Just completed this course after having taken one many years ago - very informative and practical instruction - approachable instructors so audience can ask the questions that matter without feeling intimidated. Individual mannequins and modern devices like AEDs that simulate real world situations so that there is ample opportunity to practice real time and understand how to employ them should the need arise. Highly recommend, especially for community engagements.

These guys make the skills sessions fun and a breeze! I've done both BLS and ACLS through them, and I must say that I took away more from the skills days than the online portion just because they tie everything together so well!

This is a wonderful course that I highly recommend. The instructors are terrific and you never know when you will need the skills you've learned. Protocol is very different from what I learned 15 years ago. We each had our own "dummies" to practice on (which gave immediate feedback as to how we were doing). I plan on taking a refresher course every year!

My first reaction to this CPR course was how much the life saving procedures have changed since I last took the training course about 8 years ago. What I thought was going to be a much needed review resulted in me learning an entirely new protocol highlighted by introduction and instruction of how and when to use an AED device. Everyone who hasn't received CPR training in the past 5 years or so should definitely take this class!

They say that actions speak louder than words, and going to this facility for CPR, their actions would tell an incredible story! Gio was exceptional and truly wanted us to succeed. He gave real life scenarios to help us visualize the mindset we should be in and what we should do if an emergency occured. He went straight to the important points and emphasized how critical our responsibility is to doing CPR. After leaving this place, I can testify that I wholeheartdely believe that I would be ready to go into actions if an emergency ever occured. Gio helped us feel a lot more confident in our own abilities and I truly reccomend this place over and over again. You won't be disappointed!

I have been taking required CPR for a very long time and I have to say this class was the best. It was very realistic in applying real time scenarios and reactions while emphasizing key takeaway points. It was refreshing and enjoyable versus the boring long drawn out classes that are usually the norm. I would recommend this class to all healthcare personnel that become filled with dread over attending another long boring CPR class. I was energized and felt confident that it renewed my skills.

Time well spent! Great practical hands on course with manikins, AED and other equipment to increase attendants ability to put CPR skills into action. Instructor great. Best CPR course I have attended. I feel as prepared as possible to utilize CPR if needed.

The training class was very thorough and professionally done but with some lightness to it. The firefighters were so helpful in giving you confidence to not hesitate to get involved if the situation arises. They didn't overcomplicate or confuse you with so many scenarios. I have taken many CPR classes and this was the best one.
