Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] GE appliance offered 70% off their MSRP of $( the unit discussed is comparable to the unit originally purchase) This would be $plus delivery/ removal + sales tax I have asked for a FAIR resolution as this applianance is a lemon and was a lemon from the beginning during warranty, extended warranty and out of warranty I willingly worked w/ GE as their choice was to repair and I believed them when they said they could GE dragged out this situation and now they use that length of time as their argument in not offering a better compromise I countered their offer with $( which is 70% off the highest retail in my area with unit in stock of $at a high end appliance store) Waive delivery /removal charge $ extended warranty as a sign of good faith [redacted] only agreed to #waiving delivery/ removal charge of $ [redacted] emailed me saying he would have his customer relations manager intervene for a resolution I have not heard from anyone other than [redacted] ***He does not appear to be interested in considering my offer of resolution This is where I feel bullied by GE and their terms Thank you , [redacted]

The GE Serviceman completely exchanged the interior of the upper portion of my wall oven with new parts and the appliance works again I am satisfied with the results of the repair I am not satisfied with GE's customer service, their lackluster response nor their lack of concern for the complete breakdown of an expensive appliance GE threw up their hands, and my appliance was fixed only from the due diligence of [redacted] , the retail store who sold me the appliance If you could forward this to GE I would appreciate it I will purchase from [redacted] again, I am now a more informed consumer that extended warranties are not what I thought them to be, and I will not purchase a GE Profile appliance again

Thank you for the opportunity to reveiw this consumer's situation I have spoken with Mr [redacted] and apologized for the trouble he's had with his GE washer as well as consumer relations We have offered to exchange the washer through a local dealer and have also offered him a check in the amount of $as a good will gesture He has accepted this as a fair resolution to his complaint I have cancelled the service call and any parts that were necessary for the repair Please contact me if you have any further questions or concerns Sincerely, [redacted] Program Manager

Thank-you for the opportunity to review this consumer’s situation The dishwasher in question would be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty from one year from the date it was put into use That reported date was 3/20/** The warranty does transfer to a subsequent owner during that first year timeframe Please contact me if there are any other questions or if I may be of further assistance

Thank you for the opportunity to review this consumer's situation I have spoken with Mr [redacted] and apologized for the issues regarding his daughter's GE washer He had confirmed that it was working at this time I informed him that I can offer one of the two options as resolution to his complaint: ~One year extension on the warranty starting from today's date or ~A substantial discount on a brand new washer which would come with a brand new warranty He chose to take the offer of a 12-month extension on the warranty on the current unit I have mailed that to his daughter and told him that she should expect it within 5-business days Please contact me if you have any further questions or concerns Sincerely, [redacted]
