The customer brought the vehicle in for repairs on 5/1/17. The vehicle was filled up to and on the seats with leftover food and papers. We had to have our car detailer clean the interior before we could send it through the repair process. The customer has two dogs that ride in the vehicle on a...

regular basis as was evidenced by the animal hair all over the interior. The interior of this vehicle has not been cared for. We offered the customer a professional detail at a company down the street, he declined the offer and then spoke with his insurance company. After his insurance company called and I explained that we had offered to have the interior cleaned and the customer had declined...the customer came back to the shop and we paid to have his seats cleaned. We do our best to provide the best customer service we can. We are sorry to hear that the customer was not happy with having the seats cleaned. We feel that we have offered a fair solution to the customer's complaint, we cannot however accept responsibility for damages incurred before we took possession of the vehicle.

The customer entered into a contract when he dropped the vehicle off for repairs and signed said contract. As per the contract there is a termination fee and storage charges, Collision Maxx discounted those charges for the customer, as we are committed to providing the best customer service possible...

I am rejecting this response because:My winshield was cracked in the shops care it was damaged while in there shop. As far as the battery cover, they were aware of that since I first repirted it and I have messages to prove it.

I am rejecting this response because:I picked my car up and it was on a flat, front right tire. My trunk was in disarray with parts and screws all in the back of it, all of the components in trunk were everywhere, not put back together at all. Car had every light on the dash board lit up but they charged me as if they fixed my car back like brand new. Collected over $9500 from my insurance company and $1000 from me that had to be paid in money order.. but they have signs posted that they accept all major credit cards. I have a photo of this on the door as well.. They made it clear to me that I could not pick the car up without paying in cashier check or money order. Because they knew they had been scamming me from the beginning. Hood still had issues and they claim they repaired it. I have attached the photos, and I have also contacted a lawyer in regards to the miles on my car. No gas in car whatsoever and it was on a half tank when I had it towed to [redacted], the 1st collision shop. I had BMW do the full inspection on the vehicle and I received the report that I can attach as well and the findings were unbelievable in regards to the work this shop claim they performed on my car. The hood light was on and that's the part they claimed they called and had BMW assist them with getting repaired. Daytime parking lights alarm on. I mean they did a horrible job of patching up this BMW. I will continue on with my case and have an attorney working on this. The person they have for a secretary or whatever she is would not even provide me with a receipt showing what work they did or what the parts cost. I have pictures of it all and again, my attorney does as well. The acted as if my car hasn't been there over 5 months and I owed them something for lying to me about all this time. That [redacted] person needs to be fired if they want to stay in business, but i'm sure the MGMT told her not to provide any paperwork as it would be all lies any place. The [redacted] from this place was unreal and I will never do business or recommend anyone else doing business there. I have also filed a report with the Attorney General office and that you can find attached as well. You will not get your car back brand new at all after the repairs. Please see photos and report
