This is a response to Complaint ID# [redacted].  Our customer [redacted] has been provided with 6 locations for his coffee machines and each every location does want his machine.  The location company has contacted each and every one again and they are all verifiable.  Plus three of the locations had to be provided with [redacted] cell phone number because they wanted to contact him to bring the coffee machines to there location for service.  On another note [redacted] has been contacted several times by the location company to work hand and hand with to get all this cleared up.

I am rejecting this response because: All that is said by Mr. [redacted] is totally FALSE. I have been informed about 6 possible locations. I have contacted them all and ALL have said that they are NOT interested in my machines. The 3 locations he mentioned I've called them again and the ALL 3 said that they don't have any intentions of having my machines in their places. All that I say can be proved. The location company as he says has contacted me by email and from a NO CALLER ID phone. I have the machines in the middle of my home with no locations. The location company says they are working to find me new locations. That's not what [redacted] told me. He offered me 5 Machines with Pre-Agreement Contract and 3 Years of relocation. That was more than 1 month ago and I got nothing. I paid my FULL order, so I want what I bought. In fact, the 5 machines I received has no cup dispenser as they are offered and there is not the first load of product as [redacted] said. For all this, I INSIST in my immediately and totally REFUND of my MONEY

Good afternoon this is a response to Complaint ID# [redacted].   Our customer [redacted] is stating that she did not receive the proper coffee machines.  On our company website it clearly shows the machine she purchased is what she received.  Our...

website is:  www.coffeemachinesusa.com and if you click on our coffee machines it will show the exact same machine she is showing.  Yes the machines she purchased comes in two boxes which has to be assembled.  She was sent a manual and dvd showing her how to operate the machines.  Plus she always provided with our tech departments toll free number if she has any questions of how to operate the machines.  Pertaining to the locations she is mentioning she was also provided with our location departments phone number and email information so that they could send her the locations.  If [redacted] does need any other services or needs any information to get her coffee business started we are more than happy to provide her the information.  Last the contract that [redacted] has signed clearly states in section 3 of the agreement that once she receives the machines there are no refunds.  If any additional information is needed feel to ask and we will provide it.

Coffee Machines USA is no longer in business.  They went out of business one month ago.   Plus on another note [redacted] was provided with a great school location that is needing the machine she has.

I am rejecting this response because:
 
The Business sold the machines telling me, and so says the contract, that there were 5 Locations that were accepted to have my machines in their places as soon as I approve them. When I contact the locations that the business emailed me they said they were not INTERESTED in my machines, there is one location that even knew what I was talking about. The Contact in the Call Center the Business mention clearly told me they were not interested in any machines. And I have not contact the two locations The Business just emailed me because that was not the deal. They are selling Coffee Vending Machines with a Location to place it, they tell people that the locations already knows about the Coffee Machine that you are suppose to take there and THAT IS NOT TRUE. The Business told me that I was going to approve the locations they email me, NOT that I have to call the Locations and ask them whether they are or not interest in my machines.

This is to respond to Complaint ID# [redacted].   Our customer George Demertzis has been provided with everything that is written on his contract.  He purchase a coffee business.  He received his coffee machines and has received locations for them.  He has been sent several...

messages from the location company stating that if he was not happy with the locations provided to please provide reasoning on each location and that the location company would provide a new group of locations for his machines.  [redacted] never has responded back to the location company.  No where on [redacted] contract does it state exact locations.  His contract states 3 coffee machines, 3 locations, and delivery which he have provided.  At this point his contract has been fulfilled.

I am rejecting this response because: Shipping is very expensive. I don't feel that I should have to pay this cost when I was lied to in the beginning. Asked for written and signed documentation proving That I would receive a refund. Was un able to get that. Furthermore, The person would not even tell me their name after many requests. I have a contract with false information signed by [redacted] in my possession. The name of a large university ([redacted]) in [redacted] was used without their knowledge or permission. I do not trust that I will receive a refund from these people. If they could show me a refund and pay the shipping cost for the mess that was created by their dishonesty, I would accept. No one in my position would in good conscience fork out more money and hope for the best with someone who has lied repeatedly already. I hve been advised by Attorney General's Office in ** to decline this offer.

I am rejecting this response because:
I was told the machines would be delivered at a certain date and they were a month late. I was told the locations were in the [redacted],but once the machines got here I got 3 locations that I had to call myself that were not in the area I chose. Then I was told that a technician would come and assemble the machine that didn't happen. I was given a crappy CD on how to set them up,which the sound on the CD is barely audible. I tried to speak with [redacted] on several occasions but he was barely available and when he was I was always rushed off the phone.When I had questions he would say "I'll tell you what to do when your machines arrive" On the paperwork I have it says nothing about no refunds.  This whole thing is nothing but a scam,the veterans franchise website no longer allows them to advertise on their website,so I'm apparently not the only ones who have issues with this place. I just want my money back and these things picked up and hauled back to wherever they came from. I used part of my savings to invest in something I thought would be a great business for myself but I was instead duped out of 10k. This company is nothing short of fraudulent.

I am rejecting this response because: The company letterhead I received had NO signature, NO person's name, and was obviously something he just threw together and emailed me. The person would NOT even tell me his name. I didn't even know his name until I saw it on here! And furthermore, I have been to law enforcement about the false contract with the name of a local university on it. The police have determined that this company is committing fraud in several states. They have also been to the company address and there is NO business at that address. This is also fraud. I am NOT the only person to go to law enforcement about this. There is an ongoing criminal investigation of these people and they are going to be brought to justice. The offer they made me was a joke, and I am not sending this machine to them without seeing a refund. The offer was clearly as fraudulent as this company. Something needs to be done about scammers like this. Again....They wouldn't even put a person's name or signature on letterhead to prove I would get a refund.

the same game with the people of the Revdex.com as they were playing with us. But I am
sure the Revdex.com professionals will verify the information and will make sure who
is lying, so they can make the right decision. With that said, I am going to

following e-mail from a guy called [redacted], offering
us a location completely different to the ones originally mentioned:

place to put your machine. My marketers have called businesses and here is
the first site that had interest.

