[redacted] I had to have tub serviced by a local repair institution who charged me $197.00 dollars to fix a warranty issue.Since the remodel USA is no longer affiliated with [redacted] I would assume my warrenty is nill and void. I would like to have my 197.00 refunded, if this is not possible then just drop it

I submitted my name to Remodel USA at a local town festival. I have to say they were RELENTLESS in contacting me. Daily. My wife and I were serious about having work done but the calls were ridiculous. Finally gave in and had the company come by for our free estimate. Be prepared for serious, professional high pressure salesmen. They start outrageously high and make lower offers based on signing the contract asap. Discount for use of project in advertising etc. Bottom line, we wanted what they had and moved forward. Once the job started, everything went well. Very hard working men on site. Rarely took any breaks at all. They did beautiful work. All workers were very polite and courteous. A pleasure to have around. They completed the work in a timely manner and it is truly beautiful. The only reason I am rating this company neutral is based on the early relentless calls and the over the top high pressure sales tactics.

address the customer’s concerns. An agreement was made between the Subcontractor (electrician) and the customer, but was not part of the Remodel USA agreement. We would like to have the complaint removed, but take responsibility for referring the subcontractor. As soon as we have the letter providing a status update we will add it to this response.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to us with additional comment:
We do feel that in view of the fact that our efforts were in vain to ever get our deposit returned considering it's been a year we've been trying.
We feel interest the company has earned and that the explanation furnished by company deserves also return of interest earned 
for the past year and should be included in the return however; we know how many times the nasty replies that we received we are thankful
for the assistance of Revdex.com who was notified and acted on our behalf in order that the decision was made to at least return the deposit after a year.

I had a very positive experience. Financing was simple. I had 27 windows removed and 27 new windows installed. The crew arrived at 8 am and was well organized. They worked diligently for 7 hours. They did a thorough clean up and they were finished. I am very pleased with all aspects of my experience with Remodel USA and will used them for future home improvement projects.
