remove one of the tiles yourself and place in direct sunlight, you will be able to confirm it as well. Our warranty on the TechFloor website is quite clear in stating: "Exclusions to this warranty are normal wear and tear, damage due to abuse, abrasive conditions, UV exposure, excessive manipulation/repeated installations and exposure to chemical contamination, such as spilled gasoline, oil, etc. We are reasonable people and we believe in customer satisfaction. Depending on the situation, we will either replace your product at no charge or charge you a prorated amount for a replacement.
