Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I did not close the door on the delivery personThe door was broken and the jamb after the door was securely closedI never became irate as I had the delivery company on the phone and a contract in handThey made that up so as to justify kicking my doorThe door and jamb could not have been broken if the door was openAlso the police called the delivery team three times to return and they didn'tThey called the police not me and refused to returnI have been patient and was assured I would have my door repaired that is one reason I didn't press chargesThe other was for fear of retaliationAlso the officer talked to your delivery company and was told I would be compensatedThey only made up an excuse to justify kicking my door inSpirit it saddens me that this is your justification for allowing their actionsI have been patient and you couldn't even return my callsLook at the pictures and the incident reportExplain how it was physically possible to damage a door to that extent when it was open according to your delivery manI never became irate as I said I was on the phone with the delivery company and [redacted] who both assured me this would be coveredIn response to there was no clear path to the garage is a jokeThat is the way they came and When they refused I asked them to put it in the adjacent room and they refusedTheir boss also told them to and they refusedClearly someone, your employee is lying and you are using that as an excuseI am still waiting for my door and jamb to be repaired by your companyI am trying to avoid legal actionThis is what a quality company does is compensate their customers for an injusticeI am offended that you would hide behind their liesPlease set this right and be a stand up company and do the right thing Regards, [redacted] ***

We didn't find no liability on the delivery teamCustomer home was under construction at the time of the delivery and there is no proof that the damages was caused by the delivery company Claimant signed an waiver stating no damages to the home or appliances/ See attached pictures showing home was under construction at that time and signed release
