The customer has had her vehicle repaired with [redacted] twice before and is familiar with our policiesThe customer left the building on the day her vehicle was released on her ownNo employee put their hands on herAfter the customer had paid her fees she attempted to come behind the counter into the employees only area and was told that this area was off limits and when she again attempted to come behind the counter was asked to leaveThe customer stated that she would again be calling the police and left of her own free willWhile we can appreciate that this was an uncomfortable situation for all involved, the customer's behavior in this situation was inappropriateHer fees had already been paid and her vehicle was released and ready for pickupThe vehicle was released to a tow company of the customers choosing and the customer has regained possession of the vehicle [redacted] stands by the claim that these fees are the same standard fees applied to each termination of repairs [redacted] will be happy offer a credit towards future repairs

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I picked my car up and it was on a flat, front right tireMy trunk was in disarray with parts and screws all in the back of it, all of the components in trunk were everywhere, not put back together at allCar had every light on the dash board lit up but they charged me as if they fixed my car back like brand newCollected over $from my insurance company and $from me that had to be paid in money orderbut they have signs posted that they accept all major credit cardsI have a photo of this on the door as wellThey made it clear to me that I could not pick the car up without paying in cashier check or money orderBecause they knew they had been scamming me from the beginningHood still had issues and they claim they repaired itI have attached the photos, and I have also contacted a lawyer in regards to the miles on my carNo gas in car whatsoever and it was on a half tank when I had it towed to [redacted] ***, the 1st collision shopI had BMW do the full inspection on the vehicle and I received the report that I can attach as well and the findings were unbelievable in regards to the work this shop claim they performed on my carThe hood light was on and that's the part they claimed they called and had BMW assist them with getting repairedDaytime parking lights alarm onI mean they did a horrible job of patching up this BMWI will continue on with my case and have an attorney working on thisThe person they have for a secretary or whatever she is would not even provide me with a receipt showing what work they did or what the parts costI have pictures of it all and again, my attorney does as wellThe acted as if my car hasn't been there over months and I owed them something for lying to me about all this timeThat [redacted] person needs to be fired if they want to stay in business, but i'm sure the MGMT told her not to provide any paperwork as it would be all lies any placeThe [redacted] from this place was unreal and I will never do business or recommend anyone else doing business thereI have also filed a report with the Attorney General office and that you can find attached as wellYou will not get your car back brand new at all after the repairsPlease see photos and report Regards, [redacted]

Thank you for forwarding the photoThe fact that there are scratches is not in disputeThe Service Manager was shown those when the customer brought the vehicle back into the shop at a much later date than the initial drop offHe says that it looks like the vehicle hit some sort of debris that caused the damageThe customer claims that she has photos that show the scratches before the vehicle was dropped off for repairs and that the photo details prove thisThe photo details will show the date and time the photo was takenThis information is missing from the details section of this photoWe have asked the customer to bring the photo in that shows the date and time it was taken to verify this is prior damage and not damage that occurred after the vehicle was released to the customer

I am rejecting this response because: The explanation given by the Collision Maxx owner leaves out allot of details for obvious reasons. Collision Maxx sent a mobile trailer with representatives to the Highland Village area selling the point that they are located outside the hail damaged area, in Holtom City, TX, and would be able to repair the car in a minimum amount of time based on not being backed up like the local facilitiesHe was given possession of the car on April 14th with the understanding he would begin work immediatelyI called to get an update on the car the following week only to be told they were waiting on MET Life for a adjuster to support a needed supplement due to the amount of the damageI made two other calls over the following two weeks only to be told the same thingAfter having the car for days, I ask what the status of the car was due to my need to return the rental car and was told the same thingI then had a way call including the self proclaimed owner of Collision Maxx, our MET Life Agent and myselfDuring this call it was determined Collision Maxx had possession of the car for days before even contacting MET Life on May 4th asking for a supplementMET Life sent out an adjuster and agreed to provide a supplemental check in the amount of approx$The owner then finally admitted the car had not even been touched, no parts ordered and it would take up to another 2-weeks and possibly more money to repair the carAfter a very unprofessional conversation with the self proclaimed owner and being called a liar when I told him I had neighbors and co-workers that had their cars repaired and returned in to days, the decision was made to take my car to a different facility for the repairsThe owner then stated I would be penalized for $dollar a day for storage for a total of $to pick up my car with absolutely nothing being done to the carThe owner then stated he would discount it a couple hundred dollars if I signed an affidavit saying I would not contact the Revdex.com or place any negative Social Media regarding this matterI immediately declined to sign anything stating thatPlease feel free to review some of the previous postings on Facebook and other social media sites to see the trend of this establishment

