I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[All statements are incorrect. Coffee business machines has not answered any of calls for the past three weeks, they have virtual answering machine. The techinician never answered my calls only the first two contacts  three weeks ago and he lives in Georgia and requested me not call him because he has nothing to do with me [redacted] why tony from coffe business machine referring me to himcoffe business machine did not provide me with brand new machin it is refurbished, I requested tony the owner of coffe business machine to clarify why I did not get a brand new machine , he never answered regardless of my repeated request to answer my question , but he intentional refusing to answer. The coffee fe machine iteme number does not exist not the company makes them do exist , coffee fe business machine provide me with the name of the company makes the machine. The name world vending machine, LLC, this name does not exist, and the contact number is not a working number. I requested coffe business machine to give a clarification of why you provide me with incorrect company name , they never answered any question.the coffe business machine informed me when we made the deal that the site is ready at health clink in Baltimore and I have to signe the contract in 24 hours otherwise they can not hold the site. I did signe the contract immediately and coffe business machine confirmed vial email that the site is still ready for me.the coffe business machine never contacted me by phone, they never answered my calls , tony called me ones for few seconds and hung up while answering his call. He sent me a msg saying that he called me but " I did not give him a chance to leave a voice mail. And  when I called him back he hung up. I have complete list of all outgoing calls to coffee business machines and their technical.the coffe business machines give me a location name and address then when I contact them they express that they are not interested and the location company provided them information about refurbished machine and they want brand new one.nswer Here]

This is a response to ID# [redacted].  Each location that the location company sends to customers is always verified that they do want a coffee machine on there premises.  After sending 10 locations for only 4 machines the location company was more than sufficient in providing qualified locations to [redacted].  The main reason [redacted] did not take most of the locations which she is not mentioning here is she did not want to travel to the locations provided because they were 20 to 25 minutes away from where she lives and that is why the location company kept sending more and more locations.  Second the tech was paid. His name was [redacted].  Check# [redacted] in the amount $320 for the work he completed to train [redacted].  Check cleared on March [redacted] 2015.  So we have done everything to solidify [redacted] in making her succeed in her coffee business.

[Your Answer Here]  Coffee business is not fully telling the entire story.  They are making it seems that they are doing everything possible and the reason why things are not working is because of me.  Before purchasing the coffee machine, I was told that all the location come with a 3 year contract and is available for me to service from 8am to 9pm M-Sa.  Coffee Machine will give me a location in the area that I list and it would be up to me to accept.  Please see attachment that states what I assume that I would be purchasing.  I know that I will be servicing the machine after work, so the hours was important to me since I don't get off of work until 4:30 or 5pm. I base my purchase on what was told to me in the attached letter and phone conversations.  All the locations that they sent to me closed at 6pm, not 9pm.  For example: 1st location: Was sent to me on 4/** to [redacted].  These are apartments.  They didn't want a vendor they wanted information.  2nd location: Was sent to me on 5/** to [redacted].  Headquarters is in [redacted], but they wanted the machine in their new location which is [redacted].  This location is took me an hour to get to.  Yes the location was great, but I couldn't take it because of the distance to service and not knowing my profit would be it might not be profitable.  I tried to call Coffee Machine, several times, to discuss things with them and I never received a call back.  I email the representative (Tony) and he never return me calls or email.   3rd location: Was sent to me on 6/** to [redacted].  It is in [redacted], but again the shop closes at 6pm and 2pm on Sat.  Everything that they told me to purchase the machine was all pretext in order for me to purchase the coffee machine.  I do not wish to continue to have a relationship with this business because they are not giving me what they stated they would.  I feel that it was a false advertising in order to get me to purchase.  Now they are providing with locations that are not in my list or the timeframe that would allow me to service the machine.  I am not going to take a location that put me in a bad situation.  Coffee Machine states that they are working to assist me, but all they have done is giving me the run around, not returning my calls or emails and locations that are not acceptable.  I never received the four location in [redacted] that are open until 9pm.  Where is that list?  I am only getting one location, nothing to chose from; as they stated in the attached letter.**

