I like Collections Etc and their diverse offeringsHowever, I find it very interesting that after I do everything to place my order, suddenly replacing free shipping is a processing chargeReally??? Why don't you simply charge a shipping charge and include the processing feeThis is really a bait and switchVery disappointmentSort of think of it as I am happy to bubble wrap anything breakable, but if you want me to then stick it inside the box, that will cost extra

It's been a month now that I have not got a full refund for the returned purchase from Collections EtcMy first return with enclosed return form and original invoice and label provided by Collections Etcwas sent right back to me due to what seemed to be a negligence of warehouse workersI had to call and make sure they understood I was returning the items, requested another label and sent it backI only got a fourth of my refund so far as I was told they process each of the items in the box separately, despite the fact that it was the same order, and that it takes them to business days to process each of the itemsI consider it a scam

Tell us why here I apologize to Ms [redacted] concerning her order placed on Saturday 5-21- We were updating our Website on that day and while customers could stilll place orders, there was a delay in the orders getting into our database for processing This is why our CSR's could not find her order at first As Ms [redacted] knows we were able to cancel the order, but because she used a debit card the that was authorized will stay held until the authorization expires in to days depending on the banks practices I tried contacting the bank to have the released for immediate use but was told that the cardholder has to do so herself providing the bank with the pertinent information I provide Ms [redacted] with this information by email I also explained to Ms [redacted] that I could not comment on the promo code as it did not attach to the order Without the promo code I cannot comment But our website does warn customers not to use the back button Using the back button actually caused the order to be accepted because the ordering process was to that point where it was ready to be accepted I apologize to Ms [redacted] for all the confusion and the inconvience caused her

Tell us why here I apologize to Ms [redacted] for the funds held on her debit card I tried talking with Ms [redacted] bank to have the authorization amount released but they would not talk with me unless Ms [redacted] was also on the line Ms [redacted] did not answer her phone for me to set this up According to our records the authorization will fall off on 12-1- I hope this will suffice Once again I do apologize for the inconvenience

Tell us why hereI apologize to Ms [redacted] for the inconvenience caused her concerning order # [redacted] I have investiaged the concern and find that the address verification matched with the credit card number presented Also, the email we received from Ms [redacted] was may have been sent immediately to our company, but we did not open it ontil 10:am on 12-10- Because we were in the middle of our busy season we were inundated with emails and could not get to all of them as fast as we would have wished Therefore, the package had already been shipped on 12-7-and could not be stoppedOn 12-10-our call center supervisor pulled up the call from this order and found that the wrong address was entered by the Reptaking the call She dictated that a total refund be issued at once This was done, and a complete refund of $was issued on 12-10- I apologize to Ms [redacted] for the inconvenience caused her, we should have allowed her to keep the merchandise as the fault was ours, but our reps are trained to have all wrong packages with three items or more returned for a refund They were just following what they were taught I am sorry that this has caused Ms [redacted] so much stress

I have ordered from this company twice before and had no problems at all ! The shipping was in a timely manner and the quality was acceptable when I received my items ! I am placing a third order today and hope it also turns out good with no problems ! If so I will be the first to turn in a complaint !
