A local manager has been asked to look into the issue. Since Revdex.com sends all complaints to the corporate office, response time may be delayed

['...] When they raised this issue approximately a year ago, Mike [redacted] met with them offered to cancel their contract return their deposit money but they wanted to stay on that homesite. Since the customers wanted to keep that homesite and the floorplan they chose Mike discounted the $50,000 premium as well as agreed to install a privacy wall and landscaping. The privacy wall cost David weekly $50,000 and the landscaping was another $15,000 all of which was installed prior to closing. We have fulfilled the agreement made prior to closing on their home, and they closed in May 2017, accepting all terms of the deal at closing.  If they do not accept our position, they may seek mediation and arbitration of the dispute per the contract. The property was purchased in March 2007 which it still have two years of Structural Warranty. Sept 2015 in the report is the date issue was reported to David Weekley Homes.Please assign a representative to look into this Out of level Ridge Line as soon as possible.

[redacted] has met with the customer.  The customer is once again encouraged to communicate with our local manager.   He has the capacity to address the issues.

Unfortunately, Revdex.com persists in sending all complaints to the Houston Revdex.com.  Since this complaint came from Minnesota, the complaint is being routed back to our Minneapolis/St. Paul Division office to contact the customer.

Sent: Tuesday, March 01, 2016 11:43 A   We agreed to reimburse the [redacted] the $895, conditioned upon execution of the attached release.  I did not speak to them directly, so I cannot confirm whether they specifically refused to execute the release, or simply said generally that they were going to sue us, and therefore would not sign anything.  However, our offer still stands.   We will refund the $895 to resolve the matter, but they will have to sign the attached, to something similar, to confirm resolution of her complaint.

We gave the customer a discount on the lot premium and installed a wall at our expense in order to address this issue.  A local manager will contact the customer to discuss further.

According to our records, this home was built over 8 years ago - it closed in early 2007, NOT 2015, as the owner claims.  We will assign a representative to review the matter.

You still owe us $875 for the mold consultant we had to hire since your person didn't do their job properly. We were told we would receive this money back from Tracy [redacted] and we still do not have it.

We'd be servicing DW homes for years, in March/ April/ May, we'd been doing weekly service (mowing/ Fert) and when the rep changed, they quit paying on certain properties so after a couple of months I had to pause service for non payment. Fast forward to not getting any movement and being ignored, I filed with Revdex.com. THEN I got movement, they told me it would be paid and please remove the complaint. I did, they never paid. Out of 18 invoices, they paid 1 so far so I am putting this complaint again. There were never issues, no complaints on service from them, they just stopped paying. I've been corresponding with them and they copy several DW people but nothing is getting done. It's nearly Sept and we want to be paid for services rendered. After the first Revdex.com complaint removal they just threw a bunch of paperwork at me that wasn't required at the time service was set up way back. I will not reinvent the wheel, I've already sent invoices more than once, I should add on my TIME for what's been wasted calling and emailing and LATE FEES for months and months of late payments.  PAYMENT on 17 outstanding landscape maintenance invoices totally $1241.55.
