Review: I have contacted this company via the credit reporting agency asking for the last six months for a debt validation regarding this fraud account [redacted]. However, I havent recieved a response. They still manage to keep reporting it on my credit profile every month even though they have not validated the debt. At this time, I am asking this company officially to validate this debt by sending me a copy of the contract which contractually binds me to pay the debt as being reported on my credit file. If this request is not met in approximately fifteen working days, I will have no choice but to contact a consumer attorney in hopes to resolve this issue. I have tried for months to be civil in hopes of reaching a mutual resolution, but to no avail. The company has chosen to practice illegal and unethical tactics in an attempt to get me to pay a debt that doesnt belong to me. Please govern yourselves accordingly.Desired Settlement: remove fraud account from my credit file

Response:
We are in receipt of the above referenced complaint. We did not receive an FCRA request for verification from Ms. [redacted] until [redacted], 2013. We have since returned this account to our client, Comcast Cable, and deleted it from Ms. [redacted] credit report.
Review: I had made an agreement to have 50.00 taken out of my bank account on the [redacted] Thursday of every month back in 2014, the 1st payment of 50.00 was taken out on the 2nd Thursday of the month. Called to correct issue on Dec ** 2014. Was corrected until until sept ** 2015. They took another unauthorized payment out of my check account. Yes there was a holiday on MONDAY, however that had no barring on a authorized payment for THURSDAY. This last payment was taken 6 days later. I am very upset that they have taken 2 unauthorized payments with in 10 months.Desired Settlement: To have the rest of my debt 921.52 cleared with the credit score updated as paid in full, along with a $500.00. l check sent to me for the injustice of taking ones money without authorization

Response:
The payment for September was authorized by this consumer. The payment processed a few days later than she thought it would take to clear her account. Nothing was processed earlier than authorized or processed without authorization. CBHV will process no additional [redacted] debit payments. [redacted] has the option of going to our website and processing her payments on the day of her choice.

Response:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: This letter states on 09/**/15 which is a Wednesday, I agreed to have the $50.00 withdrawn on 09/**/15. This had nothing to do with how long my bank took to transfer the money. Again I agreed to have money withdrawn out of my account on the [redacted] Thursday of every month. It is on recording over and over again. You can take the $50.00 out as long as it is the [redacted] Thursday of every month]
In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.
Sincerely,

We would like this consumer to contact our office and re-authorize payments on this account. We will review all dates and amounts and re-affirm her authorization for automatic monthly payments. We look forward to assisting this consumer in resolving her account.

Response:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.
This will be the last chance to resolve the remaining debt, I gave the office 2 chances this will be the last.
Sincerely,
