I had Troy come in to service a leaking water line, he was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. He also investigated further to be sure of no other water sources and found that the stack was leaking and fixed it as well.
The price was far less then I had expected.

After spending several miserable hours trying to install a kitchen sink and shutoffs without success we contacted the weekend support person from Pete's. Mr. D[redacted] was great. He not only fixed our "under the sink" issues but also rebuilt a finicky faucet supply line that kept coming undone.. He gave us good advice, made sure everything was secure before he left us, the price was very reasonable and he saved what was left of our weekend.
Had a drain issue occur after hours and called Pete The Plumber. They were able to send someone right away and they promptly fixed the problem. Brandon was super helpful and made sure everything was properly taken care of. Not the first fix from Pete The Plumber and they have always been great.
I am in process of a major home reno, and Pete the Plumber has been the only part that has been exactly as promised and not delayed. They use top quality products, excellent people, and service. I would NEVER go anywhere else. It is the second time that I have used them, and both have been very very good experiences.
Expensive. BEWARE! Had "emergency" water heater replaced. No problem with the labor charge or quality of the work, however charged us $720 for a water heater picked up from Home Depot (cost $440 there). I called about the high price and was told "that is what it costs". Total cost to put in water heater $1155.
We had 2 different visits from Pete (for 2 different reasons), the first was to change the hot water tank. I can not say enough positive things about both experiences. Excellent service and pricing. 2 thumbs up!!!

Called them first thing Monday morning when they, opened, and they were able to fit me in between 10AM and noon. Brandon was here (a little ahead of schedule), got everything fixed up, and was out of here in the space of an hour. Courteous, personable, and professional every step of the way. If I ever need plumbing services again, I will *definitely* be using Pete. Never had anything less than great service with them.

They installed the valve, tested it, arranged to have it inspected, and the price was half of what the competition had quoted me. The owner even answered the phone when I called one day. He was able to tell me what sink would fit in my outdated vanity! I trust this company for all my plumbing work, plugged drains, water tanks, toilets, sinks, etc!!!!
2 years ago we had our hot water tank replaced by Pete the Plumber. They were fast, efficient and very clean. I know that is something that is very standard work for them so I would have expected nothing else.
Now 10 days ago our saga started with our furnace, which was original to the house and over 42 years old. The motor was going. To avoid having to buy a new furnace we once again called on Pete the Plumber to come in and change the motor. After 2 days and no luck getting a motor for something so old we decided that maybe to avoid failure in the future we would get a new furnace. The estimator was here in a matter of hours, plus they supplied us with heaters (made our house hotter without a furnace than it normally is with the furnace). For as busy as they are we waited a few days and they were here promptly at 8:00 am. Two guys worked a majority of the day with little to no breaks to complete the replacement. When they were done our house had no sign they were ever here completely clean plus all the old debris was hauled away.
Definitely in the future any issues we have that they have a division to fix they will be our very first call. Thanks Pete and team for a great job as always.
My wife and I contacted Pete the Plumber as a best option after an experience following an emergency caused by a leak from tubing connecting our home's hot water tanks. The company we called in an emergency suggested very expensive remedies, and we checked into the ratings for other companies. Pete the Pumber appeared to have very strong ratings and our visit to the showroom confirmed that this was a good choice: they had fine products and very reasonable prices for materials and labour. We also committed to changing a faucet based on the excellent (working!) demos in the showroom. The faucet installation was carried out flawlessly and we are very happy with the result. The installation of two hot water tanks ran into a problem when one of the tanks would not fit in the space available; this necessitated other visits. The problem with the sizes was our fault since Pete showed us a new tank in the showroom and we agreed to it, not realizing it would be too tall. A new second tank with identical capacity but smaller size was installed, but Pex was used in place of copper pipe for connections to this second tank. When we expressed unhappiness with this change, Pete had the Pex replaced with copper tubing at no extra charge to us. This was done quickly by the installer, and we are very satisfied with the work, and by Pete's response to our concerns. We will definitely use Pete the Plumber for future plumbing needs.
