They constantly lied about needing more information. They did not locate an apartment for me or deliver services as promised via a website, phone calls, and text messages.

They stopped taking my calls. Lied and said my money would be refunded. And stopped responding to my text, online messages, and phone calls.

Frank, Julie, Eileen, Gerardo are names of employees who I have come to find are fictitious.

I had to use my current rent money to pay CO-SIGN ASAP and now I am going to be evicted with no place to stay or store all my belongings. I am a disabled Veteran, Federal Government Employee, and an ADA Disabled Individual.

This service is a miracle!!! I was looking online and I came across this company so I reached out to them. They told me the steps on how they work and what to do and me being in my situation currently I really needed to get into a apartment asap but I had bad credit due to me personally going through a divorce I gave their Representative at the time my situation and they said they could help me no problem! They were very straight forward and down to the point and only needed $600 total! I couldn't believe that for a second so I had to step back and ask only $600? is there any additional fees they assured me there was not at all! So I said okay why not! I signed up with the process paid my first payment of $300 they told me it would be within 3 business days! and surely it was!!!! I was so HAPPY! that I found a company that could help get me approved into an apartment!! Once I was approved they walked me through the steps on paying the last $300! and gave me instructions to how I pick up my keys!! I was so grateful and I have told so many people of this wonderful company! I am not happy living in my new apartment with my children! Thank you Cosign-ASAP!

fraudulent this company does not sit right with me. I was going to utilize there program and went ahead and paid the fee to get started with them which was 300$ upfront and then after the application process and guaranteed approval another payment of 300. I paid the 300 and then the next morning woke up to several missed calls and texts from co sign staff. the credit specialist texted me telling me my bank red flagged them as fraudulent and demanded my money back. at first I was confused because I was really dependent on this program. when I called my bank to figure out what happened they told me they never had an history of me wiring money to a company like this one and had them flagged. I called co sign to tell them this was not done on my behalf they refused to do business with me and said I was fraudulent because they could not identify who I am. I said that's *** I sent in the wire via by branch and had to physically walk into the branch and request a wire transfer. I feel as if my bank may have saved me dealing with a fraudulent company that may have gotten me excepted but it was legal and felt like it would backfire in the long run. be careful there me be storys of this company working but it may not be your story.

Supervisor will not return phone calls and stole my money!
I decided to try this company to help with an apartment. I was skeptical but decided to take a chance. After I paid the initial $300.00, I was sent a contract. I read it and decided not to move forward. I asked for a refund and was told I qualified since I did not sign a contract. They said they would need the person in charge, Gleniece ***'s, approval to move forward. A month later she still has not returned my calls or processed my refund. I am told different things from representatives named Julie, Gerardo, Elizabeth, and so many more. Some of them now say I qualify then some say I do not. I have explain many times to the same people I never signed a contract. After that they say oh it seems you qualify. Gleniece will call u back. It's been over a month and I have not received a refund or a call from this supposed Gleniece person.

I needed a co-signer for an apartment I wanted to rent. I found them via the internet and asked them if they could help me due to not having a job but had enough funds in my bank account to pay for a year's lease. They assured me they could work with me. I EVEN SIGNED A CONTRACT SAYING ALL INFO MUST BE TRUE/CORRECTI paid $300 upfront, sent them the apartment infor for the application. Someone named Jerome had me install an app so we could fill out the application online. Little did I know that I only saw a portion of the leasing application. I was accepted by the apartment complex. Co-Sign ASAP told me to pay $300 more, which I did. At that point they released all the emails between them and the apartment complex, they created an AOL webmail address for me, I logged on, opened and read through the emails. WHEN I LOOKED AT THE APPLICATION THEY SUBMITTED ON MY BEHALF THEY USED SOMEONE ELSE'S SOCIAL SECURITY #, A FAKE JOB AT A TAX CO. FROM ATLANTA (I live in Colorado), A FAKE SALARY OF OVER $7K/MO, FAKE EMERGENCY CONTACT, FAKE BOSS INFO & FAKE ADDRESS. THEY REFUSE TO REFUND MY MONEY B/C THE CONTRACT SAY'S I HAVE 3 TRIES TO SECURE A PLACE. THEY LIE AND COMMIT FRAUD ON YOUR BEHALF.

I've worked with this program and they did take a little longer than advertised but they also got me approved. I was able to get a home for me and my daughters. They do ask for 300 up front which I was skeptical about but took the leap and found myself pleasantly surprised with the customer service and the fact that now I have a brand new apartment. The other 300 was paid after my approval and though their payment methods through me for a loop they did follow through. I'm referring them to my sister.

Company claims that they co-sign, when in fact they use other people information such as SSN/address and submit this information as you.
Company misused personal information of someone else to misrepresent facts on a rental application. Company does not fulfill their contract and will ask you for their full fee before releasing the details of what they filled out on the rental application, placing you in legal jeopardy due to fraudulent information they put on your rental application. They used false SSNnumbers, addresses, phone numbers etc.

They ask for$300 down I gave it to them. I ask for it back they stop answering the phone.
This company said they was going to get me approve for an apartment. They it cost $600. $300 down and once we get you approved you pay the other $300. I told the I was skeptical they said we don't want your money we here to help you. So I send the $300 to Anthony Kelly thru Zella. They kept calling and everything then I notice I haven't filled out any paperwork so I ask them where is the application so they emailed it to me. Then I said I change my mind I want my money back. They said ok were give you your money back tomorrow I said I just gave you the money 20 minutes ago. He said they have to go thru the manager and the billing office so I waited until the next day and called back then a lady told it take 30 days to receive my money back so had some words then the phone got disconnected then I called back several times no one Answer my calls and I emailed them no respond.
