Coleman Furniture understands the customer is frustrated.  However, we have advised that we can handle his issue for the mattress through warranty, there are shipping fees that apply based on warranty replacement and we will order the replacement as soon as he pays the shipping fees as advised.  The leather has a 1 year warranty and he has passed the warranty time for that.

Coleman furniture did send pictures however, they were not taken close up to all of the alleged repaired damaged spots therefore the damage cannot be seen as well as in person. In addition, pictures were not taken of areas of concern. When you look at the pictures attached, the photos they sent me, look closely because you can see the paint that does not match, the paint that covered up damage without being smoothed out. I have inspected the furniture twice in person at the warehouse and the furniture is in terrible condition. That is the exact reason I had a professional furniture repair technician look at the furniture and shown in his report, the furniture is not in 100% manufacturers specifications. I do not understand why they had someone from the delivery company repair the furniture when they had someone from a furniture protection company originally evaluate the furniture and write up a report for them, a report in which I was not allowed to see or have a copy of. By the looks of the "repairs" that were made, the person who "repaired" the furniture has absolutely no experience doing such and most likely does not have the credentials to do so. Coleman has many complaints and bad reviews online similar to my own experience. It seems to me that this company does this often and has been getting away with charging people an unfair amount of money because they can not accomplish customer satisfaction.

Coleman Furniture understands the customer is frustrated, however we have resolved this issue.  The issue with the drawer was addressed...

with replacement drawers and a certified technician.  The technician verified the item functioned at factory standards.  The customer has not advised us since that date that there were issues with the item.

We have reached out to the delivery company and all repairs have been completed.  We are only waiting on the hardware for the knobs for the nightstand.  We have advised the delivery company to contact the customer and schedule delivery of all...

items and we will have the hardware shipped direct to customer.We have left message on both contact numbers for customer to call me and I have also sent a email.We will update as soon as they have been able to confirm a delivery date with the customer. We would like to offer 100.00 compensation because of the delays. 
Please confirm if this is acceptable and we can setup delivery.

As with other Revdex.com complaints against this Company they often blame the customer.  In this situation, the couch was delivered and signed off on, but within two weeks a board inside the couch broke loose.  From the outside, the couch did look fine, but inside it was broken and we had no way to know this.  There is a hole where the board with staple is punched through and they said they would send me a matching leather panel that could be used for the repair and they have not done so.  They have also not responded to my last few emails and my request to escalate to a manger to resolve the issue.  They also sent me a list of people in my area that could repair the couch, and none of the people on the list could actually do the repair.  Coleman wants me to pick the repair company so if its not repaired correctly they can push it back on me since I chose the repair person.  This issue is not resolved at this time.

We spent $2,000 on new bedroom furniture and chose this furniture because it included white glove delivery, they promise to delivery and setup the furniture. Well, they did deliver the furniture but the crashed the headboard into our wall and damaged our wall and baseboard of our brand new home. I tried to let the company make it right and let them pay to fix my wall but they just blew me off and are trying to get me to speak with the delivery company and are telling me it isn't their problem. IT IS YOUR PROBLEM! I didn't hire that company, I paid you $2,000 for a service you claimed you would carry out! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! RUDE PEOPLE and won't make the problem right that I wouldn't be having if I didn't pay them $2,000!

Do not buy anything from this company! I have ordered my furniture in May and it is now the end of Aug and still don't have my furniture! Very upset customer and will never buy anything from them ever again!

well.  He was thankful and did not mention anything about a Revdex.com complaint posting. We have ordered the necessary parts to resolve the customer issues reported with their sleeper sofa, and have assigned a technician to address and install the parts.  The agent assigned to their Warranty claim was traveling from New York to Florida and did not have internet access to provide an update to the customer, however the agent made contact with the customer the following business day.  The repair plan of action was agreed upon with the customer and the follow up on parts will occur within 2 weeks from 7/**/2015, on or by 8/*/2015. This was communicated to the customer verbally and in writing on 7/**/2015.Additionally, our delivery services do not include removal of existing furniture, as this is not part of our sale and delivery process. Coleman Furniture is attempting to have the sofa repaired and redelivered to me even though we entered into an agreement on April [redacted] that I would not accept a damaged or repaired sofa. Their reply in this case is 100% inaccurate and the exact reason that I no longer am willing to do business with them and am requesting a FULL refund.

The furniture arrived damaged and we did not sign off or accept delivery. Regardless of all the talk about furniture being inspected and carefully wrapped while in transit, the fact is our furniture was significantly damaged in transit.
Based on the position of the headboard damage we think the damage was known before it came off the truck and yet the delivery attempt was still made.
Since the furniture was damaged prior to delivery and we did not accept delivery we continue to expect reimbursement for the $345 in fees charged us by Coleman.

Customer placed order for dining room table, chairs and a hutch and buffet. The table and chairs were delivered to the customer and all issues customer had at time of delivery were addressed and resolved.  The hutch/buffet is on back order with the manufacturer...

and customer has been routinely updated by Coleman Furniture in regards to this.  A manager called the customer as he asked and he was given the option of cancelling the hutch/buffet as it was on back order and customer declined.  Customer is aware the item is back ordered with the manufacturer and that we will keep him updated.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved becauseAs of this date I do not consider this complaint resolved.  The information provided by Coleman Furniture is accurate so far as they did refund a $150 to me and they did have a representative from their company call me to schedule a delivery date.  However, the scheduled delivery date is just that a "scheduled" delivery date.  In no way is a guarantee of delivery.  Nor is it a guarantee that the desk, if delivered, will be in new and acceptable condition.  At this point, I am willing to wait through December [redacted] to see if they actually deliver the product as promised.  If they deliver the desk on December [redacted] AND it is in excellent condition, then I will consider this issue resolved.  Either that, or Coleman Furniture can provide me with a refund for the full purchase price of the desk as requested.Additionally, for the record and at their recommendation, my bank continues working through the fraud claim process with this company.

description that a box spring is required. Additionally, the item was fully assembled by Coleman Furniture and was ready to be used in the customer's home. The customer opted to return the item since she had not purchased the box spring. Upon learning of the corresponding return fees (which are indicated in our terms and conditions) the customer felt that she was being mislead. The item is currently at the local delivery company and is ready to be delivered upon the customer indicating they will accept delivery.

I would say overall I am please with the service and the pricing. I got a call letting me know of the 2 to 3 week delivery time and they explained to me the delivery process and why it takes that long. In short, it's because they are not shipping ups or similar and are having a team set it up in our home that takes longer. I was fine with the time frame and was very happy with the delivery and setup provided. Furniture we already knew we would live bc we saw it in the store.

[redacted]A check from our NY office will be mailed today to the customer's home in the amount of $300.00. This will close out outstanding issues.
