Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Now, Go-Optic adds insult to injury by submitting they offered ANY solutions to my problem and blatantly lying about that in the process The lens prescription was NOT correct Go-Optic ordered me to go to a local optometrist (a bold thing to expect me to do with a competitor) to verify the prescription Though I bit the bullet and humiliated myself by doing that request, I didn't need to; the prescription was so far off as to make the glasses totally unusable According to the optometrist (as I told Go-Optic) though the prescription was close, they did not allow for "Wrap Compensation" meaning the lenses are of the type that wrap around the eyes and face and if not compensated for will cause even a correct prescription to be blurry They NEVER offered to repair the nose pad on the frames, bent so badly I doubt very seriously they could be RE-bent back without breaking, begging a bigger question: How did they go into their packaging for shipping in that condition? Go-Optic never offered to do a thing, except give me a reduced percentage refund for the frames (calling it a re-stocking fee, though how they would re-stock defective frames is questionable) and to charge me return postage This Revdex.com response by Go-Optic is a complete falsehood, and I do not buy into their apology They are all over the Internet as doing this as an ongoing business practice, however unethical, which is a principle reason for my involving the Revdex.com I have already written the cost of this off as a complete loss But I would hope the Revdex.com would investigate further so this does not continue to happen to other unsuspecting victim customers The ONLY way Go-Optic's return privilege would be acceptable is if I simply changed my mind, the prescription and glasses were perfect That NOT being the case, they are making, sending, and charging for an unusable, inferior product But, as I said, they've been down this road of complaints before, many times, and they keep winning because no one, so far, has taken action to stop them Again, in doing research, it is simple to do an Internet search for customer reviews who have been through EXACTLY the same thing I have Thank you ~~~~~ Regards,

Hi there.I have rejected Go-Optics offer
because it does not make me wholeIt does not cover the minimum extra costs I incurred because of their mistake and it does not get me rx glasses that fit my face or fit under the safety equipment I use over top the glasses. My direct costs (Canadian dollars): $to return ship and insure the glasses$Canada Customs handling charges when the glasses were shipped back the second time$Canada Customs handling fees when the wrong glasses were shipped the first time$for the original purchase charged to my Visa account$233.80 My costs to make me whole will be to purchase oval frames and have the Go-Optic lenses reshaped to fit those frames. Go-Optic is in the business of providing health services/product to their clientsThey have a fiduciary responsibility to ensure their clients medical needs are metThey did not do this by getting my order wrong, misrepresenting their product, and their indifference to my requirement for oval shaped glasses ( Round glasses do not fit my wide nose)I continually indicated that the glasses that they sent were round and the wrong size. Go-Optic could have avoided all of the above problems had they classified the shape properly, showed accurate dimensions (according to industry standards), had quality control procedures, and had clarified that the glasses that I ordered were not oval shaped (there was an obvious need to intercede). I am a retired senior on a fixed incomeI do not have $to throw awayI still do not have glasses I can use. Thank you for you attention to this matter!

I 100% disagree with their inspection When I called Customer Service upon receipt, explained the issue, I was told, "thats an easy fix, I can bring to my opticial who will fix it, he understood the issue." I spoke to a supervisor who insisted in repeating their return policy and the charge of the restocking fee I asked to talk to a manager, he said he doesn't have a boss I ask for the CEO, he said the CEO doesn't work their...its only him I then filed a report through their website and got not help I turned to you because as I started to search the internet for the CEO of that company, I found many similar complaints This must be addressed by you I am due the restocking fee for a defective frame which you can tell from the attached photos Please note the nose bads, note the curvature of one side of the nose pad...it sticks out more than the other side Thus when I put it on my face its at a severe angle.
