Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolvedIn addition, however, I'd like to note that someone named [redacted] from the Codelocke billing department personally called me on 4/4/and asked why I complained on Revdex.com, saying that it makes their company look bad, and claimed that I had a one-time charge of $to fix my email problemsWhen I said that nowhere is there any evidence that I made a separate payment in that amount and that, instead, I only made one payment of $he finally said he would refund me and that he doeesn't want anything to do with meHe should have just communicated in writing through the Revdex.com in a professional mannerIn addition, two days later, on 4/6/16, I got an unsolicited call from another guy with an Indian accent saying the same story that the guy from Codelocke told me: that "hackers" are trying to take over and that they can help meThey didn't know that my computer was getting repairs at [redacted] at that very momentI ask that my phone number and email NOT be used for any solicitation from this company or any of this company's partners for solicitation Regards, [redacted]

As per our records, [redacted] had filed a charge back having case ID # [redacted] with his credit card issuer and credit card issuer had refunded the transaction amount of to the customer

I received the reply for CodeLocke concerning the complaint I filed with the Revdex.comIt states ‘as
per our records”, *** *** had filed a chargeback having case id#*** with her credit card issues and credit card issuer had refunded the transaction amount to the customer”I’m not sure I understand who the customer is in this statementThe credit card issuer released the stated monies to CodeLocke and I have been billed for that amountThere has not been a refund to my credit card as of this datedThe credit card issuer is not involved in this matter as of nowSince CodeLocke has not addressed the complaint per se and has not refunded my monies, I request they do so immediately
