my money
I recently contacted this company to help co-sign for an apt. They are using fake social security numbers and fake credit to obtain places to live. Which cpn are illegal and can not be used in exchange of your own personal social security number. When I was made aware from an apt complex that I had to credit I asked to see the application that co-sign sent and it was not my proper information I have contacted everyone at co-sign and have not received any of my 600$ back. Your best bet is to contact gbi like I am going to do.

I sent their 600$ though the best bank. They have contacted 2 lofts and one apt I can send that information over

Desired Outcome

Refund and company to be shut down

Absolute criminal organization needs to be investigated please do not waste your money if you're lucky you will lose $300 if not they will steal $600 from you. And by the way all the good reviews are bots. PLEASE STAY AWAY THEY ARE THIEVES.

I used this service because with bad credit I figured this was the only way I could get an apt. So I pay $300 up front which they wanted me to Zelle the money with verification. Few weeks later, I gave them several apts to try and get approved. Wasted at least over $100 of app fees only to get rejected. All complexes have a checks/balance to verify jobs, etc.. I was told by Co-Sign to only say my name and nothing else. I got suspicious so I called a realty company I had them apply to to inquire as to why I was declined. Person told me that I don't sound like the person who applied for apt.!! So I call a man named "Jules" and he tells me that they 'assign' tin # which I know wasn't my social security since it would be a definite decline which is probably why they didn't want me to go into detail about my job or verifying anything else other than my name. Needless to say, nothing worked and I asked for my money back and they tell me, that it's a 30-day wait to get any money back. It's been a month and still nothing. People beware, I was able to secure a place on my own by doing my own research of landlords who actually own the complex and not use a 3rd party realtor and is willing to work with you, plus I provided documents to show i'm working on my credit and provided a secure salary from my job thru MY OWN voice recognition and it was all true information. Use common sense, if it's too good to be true, it usually is.

This company said they would get me in a apartment with no issues they took 300 from me and never helped me. They ignored my calls and did nothing
Very rude and unprofessional they said they would co-sign and get me a answer writhing 72 hrs. They did nothing and took my 300 dollars. I gave them my information and they never submitted applications or anything. They wanted additional 300 with no progress I said no so here I am now

Desired Outcome

My refund back

They took my money and will now not respond. Total scam and I want my $300 back ASAP
Said they got people approved, so clearly I'm not in the position to waste money, I sent the $300 and when I try to follow up I'm on hold for 15-30 minutes then it says they're closed. Spoke to someone named Frank and he said everything was all good even though he had no information. No one is responding and I need my money back

Desired Outcome

I want my money back and their fraudulent website taken down so no one else sees it and goes through this

Co-sign asap refuse to refund me my $300.
Cosign asap refuse to refund my $300 for an apartment I was denied for cause my background. They said I have to apply for three more apartment s just to get denied again before I could get a refund ask to speak to a manager and supervisor they said they only have one, which sound like fraud because no customer service I know has one supervisor and manager told them this sounds like fraud and I want my refund and they still refuse to give me my mom even in the terms and conditions does not talk about I have to apply for two more apartments to get my refund it's a fraud company and I want my refund

Desired Outcome

I want my $300 refund

WARNING: THIS IS A SCAM

Co-Sign ASAP guarantees an APARTMENT APPROVAL in 72 hrs or less as well as stating that they (Co-Sign ASAP) "have never had anyone denied". (main reason I chose this company) Co-Sign ASAP has not delivered on that guarantee. I am very upset/disappointed because as stated on the apartment application, my move in date needed to be before or by 12/20/19...my living situation has now been compromised and to date CO-SIGN ASAP has still not delivered on that guarantee. It's also very sketchy how I was consistently contacted by this company (Co-Sign ASAP-Frank, Brittany, Eileen) while the $300 deposit was wanted/needed... Now nothing?! Not only have I been more than patient with this company (Co-Sign ASAP) since the start of this process...I have given them any & all information requested from me in a timely manner to ensure that this process went as smoothly as possible. Furthermore, I found it really suspicious that they (Co-Sign ASAP) tell you " not to contact the apartment complex or it could jeopardize the approval" Actually, I'm compelled to contact the apartment complex to see if an application was ever submitted on my behalf. I NEED MY $300 REFUNDED ASAP!!!! It's very sad that this company preys on people who are in desperate need of help in securing a place to live due to unfortunate financial hardships!!
(I have ALL receipts)

Desired Outcome

I would like my $300 deposit along with a $30 application fee refunded to me. This company needs to be shut down ASAP to prevent them from doing this to more people.

The company owes me a refund on $300. They stated that it would take 30 days for my refund to show up in my account. 30 Days was 12/01/2919. No refund
For three weeks the company stated that I would receive my refund but it had to be on a Friday and 30 Days after 11/1. I have not received my refund and two Fridays have gone in November.

Desired Outcome

My refund.

I just wanted to say, THANK YOU SO MUCH. Because of you, I was able to be approved for an apartment. I did a lot of research about this company before making a decision and a lot of back and forth with the representatives and you guys did your thing. Thank you and I will send a lot of people to you.

The business creates a fake SSN, paystub and other information in order to get you approved for an apartment. This is not disclosed prior.
Co Sign ASAP portrays itself as a company that co signs for you to get into an apartment. However, they impersonate you to the complex and give a fake SSN, fake paystub, email address and address. When this was discovered, they would not refund me and have since stopped answering my calls or hang up on me when they do answer. I have the email chain showing what they told the complex when pretending to be me.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund of my $600 and for this company to be investigated and shut down

I found this company accidentally. There wasn't that much info on them but Frank was absolutely professional. We got denied at first through our own fault and I admit that I got super skeptical then especially after reading the review below.

I started calling them and texting them relentlessly. I can only imagine how much I *** them off.

But here's what I can tell you, they were incredibly patient, prompt, they work fast and they will not stop until you get your home. They would keep reminding me to provide the requirements on time.

I just got an email from the complex we applied for this week and I got approved! We move in next week. Thank you, Frank, Julie, Gerard and the rest of the team in co-sign asap! Will work with them again and refer my friends. Until our next transaction. :)

I have worked with them twice now and Brittney has been amazing throughout both processes. My very first conversation with Brittney I even said 'are you just going to take my money and run with me never hearing from you again!' She was so sweet and said 'never, you text me day or night if you're worried about anything and I'll respond'. I did text her at crazy hours of the night because of my work schedule and she did answer me. I adore her! I've referred all my friends to her and they love her too.
There were no surprises working with this company and I paid exactly what they said... nothing more. $300 to start the application and $300 when I was approved. I was approved in 24hrs and had keys in my hand in 48hrs. Don't let 2 bad reviews scare you. I recommend them to everyone I know and they've come through for all my friends who have used them.

I am so glad I found this service, I was struggling to find a place due to financial situations and they were able to get me the help I needed, very nice and professional and always available to answer my questions. This is a service I will definitely recommend to my friends and family.
