Regards,
[redacted]i still have not received this letter or agreement from nationwide homes

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaints. I have sent them a response to them pointing out the light fixture was on the original punch list and discussed at the meeting. I also told them that passing the buck on the carpet was unacceptable. Nationwide purchased it and had it installed knowing it did not match. It was also on the original punch list. Now they're saying there's nothing they can do. I do not see how it's not their responsibility to correct this.

Tadlock Roofing has made the adjustments possible to resolve this issue so that this will work properly for her.

All work has been completed from Nationwide. The carpet complaint was submitted to [redacted]. Nationwide does not provide a warranty for carpet. I explained that to [redacted] when we met in [redacted]. Andy MillerDivision President[redacted]

In response to Mr. [redacted]'s letter I would like to state that the picture that has been provided is not of a broken pipe but one that was cut off .  If you will notice there are no jagged edges.  The  picture 3.1 that was provided by the home inspector also shows that the pipe was not...

broken but cut. As a result of the conversation that I had with [redacted] of [redacted] Plumbing and the picture that was provided by the home inspector I do not believe that this was negligence on the part of Tadlock Roofing. In good faith Tadlock Roofing worked alongside [redacted] Plumbing to correct the issue without charging Mr. [redacted] for this work. I would like to ask why we are being notified three months later rather than at the time of the inspection or repair that Mr. [redacted] feels we should compensate them for charges incurred by the Plumbing Contractor. Is there any proof showing that Tadlock Roofing caused these damages other than Mr. [redacted]'s assumption? If there is proof that Tadlock Roofing caused these damages we will be more than willing to compensate Mr. [redacted] for expenses incurred.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. Here are the pics of the carpet. Believe it or not it's the same color in the master bedroom and hall. The lighting is different. Dean Steele at Nationwide emailed me after I spoke with you saying he's working with the sales rep at [redacted].I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

I don't not understand what you are saying. Your construction company on 5/25/17 came to my house and told me that it was going to cost over 30000 to do the repairs. I have this on recording as well. Mr [redacted] you agreed on recording on several occasions that I did not have to pay for work that was not completed until it was completed. And it has not been completed.  Regards,
[redacted]

A signed check was delivered to [redacted]. The lawn has also been repaired to the customers satisfaction by a landscapre company. Tadlock Roofing is currently reviewing estimates from concrete companies and are in the process of scheduling the driveway repair. We will schedule with one and coordinate with Mr. [redacted].

Because of the unique situation on this low slope metal roof and the plexiglass skylights that are installed on it we have had to go back to the job to address issues with the roof. It is a metal building that services big trucks and the bay doors that they open and close cause a vacuum effecting...

the skylights and causing them to shift and move causing damage to the skylights and the adjacent roof. We have also tried to address some of the seams in the metal roof that are leaking. Each time that we have been contacted concerning the metal roof mentioned here we have responded to them and tried to fix any leaks they reported. We are researching this issue with a metal manufacturer to get recommendations to permanently fix this roof system. We will followup with the ownership and schedule a time for this work to be done as things calm down from the hurricane.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
The replacement of the roof by Tadlock was a replacement of the original roof.  The only time the pipe could have been damaged was during the work performed by Tadlock.  If the pipe had been damaged before or after the work performed by Tadlock, there would have been a hole in the roof.  If the pipe never connected through the roof, it would have been discovered during the original building inspection and during the inspection of the home when we purchased it in 1996.  A copy of the home inspection is available and can be provided upon request.  It notes that the vent pipes were inspected and does not note any abnormalities. This complaint was brought to Tadlock''s attention three months after it was repaired because we were under a time constraint to sell the house and could not wait to resolve payment.  We were also in the process of moving.  Immediately following the repair work performed by Tadlock, we also discovered that they had damaged our air conditioning unit which cost us approximately $600 to repair.  Tadlock admitted that their roofing nail had caused the damage at that time, but blamed the location of the air conditioning lines.  It is apparent by the damage to the a/c line and to the plumbing pipe that Tadlock's work was substandard and that their commitment to stand behind their work is non-existent.Regards,

We are happy to schedule requested repairs when balance due Nationwide is paid or will eliminate balance due for the work requested.

Nationwide Homes was previously unaware of the complaints of Mr. [redacted] as he did not purchase directly from Nationwide Homes, but rather a third party builder. As such, our responsibility and warranty support lies with the builder that actually contracted with Nationwide. The claim has now been...

reported by the third party builder to Nationwide. We have reviewed the complaint and reimbursed the builder for the expenses incurred to date.  As I understand, the builder is the only party that has incurred any expenses. If Mr. [redacted] has incurred any expenses, he will need to settle with his builder.  Best Regards,[redacted]Builder Warranty Service

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: Mr. [redacted] came to my house 7-01-16 and told me that the delivery company say its not they responsbility to fix my driveway and that Tadlock will not fix it because everyone in my street driveway is had crack and was repaired before. I explain to him that I don't care about what the neighborhood have I care about what I have mine was not like my neighbors I took care of mine and maintain it he say they will not repair it. I told him I'll let my [redacted] know that they don't want to fix it and we will decide if we will get a lawyer and take it from there. Before [redacted] came to my house I have call the office in [redacted] to speak to someone in the office to hear what they decide about the driveway I had speak to a man extension [redacted] he was very rude he told me that he will not talk to me about the driveway and that they trying to do me a favor to help me and he have noting to say about it I ask why he saying that they trying to help  me that they not helping me they have to fix the damage they workers make on my property. I told him [redacted] had called me and ask me to lie to the Revdex.com that Tadlock fix my driveway and he will see to it that its fix and now todlock don't want to fix it. P.s I try to attach a video of the driveway crack but it's not attaching.

Please see attached documents, Contract and Account Summary.  This contract did not qualify for our 64-day completion guarantee. The customer was told this previous to signing of contract as well as many times during completion. The contract was signed on March 28, 2015. The house was...

released for production on July 29, 2015 and placed online for construction in October, 2015.  The home was delivered to the building site and placed on the foundation on October 15, 2015.Contract stated that [redacted] was responsible for clearing land and providing a gravel driveway to the home site. That work was not completed until Mid-January 2016causing limited access to the property for our contract labor. The hardwood flooring has been replaced and carpet was repaired.  There were no seams in the carpet as stated in the complaint. The shingles that blew off were caused by heavy winds and storms which were replaced by our crews as a consideration to the customer.  We have a contractor at the home currently repairing the living room ceiling as covered by the Nationwide Homeowner warranty. The Certificate of Occupancy was issued on February 18, 2016. The [redacted]'s were not able to close the loan until May 23, 2016 due to complications with the VA loan. Additional delays were caused by a dispute with neighbors over property lines and access for the power provider. The refrigerator was replaced with an identical refrigerator, which is what the customer purchased and paid for.All requests for warranty will be addressed based on the published guidelines included with the purchase of their home.We request that this case be closed immediately.Sincerely,Andy MillerPresident

I added in a picture from google where you can clearly see our foundation on our property with a gravel driveway and full access to the site. These are the main current pictures I have a ton more. The main things I had told would be fixed before closing and have not and it appears they have no intention to is the hardwood floor, the carpet, the walls and ceilings through out the entire home, disastrous baseboards, and chipped/patched vanity that was supposed to be replaced after closing.

As the customer explained the home was finished in 2012. Nationwide provides a 1 year warranty on the product with an additional 10 year warranty provided by 2-10 Homebuyers. This information was provided to the Homeowner at closing. We will contact the Homeowner and provide any assistance they need to make a claim on the warranty.

After reviewing our records that we have available.
