I have been working with Coast on behalf of the law firm who is handling my BK case. Can't say enough about the positive experience I have had with them as I navigate through this difficult part of my life. They make it seem not as painful.

Coast Processing is the sweetest. They are always so nice and help me when I need them. I have been with them for 2 years and they have helped me with my ups and downs.

Coast Processing has "supposedly "started a debt consolidation for my husband and I. They have made many false statements saying they have reached out to our creditors with no contact letters. But the creditors have all established that is not true. I understand the process can take time but we have been put under much worse financial conditions while trusting them to help us. I have requested to cancel their service and to be refunded my money. Our credit scores have dropped over 100 points each and the representative I spoke to this evening slipped and said they were effecting our scores as well due to my payment to them being late due to me having to have surgery. I want my money back so I can get things straightened out with our creditors and hopefully get ahead of this terrible situation.

Mary enrolled in our program knowing how the program worked and the length of time needed for the program to work. Mary opted to terminate her agreement, which we allowed her to do, and we further agreed to provide a full refund of all of her fees. That refund has been processed and should have been received by Mary. We are confirming with her that the refund was received as her complaint suggests it was not.

Have been paying them for over 6 months and they have accomplished absolutely nothing for me!

So far so good. I have been working with Coast and LPG to get myself out of a terrible situation after divorce and being left with a bunch of bills that were left to me....but not my responsibility. It has been a long journey to rebuild myself and it is nice to finally have some people on my side to get me out of this mess. I have been getting good advice with my complicated situation....and can finally see the light!

Coast Processing phone rep. told me that they would consolidate and pay off my credit cards in 36 months for $330 a month. After 7 months I found out that they were a debt resolution company not a consolidation company. I've been coresponding with them since Dec. 16, 2019. They told me they sent the emails out 3 times and I still haven't got them. So on Jan. 2,2020 I sent them an email asking them to cancel my account and send a refund along with any paper work they have on my account via *** along with a tracking number. I haven't heard back from them.

believed that we were a debt settlement company and that we were going to collect payments and use those payments to resolve his debts. The contract he signed explicitly stated that we are NOT a debt settlement company and no payment to us would go toward the settlement of any debt with any creditor. Nevertheless, when *** opted to cancel, we agreed to the cancellation and issued a full refund of all fees paid into our program. That refund was issued prior to ***'s complaint to Revdex.com.

They stop the harassing calls from creditors almost overnight. They helped me immensely by being the people who worked out settlements with my creditors and put attorneys on the case for creditors that played hardball. They are responsive and they know the validation process better than any other companies I have seen. The benefit that I found with coast is they simply take the stress off my back. Even though I am early in the process with their plan, they took away the sleepless nights I had due to the evil collector calls.

A front for Student Loan Direct.
- I was told the name of the company was Coast Processing (Student Loan Direct was never mentioned once)
- Student Loan Direct is known to be a company that scams people out of money (easily Google'd)
- I was initially robocalled about the *** class action lawsuits and told to call so I could be included
- All the prompts when I called indicated that I would be talking to someone about the lawsuits, instead I was routed to someone who acted surprised I was routed to him but said he could help me with my federal loan payments
- When questioned about this he admitted that I don't need to do anything to be included in the lawsuits
- When questioned further he then admitted later it was a "marketing tactic"
- I was initially told that the federal loan program and private loan relief companies are two entirely different companies, when asked further I was told they just shared the same owner
- Employee plainly stated that you work on "both sides" proving all that was a lie
- The gentleman who "helped" me with my federal student loans kept asking if anyone "stayed with me" or if I gave "anyone money". I told him I live alone, but that my mom comes and visits every once and while and that I am throwing a wedding shower for my brother and future sister-in-law. Suddenly the amount of money I am supposed to pay the federal government goes down $300
- Obviously he is filling out the repayment forms with fraudulent information indicating that I am supporting people when I am not.
- I am being asked to pay upfront for private and federal loan services (key indicator of a scam)

Coast Processing is not affiliated with Student Loan Direct in any way. Coast Processing provides administrative support for law firms that work to resolve debts through a dispute process that involves licensed attorneys working on behalf of consumers to dispute debts and resolve those debts in the course of that dispute process. Neither Coast Processing nor that law firms with which it is affiliated work to settle or renegotiate debts, nor does Coast Processing restructure student loan debts by submitting applications or otherwise. This individual has Coast Processing confused with a different company.