To Whom It May Concern,This is a response to ID# [redacted].  Our customer [redacted] was provided with a wonderful busy car wash that is extremely busy and is in need of her coffee machine that she has.  [redacted] turned it down stating that she could not get to the location because of her work...

hours.  Once we heard that she was unable to take the car wash we then provided her with another great location on [redacted] that is in need of her coffee machine. Yes we are going to provide her with a local tech who will be helping her with training and also provide her with the first time product bonus as written on her contract.  We are doing everything here to make [redacted] happy to be successful in her new coffee business.

We were notified that [redacted] has been provided with 10 locations up to date and she only chose two of the locations. As promised we also paid for a local tech to train on her the machines as well as transport her two machines to there selected locations.  Her agreement that she has signed states 4 coffee machines, 4 locations, 1 year warranty, and freight included.  She has received everything that is stated and even more to accommodate her.  Her agreement also states in section 4 that there are no refunds.  We have also responded to [redacted]'s emails and calls in a timely fashion. We have email records and phone records to prove if needed.  We at Coffee Machine Business are here to help [redacted] succeed in her coffee business and have provided everything for her to succeed.

Review: I bought 4 coffee machine from the company on December 2014. The Seles person [redacted] told me 4 machines have 4 locations ready to go. Everything will be done before December [redacted] 2014. But when I received the machines on December [redacted], no one contacted me and there was no way to find [redacted]. Few day later [redacted] told me that he was sick and has a technician from Atlanta Georgia gave me a call. The technician said it has nothing to do with him but he was sorry about delay. And said someone will contact me later. But one did. On January [redacted] emailed me says the locations wanted delivery after the holiday and local technician will contact me soon. But no one did.I kept asking for technician's number and he never gave it to me. In fact there was never a technician and location from the beginning. The company is not honoring what they promised and keep ignoring my request.Desired Settlement: since they keep ignoring me that means they do not care to do business with me so that I would like to have my money back

Originally I was provided with 4 locations but then for no reason those locations were no longer available for me to select. I was then provided with three hotel options in my area and when I contacted those locations 2 locations told me that they did not agree to have my product on their property so I was only able to choose 1 of the locations provided for me. I was also provided with some other options but once I contacted them I was told once again that they had not agreed to having my product on their property. So, while they have provided locations for me, they were not all viable locations and that became apparent only after I contacted the locations and talked to their managers. I only have 2 current locations of the 10 that were offered to me because many of the locations they have provided me did not previously agree to having my machines in their spaces, many of them acknowledged that they had received materials about my machines but had not agreed to the terms. On April, one of the locations decided that they did not want the coffee machine anymore. I emailed the coffee machine company and the location company. The location company replied "I have some new marketers that have been getting nice business. I well assign them your area and they will start your job within the week." They sent this on April **. It's been more than six weeks and no one has contacted me about any new location.While they paid for a local technician to train me on the machines, the technician himself was not trained and asked me more questions than he was able to answer. This technician was only found by me after they had me conversing with a technician in Atlanta, Georgia for months. It then became apparent that there was not a local technician available for me and I asked the company if they would like me to find someone. They agreed to allowing me to find a technician and said they would provide him with training materials but he was not actually provided with anything before being expected to assist me. Also, after the technician put together two machines, he did not get payed until I forward his email to [redacted]. The technician was so frustrated about the whole thing, that he decided to quit.To top it all off, I have three machines in my garage and no technician.

Thank you for your espouse. As mentioned previously, some locations no matter the distance were not interested in having the product on their premises. Also the problem was not that the technician was not paid, but that he was not trained properly in order to train me properly. Thank you for your time but I will be taking my claim to the Small Business Claims.

