Once the vehicle was inspected by our service department the next day, we realized that has frame damage hence the price changeWe informed *** *** of our finding and gave him the options of lowering the travalue and modifying the contract or canceling the whole transaction*** *** chose to keep the vehicleTell us why here

To Whom It May Concern, We are in receipt of a complaint #[redacted] on March *, 2017 from Kenneth Padilla, wherein the customer states the issues he is experiencing with his 2017 Honda CRV EX. [redacted] came in for the first time on February **, with the ACC (adaptive cruise control) lights on the...

dashboard. After scanning the system, we did find a diagnostic trouble code of [redacted]; dirty radar.  We found heavy salt and dust from road.  We cleaned the radar unit (as per the flow chart from Honda), cleared the codes and road tested the vehicle. The trouble code did not re-appear and the vehicle operated within Honda specifications at that time. The customer came back to our service on February **, with the same lights on the dashboard.  We scanned the system again and found a new diagnostic trouble code [redacted] which is a temporary stop of integrated driver support system (detected abnormal signals).  Since this was the only DTC indicated, the flow chart from Honda told us that it is an intermittent failure and that the DTC system had to be cleaned. We followed the instructions from Honda, road tested the vehicle and found vehicle operating within Honda specifications at this time.  Very truly yours,Mike D[redacted] Service Manager

A check of the amount of $80 was mailed to the customer.

As far as them having nothing to do with the insurance issue, that's the sole reason my insurance is being cancelled. I was told they are not authorized dealers therefore the quote should not have been started for me online by them.
And as far as the key, the salesman never informed me that it was returned to sender. And the salesman is the one who said he would drop it off. (I have texts to prove that) The fact remains I was supposed to have both keys when I was sold the car if I did this wouldn't even be a conversation. I've been getting the run around and no one wants to take responsibility. I am not driving to queens to pick anything up they can mail the key to my new address. They can contact me directly to get the address that I would like my key send to.  Thank you

have already picked it up...thank you for this. However I still think that the dealership was very very wrong to have us sign  a contract( which I have) on  4/**/2015 and told us the equity on the car after all payment would be $4208.00.. That when [redacted] the [redacted] said """Ok fine then leave and you will not get back any money..nothing will be sent to you""" I told hi. This is not how people conducted bussines and he cannot force me to sign...he got up and walked away saying "" go home and you will never get any money from us...at this point  we were scared as to losing all our money so my husband signed a new contact... He threaten to unwind the deal and take back our lease car and give us back our truck that was sold to him...even on the new contract he backdated it to make it look like it was all done on the 4/**/15 when in fact it was the 4/**/15..., these business should not be allowed to do bussines like this..Only under stress and threatening my husband signed the new contract and gave the manger back $1750.00 of our money. This I find is very unfair to customers who are bullied into things and threaten to take back their car...this is a business and People/customers should not be allowed to treat people this way.I still think they owe me $1750.00 on my original deal...

A Mr. A. S[redacted] called. I returned his call Friday, August [redacted]. We spoke and by the end he asked how the matter could be resolved. I told him how. He promised to call me the next day Saturday, August [redacted]. Well August [redacted] has passed, I am sending this Sunday, August [redacted]. Same customer service/ courtesy. His word meant nothing. My question what is the criteria for Revdex.com accreditation.  I purposely  asked for the response from Paragon Honda to be written for a reason. It  is obivious the only reason Mr. S[redacted] called was because I complained to the Revdex.com.
