Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I did not sign that form, my sister did and she said that there was nothing filled in on it She was told to sign it because they had delivered the washer.They ran the washer for a few minutes, using up the water in the hot water tank, then they turned it off saying everything was good and they left.I didn't know there was a problem until about minutes after they left when the neighbor ( I live in a duplex ) came over and said she had no waterthat was when I realized I also had no water.I just sent a copy of all of the paperwork that I have to the Revdex.com of Akron Ohio Enclosed in that is a copy of that page with nothing signed are checkedoff I sent it regular mail Do you want me to send you a copy also or can you get it from them ?
