Dear *** ***,I am very sorry to read that *** *** is not comfortable with the findings that we provided during her recent visit. Attached is a copy of the multipoint inspection that we performed. During this inspection it was noted that the power steering fluid was dark and the
brake pads were worn below 3/32. We would be happy to perform an inspection, with *** *** present, to show her how we measure the brakes and the condition of the power steering fluid.
