This customer placed an order in November for a TerraMiner from the “March Batch” (i.eexpected to ship in March 2014)Their unit was shipped on March 21st and, according to UPS, was delivered to an address in Turkey on March 27th The Consumer Sales Agreement accepted by the customer when placing their order states that CoinTerra accepts no liability for the volatile nature of Bitcoin mining and makes no guarantees with regard to customer earnings or profits On January 28th, before shipping the first batch of TerraMiners, we posted a Production Update on the CoinTerra website (also sent by email to customers and mailing list subscribers), notifying all of our customers of the final shipping specifications of the TerraMiner IV http://cointerra.com/update-production-news-janfeb-batch-customer-offer This customer first contacted us with complaints about their TerraMiner’s performance on May 11th (six weeks after delivery of their unit) and we communicated to them that, having accepted their unit, they were eligible for a 15% discount on a future product