Review: I contact the business for about their coffee machine business opportunity. Before purchasing, I was give information that stated along with my purchase I would received a location. They already have four locations in my area that are will to allow me to service M-Sa 8am-9pm, with a three year contract and want a machine in 2 weeks. I would have someone that would deliver the machine to the location and train me. I would get startup product and one year warranty. I signed the agreement based on what was sent to me and what was on the contract. I purchase the machine. To this day, I have no location. The two location that they sent to me was one that didn't know what I was talking about and didn't have any desire to allow the machine to be delivered and the other was not in my location that I requested and was not in the time-frame to allow me to service the machine. I don't get any return calls and emails that only tell me that they will assign me a location. They cannot tell me anything about the 4 location that they told me was ready to sign an agreement. In fact, they told me that most locations don't want to sign a contract. The business told me a lot of lies in order for me to purchase the machine and has not lived up to what they agree/contract to do. I asked for a refund, but they refuse.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to collect their machine, at there expense, and to refund me my entire purchase price of $5300. I don't wish to receive another location because they have shown that they will not live up to their contractual agreement and if anything else happen, they will not provide the extended service that they guarantee. I just want to cut ties and call it even.

Again, I know what is in the contract and they have not followed that contract. The information that was provided to me was false because they haven't comply to that part either. I have used the contact information to request for an location in June and still have not received anything. Everything that was said to me prior to purchase was a lie; which was told to me to convenience me to order and then hide behind the "no refund". I wouldn't be asking for one if they would do what they told me that they would do, but to now hide be hide false information and say "no refund" is ridiculous and not doing business. False advertising and providing false services is wrong. All the locations are not what was told to me before I purchase. I don't understand why they don't understand that. This is false services and giving me false pretext on things that they had no intentions of doing. It is clear that they will not give me a location that they stated to me that they would, but instead of granting me a refund they hide behind this "no refund". Two words instead of fulfilling the entire contract. I did my part, but they haven't done their part of the contact; except the no refund part. That is the only part of the contract that they fulfilled. -[redacted]

Review: We were sold on a guarantee of a location and told we would have a coffee machine filled with product. The sales man Tony M[redacted], also guaranteed us someone to show us how to run the machine and someone to help deliver and set it up. ALL of these promises fell through. We never got a location and had to drive and pick up the machine ourselves and we never had anyone help us with the set up or show us how to run it, and the machine was empty of product as well.

Total scam, you are better off just ordering a coffee machine online for half the price and having it sent directly to you, because a location is never provided and help navigating how to run and set it up is also never provided. There is always excuses though, someone is always sick, or unavailable, or has an emergency and can not help you.Desired Settlement: Since they are obviously not going to fill the contract and give us a location and send us help, (I have sent legal action and the letter comes back as no such address) I would like a refund on the promise that were never kept.

WE HAVE ALL LOCATIONS THAT HAVE BEEN SENT TO CUSTOMER. PLUS CUSTOMER WAS INFORMED IF THEY EVER NEEDED A TECH TO OPERATE THE MACHINE OR TRAIN THEY WOULD BE MORE THAN ACCOMODATED.

Review: coffee business machines , offered me a brand new coffee vending machine with a site and location to install the machine,. They delivered refurbished machine. The provided me with wrong technical support information. The company is refusing to talk to me over the phone. The company failed to provide me with location and or a technician to install the machine. In addition I need new machine not refurbished. The machine came directly from the factory where it was manufactured which is Vending World that have been in business now 12 years which [redacted] is stating certain things that are totally untrue about them. Second [redacted] is claiming that we have an automated service which is totally not true either. We have a service after business hours that takes messages for our company. We keep all phone records and if need be we can prove how we have responded to [redacted] via phone and also have all records of coorespondences via email. Third the tech [redacted] spoke to is our head tech who is based in another state and was more than helpful in providing all the help that was needed. [redacted] was also provided with a manual and cd of showing him to use the machine. [redacted] was provided everything that is stipulated on his contract. Coffee Machine Business is more than willing to help with anything else if needed.
