Remodel USA enclosed our existing screen porch After different company interviews, we chose Remodel USA because of the quality of their product, their professional manner and competitive price We are very pleased with the end product as well as the completion time and excellent workmanship

We were very pleased with the timeliness and professionalism from the beginning through the final installation

We are waiting for a letter to address the customer’s concernsAn agreement was made between the Subcontractor (electrician) and the customer, but was not part of the Remodel USA agreementWe would like to have the complaint removed, but take responsibility for referring the subcontractorAs soon as we have the letter providing a status update we will add it to this response

I just want to apologize for the misunderstanding that is taking place with *** ***Here are the facts as we see them and we will be happy to send any documentation necessary to back them upThe basement was contracted for to be done on 5/30/Job was scheduled to be completed by 8/31/3.On June 6/6/the payment arrangements were changed and a change order was signed by all partiesThe job pre-install measurement was done and *** *** was advised that the county will require the electric panel upgraded, the cost would be $but we agreed that he can pay the electrician directly $and have it done as a separate contract from the basement4.The basement project started on 8/8/and finished 8/23/5.We have the completion certificate and a blank punch out list signed by both **and ***After the basement was complete and the electric was finished *** *** asked for an estimate for additional electric work to be done by the electrician and was given and accepted an invoice for $that was also done and paid for by *** *** to the electrician for work totally unrelated to the basement work7.At no time were the ***s without electricity in the home or basement except when the actual electrical work was being doneIn order to resolve this complaint and in an effort to get the matter behind all of us we will propose a refund of $from remodel USA in addition to the $that ** *** is willing to refund to *** *** for a total of $We hope this resolves this matter

Gerry and gary the contractors were prompt, courteous and great craftsmen We actually miss seeing them and the progress everyday, they truly were passionate about doing a job they were proud ofWe and they believe in owens corning product They could do basements on the side but choose to install this product because it is the proper way to complete a basement We highly recommend owens corning

I was more than extremely pleased with my bathroom remodels by Remodel USA The contractor Jesee H*** along with Walter and their crew did an EXCELLENT job Jesee was very accommodating, professional, competent, pleasant and I can't say more than enough things in how he did an outstanding job in executed this job from the beginning to the end The process was seemless from gettting the extra materials I needed to paying very close to detail of things I would not have known about I would highly recommend Remodel USA to family, colleagues, friends and neighbors Again job well done and it was a pleasure to work with Jesee and his crew

We were extremely pleased with the process of ordering the materials, planning the sunroom, and the execution of itThe independent contractor who performed the work on the sunroom and deck was very competent, reliable, pleasant, and very accommodatingHe was a hard worker and gave great attention to detailThe electricians who did the wiring were somewhat difficult with which to communicateOne man knew no English and the main electrician knew very little EnglishThe end product is amazingThe people in the head office were also very accommodating and answered all of our questionsI would definitely recommend this company to my friends

The Remodel USA Contractor did a
pre-install check and customer approved the work proceeding Financing was provided and install scheduled, unfortunately *** *** took ill and has been hospitalized Remodel went to customer’s property to install and *** *** stopped workRemodel USA has canceled the project, refunded the customer’s deposit and the contract has been voidedPlease consider the matter resolved
