Below please see the resolution from out Service manager: To whom it may concern;We had a field engineer come to our service on Monday, March [redacted] to inspect [redacted]’s car.  He advised our shop Foreman to perform a “relearn” procedure to the system and then drive the car to give the concern an opportunity to represent itself again.  The relearn procedure clears out any bad data that the system may have picked up under normal driving conditions.  We drove it for multiple drive cycles and put 52 miles on the car and the light did not re-appear.  Please also be advised that when the vehicle was brought in this time, there were no lights on the dashboard; we only went by what the customer told us.  The Field Engineer and our DPSM advised us that if the light does not re-appear after the relearn and the test drives, to release the car back to the client.At this time, the vehicle is operating within Honda specifications, no lights have reappeared on the dashboard and there are no current diagnostic trouble codes in the system.  We have contacted the customer to come pick up car, but so far he has not showed up.Thank you  Mike  D[redacted]

We followed up with the customer, he's scheduled for service Tuesday 9/** at 5:30pm.

Please see the attached copy of the receipt in regards to complaint #[redacted]. The customer was informed that the refund was processed and was sent a copy of the receipt.

The customer was reimbursed $250 for the expenses.

to honor verbal and contract terms. failure to deliver service time wasted practice on january **,2015 I visited the paragon honda service department for standard vehicle maintenance when I was approach by an exchange honda program representative. the manager of the exchange department and the representative he was working with offer to save me money. I my son explain to them from the start we not interested in running our credit of start any process unless they can guarantee to save me money . in about 15minutes they the manager and rep , reported to my son they can offer me *3.9 percent on the new financing of a 2015 black on black honda accord el v6 *$22,000 on my trade in this was about 12:30pm I approve the phone authorization for the process to begin, it was a great offer . -i was told the new vehicle is on its way -they called and switch my insurance to the new vehicle at 1:30pm when I arrived they did not start the authorization process I waited over 2hours at 4:00 I departed with the sales representative stating they still waiting for a bank to accept the offer and if it goes through he will deliver the vehicle. January **, 2015 after not receiving a call I contacted paragon honda : stating no bank accept the offer. I explain to them before the process I was not interest they (honda ) made an agreement that they was in no power to approve or authorize. I highly disappointed that they use me to run my credit for what ever purpose it benefit them and honda using false aggressive bullying tactics .