My brother and I went to
check out this place, we talked to the owner, who told us she wasn’t interested
in the coffee machine, the reason she stated was because only 3 of her
customers drink coffee and that she has a small coffee maker. (SO IT IS NOT SUCH FIRST
LOCATION, THIS IS ANOTHER LIE)
By the way this was a 45
minutes drive from my home, and we supposed to get the original locations in
not more than a 20 minutes driving distance from my home, let me mention that
if the location would’ve worth it, we would have not mind driving that far. If
you guys want to confirm what we say, call the Laundromat, simple as that.
We patiently wait for more
information, wasting our time trying to contact the people from coffee machine
by phone or waiting for answers through e-mail communications.

training in how to operate the machine? I was told you are in charge of the

Yes you can stop by the
place and speak to the contact person. Our job is then completed.
We our lead generators we know nothing about vending
machines. We are strictly a marketing company.






I have been calling these
guys since that date, 3, 4 and 5 times daily to get in contact with the owner
with no luck, and [redacted], the receptionist or whatever she is, can testify how
many times I have called. After a week of trying to talk by phone with the
owner I decided to visit the place; I was not lucky, however this place is a
motel, not a hotel, and according with the receptionist they could place the
coffee machine in a closed small room no bigger than 12 square feet, there is
not a lobby or a guest area in this place.
THEY HAVE THE NERVE TO SAY
THAT THIS IS A GREAT LOCATION
Now, regarding the DVD,
please members of the Revdex.com, if you would like I can send you the DVD they sent
me and you guys can make your own judgment and tell me if I or anyone can start
operating the machine with that video.   I clearly need to affirm and assure that
no manual has been sent to me, I haven’t received any kind of written
instructions.
Finally we are honest people
who wanted to make a decent business with this company, and we categorically reject
the audacity of Coffee Machines USA to mention that we have nothing to complain
about.
It is a basic rule, if you
buy something the seller offered to you and you did not get what you were
supposed to get, then the buyer has all the authority to ask for the refund of
the money he invest, it doesn’t matter if the contract  states that they don’t accept any refunds.
WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK
We know for a fact that we
are not the only customers who have been harmed by this company.
Regarding the machine we
already mentioned the problems: we are not saying is not new, simply is not the
machine we order (does not have a cup dispenser and does not have a bill
acceptor how we were told).
For the members of Revdex.com please
have a little of empathy in this case

This is to respond to Complaint ID# [redacted]     To clarify Mr. [redacted] complaint.  He has received two locations for his coffee machine.  Being that he was not satisfied with the first location he was then sent a hotel location which he is not stating in his...

complaint which does want the coffee machine and is great location.  Customer did receive a brand new machine and if there is any issues that is he having such as a dent on the machine he has the contact phone number to the factory that handles all these issues where he can call.  [redacted] all did receive a dvd and manual showing how to operate the machine.  He also has the technical departments phone number if he has any questions of learning how to operate the machine he can contact them directly and they will be more than happy to help.  [redacted] has received everything that is written on his contract which he signed and part 3 of the contract clearly states once a customer receives his machines there are no refunds and he has nothing to be complaining about he has received 2 locations that are wanting the machine.

I think is time for the people of Revdex.com to make a decision base in the verification of the information I provided in my last message. Like I said before is now more than 2 months and we are stuck with this machine here. I already mentioned in a detail and clear way  what was going on with the locations. In the same message I stated that we haven't received any written instructions and I offered to send the dvd to the people of the Revdex.com, so they can verify the cheap way Coffee machines USA has to handle this kind of situations. You guys (proffesionals of Revdex.com) can analize the dvd if you want me to send it and let me know if anybody can use that trashy dvd to get the machine operate.
 
The bottom line here is that we are tired of this stupid game, and as you guys can see (Revdex.com) the people of Coffee Machines Usa are playing the same game with you guys, repeating over and over lies after lies.
Please Revdex.com professionals, check the information, verify the information and take some action here, or you guys are only messangers sending the emails and not taking any action?
 
WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK.,  WE ALREADY SENT IN THE PREVIOUS MESSAGE ALL THE EVIDENCE AND FACTS.
WE DONT WANT TO WORK WITH THIS LIARS ANYMORE.

This is a response to ID# [redacted].  Nicole's contract clearly states in section 4 of the agreement the following: Buyer understands that once full payment has been made there are no refunds under any circumstances.   On another note [redacted] is stating a few other things that are incorrect.  The CD works perfectly fine.  We send that CD out to each customer and never had an issue. The CD explains step by step of how to operate the machine.  Second we advertise on every major veterans website and have been doing it for over 7 years and never have had an issue.   Third [redacted] was provided with 3 new locations on Tuesday March 31st that all want her machine.  We did this to accommodate her just in case she did not like her first two locations.  These last 3 locations are all fantastic locations which want her coffee machines.  Fourth yes once [redacted] does approve her 2 locations we do have a tech who will go to her home residence where she has her 2 coffee machines and teach her how to operate the machine and bring it to the location.  [redacted] has first select her two locations of her choice. So we are doing everything to accommodate our customer [redacted] to succeed in her new coffee business.

few weeks back, plus we even had a tech who were going to pay to provide her the training and then deliver the machines to the locations.  So everything that is stated in her contract it has been fullfilled.  If she is needing any assistance with further location assistance she has all the contact information of who to contact and they will be more than happy to assist her.
