There was 4 to 6 City officers that responded. And we have video on our truck. We let the officers look at the video they seen where she was not in the car. This lady was parked on private property in front of our sign. She also was trespassing there for if the privately owned company wanted to push it there could be charges pressed. We tried to explain to her several times as she got angry and her boy friend tried to fight both of my drivers in front of the cops which we also have on our server. So when the cops was there they seen the video we agreeed to do a drop fee and we felt with this for 2 plus hours. So really we should of not done the drop fee and should of charged for our hold time. However we was tring to help out. I feel like if this continues we need to bill her more time. She should not of parked on private property. Where signs are posted.

Because The Company lied about me being on the outside of my car .as if I was standing there the entire time.The only time I got out my car  to inform them that I was inside my car.And the officers seen the take and told them it was sketched. I have the 9ll recording & I'm getting the video from [redacted] of the night what happen.This Company has been doing so many illegal towing and  it's time for it to stop.I have no reason to lie about this situation. They know it was wrong and they're still adding lies on top of lies to cover themselves. I will be talking to the city attorney about this matter

There are tow signs posted. And I have pictures of the signs. I have pictures of the entire parking lot. The signs states what vehicles are prohibited and nothing I did was prohibited according to the posted signs. what I choose to do with the things in my car is really none of their concern. I called several times in attempt to get my personal belongings out of my car including my wallet and my kids car seats among other things. The lady was really rude (she only answered once) and stated I was "pissing" her off by calling so many times. If the business will not be open to allow customers to retrieve their vehicles on a Saturday and Sunday then why tow on Fridays? I am not defaming anyone's character the entire Spartanburg know how this company operates. They have been known for quite some time to illegally tow peoples cars. This company is the reason there is an ordinance for tow companies now. They were not in compliance because they charged me $140 for the tow and according to the city it was only supposed to be $100. And furthermore they refused to give me copy of my receipt the guy said I could take a picture of it but they didn't allow me to bring my cell phone on the property and then he said he would email me a copy and I still have not received the copy of my receipt.

We have a contract with the parking lot next to chiefs. People keep parking there we have our signs posted. If this act was illegal don’t you think the cops would be involved?  Making claims about our company saying we are illegally towing there car is a clear form of defermation of character....

We have done nothing wrong. This lady just trespassed on private property. Now that’s against the law. However all we did was tow the car off of private property. We treat everyone The same we release Monday thru Friday like every other tow company. And we do it with oppintments to ensure everyone s safety. We gave her the first available time we could. She stated she had a birthday party for her daughter. And the present was in it. I would think I would take my child’s present home first before I went out and partied. But that’s just my view. Our tow was valid and followed all state and federal laws. We even follow the city ordinance which is in effect. So there was nothing illegal about this tow. Please don’t park on private property and you will not be towed. Especially don’t park in front of a sign that’s directly in front of you. We have over 18 signs on that property. Bigger then anyone else displays. And actually we are bigger then state and federal law says to be.

Please have him contact my attorney as well as law enforcement. I don’t even know what car he is talking about. All I can say is if we towed his car it was for a violation or repo. I’m not in the illegal bussiness. So please be more specific. Or have his attorney contact mine. I do not play games...

when it comes to bussiness. And obviously if I was doing something wrong law enforcement would of been involved.

This is simple. The complex has a contract with us. They can have the car removed anytime they want it removed.its private property.  So it was with cause. These are the choices made by the apartment complex which we tow from. The incorrect statement about us being shut down in wellford is simply incorrect. We have never illegally towed a car. We follow all laws and regulations. We are in the middle of litigation with wellford and spartanburg City do to us suiting them. So maybe someone should have the facts before they say incorrect things about our company. That’s clearly defamation of character of a bussiness. I will have this to our attorney as well. But to answer to the claim we are contracted to tow for certain things. We call all cars in by law and do what is required to do by law. This is unjust. And will not issue any refunds for our service that was rendered.  Its simple follow the rules of the apartment complex. We all have choices. If you choose to live there then follow there rules. If not we have to tow for the infraction s that are set. This is nothing new. It’s usually in every lease I’ve seen. Not to mention it’s posted on our signs up front coming and going.

This is the second time they complained. We are not going to keep answering the same thing over and over please review the last complaint. We already had her do one and then we answered. It’s the same thing. Thanks

This guy was double parked so per our contract we towed the car. We showed him a picture which by law we don’t have to do however but he was nixed we explained it and he agreeed so we. Over on he paid we parter ways. So we thought this was the last to hear of it.

L[redacted]          Now they are saying my battery is dead to I just replaced the battery with a new battery in November. I don't understand the problem instead of admitting that they lied from the beginning and were wrong they keep changing their story.  They started out saying it had been parked a week with a flat tire. Then it went to almost a week with two flat tires. Then one flat I got that fixed they came back I had another flat tire. Now we are back to one flat tire and a dead battery. What is it going to be next. Mean while my story hasn't changed because it's the truth.

I am rejecting this because the information  provided  is false. On date 06/10/2017. I called this company several times. The first attempt a young girl answered and stated c[redacted] towed my vehicle at 6am, the office is closed. Wouldnt disclose  any  info about wgere my car was. Very rude to me. I continue to call no one answer. I called later that day from my supervisor phone. Left a message. The lady called my supervisor back. They are witnesses  no one curse ger out my boss told  her I was medical sick had meds in vehicle . I just moved in night before.  The lady told me that she wasnt allowing me to  get my meds out of vehicle to call monday make an appt and they will tell me then where my car was. On day to pick up car sge was rude again, my car was newly purchase had a paper tag. That was missing off papaer work cause vehicle didnt  have registration because newly purchase.  They was rude disrespectful when I came. I also had to get  car dealership to meet me tgere vecause they refuse to release my car to me. My apartment complex did nit give me a decal on my car because supervisor was out of office was waiting for signature. Had a temporaray pass. It was filled out no registration due to new purchase vehicle. Also I was threaten by women when I got there. They stole her car and forced me to pay for it. She made comments that was unprofessional and could be considered rascist!. I did stated to her when I google company they was arrested and kick out of greenville,  sc for same violation. I was upset that day because of their behavior and taking my car. I have to my medication every day. If I could of get media involved I would of for that day. Shame on them! Taking advantage of of people. Abusing business licenses. I want a refund for my car. Plus my apartment complex did not reveal any info to them because they are prohibited to disclose info to outside parties! My supervisor would not mind verifying what happened and phone conversation with this company.