I am rejecting this response because: In the attached images you can clearly see the date and time stamp of July 13, at 8:08am I'm not sure if you are trying to open IMG_on a phone or computer, but if you right click image and select file info you will clearly see this information The shop is almost hours round trip from my home and work I don't have the time to drive out to the shop for what will approximately be the 8th trip with no guarantee or assurance you are going to replace the bumper which obviously still does not fit correctly after the countless adjustments your shop has tried to make I am sick of getting the go-round for a job that was never done correctlyThe day of first initial pick up you can clearly see the scratches on the chrome in the attached pictures you are claiming to have damaged the bumper I refuse to waste any more time driving to you shop and getting nowhere with your business

I have spoken with my insurance providerThe shop was supposed to replace the emblems and he know's it was in the estimateThe shop still did not address the body work that the shop performedNor did they address the fact that my insurance paid for parts to be replaced, and instead the shop did a terrible job at trying to repair, without notifying meNow they want me to waive a $deductible for not replacing my front seat trim, which has already been paid for by my insuranceNice tryThe seat trim has been paid for already, the shop just didn't fix itThere were no short cuts taken by my insuranceThey paid to replace everythingThe only short cuts taken were by the shop and the shop managerGiven my insurance didn't pay for the gas tank up front, but the shop was supposed to check the tank to make sure it was leaking before my insurance cut the checkInstead they lied to me about getting it checked and tried to put it off on their mechanicWith all the lies told to me by the shop and all the finger pointing the shop did to put their errors off on everybody else, the only remedy I choose, is for the shop to pay to have the mistakes they made fixed at a reputable shopIt's that simple

I am rejecting this response because:The gentleman that responded is correct My complaint details clearly states that my car was repaired at the Burleson location The bottom line is that your Burleson location caused wiring damages that forced me to pay over $to Hyundai to cover three wiring ports that mysteriously melted and caused wiries to touch I am not going away that easilyExpect a demand letter if this is not resolved amicably

While [redacted] does have some loaner vehicles available for customers in need, those are available on a first come first serve  basis and are not a guarantee. The customer is responsible for procuring their own transportation while their vehicle is being repaired. The repairs for this...

vehicle have already begun and will soon be complete. The customer has already received a hefty discount we will not be able to discount any more than we already have.

Please find included a copy of the estimate and a copy of the invoice for the gas tank inspection.As you can see from the estimate, the insurance company never paid fur the aforementioned emblemsor gas tank repair. There is also the customer's deductible of $750.00 (not $250.00) of which, to thisdate, no portion of this has been paid to us. Collision Maxx agrees that we owe the customer for thecost of the seat back cover, that was not replaced at the request of the customer. The customer has theoption to use the $443.22, for this part, to help offset the cost of his deductible balance. We agree thatthe vehicle needs warranty repair work on the quarter panel and,as we have previously stated, we willhonor that as well. If the customer chooses to have the seat back cover part replaced, that he originallyasked to have left off, then the customer shall be responsible for that portion of his deductible and willneed to make arrangements with us to pay for that portion of his deductible. We are doing our best toresolve this customer's concerns in a fair manner, and have gone above and beyond to help resolve thismatter.
