Kyle from Code Red Appliance came today to do warranty repair on my Whirlpool microwave. He was skilled, knowledgeable, courteous, and very helpful! I would not hesitate to call this company again. Great job!

Had a good service experience with Code Red. Our Kitchen Aid oven was not heating properly. The service man came out, diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered a new control board and it came in within a week. It only took 15 minutes to install and it was covered by the warranty except for the service call and small labor charge.

Wonderful experience with my new freezer door being installed on Wednesday, May 4, 2016. Had so much trouble with the ice maker over the past several years. Technician Rocky has been trouble shooting these over several visits. During my frustration he was also helpful and diligent in diagnosing the problem. His frequent reports to his superiors enabled me to now have a functioning ice maker and cube dispenser. Please recognize him for his efforts.

This company was sent out by [redacted] warranty to fix my cooktop. After Miss misdiagnosing the problem and spending 3 months of replacing random parts to no avail because the technician didn't know what was wrong. [redacted] finally sent out a competent company that was able to get my cooktop fixed. Unfortunately, spent 3 months with a brand new broken cooktop. Now I have a problem with my oven, [redacted] assigns them to come out again. This time I couldn't even get past their poor customer service for them to come out and look at it, I've already contacted [redacted] told them to find me another repair company. I've had two experiences with Code Red, one with poor quality of their technicians, the other with severely poor customer service in the office. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

I have always had awesome service provided by this company. My Whirlpool Cabrio washer is undesirable and has had to be repaired 5 times in 5 years..I aways request Rocky as he knows his stuff.....

Couldn't be more pleased with the service Rocky delivered. Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and I especially like that we were given a window of time in which to expect him on a given day and then Rocky called ahead when he was 15-20 minutes away. Next time we need any appliance repairs I hope Rocky will be the one to do it.

Code Red reminded us of our appointment and narrowed down the show time. Rocky called when he was enroute, showed up on time, quickly analysed the problem, had and installed the needed part while being courteous and professional throughout.

Great service, Kyle has made several repairs for us and completed them in a timely manner with no problems.

I'm writing this at 1:41pm local time. I'm waiting for the technician to arrive. The original appoitnment was set for a window between 11am and 1pm. I called the office at 11:32 to get a better estimation of the tech ETA, the female answering the phone told me that he was in the area and should arrive within 45 minutes. Now it's 1:45pm and after several calls initiated by me end up in voice-mail, nobody is answering and nobody is calling back. A very poor customer service is already displayed by a Company that hasn't even set foot in my house for a repair.
I will follow up this report once the technician gets here and I'll get his side of the story...can't wait to hear it.

Code Red made two service calls for our refrigerator repair. We were very pleased with the prompt & efficient service and the personnel

Excellent service. Technician ordered extra parts "just in case" so refrigerator would certainly be fixed on time. Technician explained things we did not know (how to take drawers out, etc.). I would highly recommend them to a friend.

I am very happy with the service I received from Code Red Appliance Service. They responded to my concern, and showed up to my house at the agreed time. Kyle the technician was very professional and helpful and solved my problem quickly.

Whirlpool sent Code Red to check out our microwave to make sure it was safe to use. The tech, Kyle, was great to deal with! Answered all our questions. He arrived in the time frame given. I will call them for other appliance problems we have in the future.

My 3 year old Kitchen Aid microwave came from the factory with a bent/misaligned door hinge. Eventually, the door came off in my hand after the screw sheared. Kitchen Aid recommended Code Red appliance to fix the problem. Rocky, from C-Red, came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and the hunt was on for a new door. The door was promised within 3 weeks. To my absolute surprise, Rocky voluntarily brought a spare microwave over until mine could be fixed! Since I'm accustomed to leftovers, the microwave was indeed, a most thoughtful gesture.

We have had Rocky from Code Red on several occasions, for repairs on a dryer, dishwasher and microwave. He is on time, knowledgeable, has supplies with him, and the problem is fixed and he is gone usually within an hour. When I call Code Red, I know my issue will be resolved, in a friendly manner, at a reasonable cost. Doesn't get better than that!

I called the Manufacturer's 800 number because my dishwasher was not working properly. They told me a local Co. would contact me to schedule an appointment. Based on previous experience with other manufacturers, and being outside of the Metro areas, I figured it would take quite a while....I was pleasantly surprised by Code Red's quick response in setting up an appointment, showing up on time, and diagnosing the problem. Kyle was very nice & personable, took the time to explain the problem and offered suggestions to improve the appliance's performance. Exceptional level of service from beginning to end ! I am in the housing business in the Pinal County area and will recommend Code Red to any of my customers in need of appliance services.

I would like to thank Code Red Appliance Service, for the timely and efficient service. Your Tech, Rocky called before coming to the house to give us a time of arrival, he was here one time and was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The repair was made

promptly and neatly.

Kyle at Code Red is fantastic! HE IS WAY TOO YOUNG TO HAVE THE EXPERTISE AND KNOWLEDGE HE DOES! Very kind, personable and doesn't mind any/all questions u toss at him. Fast and always does it right the first time. Best company ever. He should get regular raises! Pls retain this exemplary employee!
