Hey [redacted] , When you registered for the event you agreed that "Pre-purchased items must be picked up during the eventItems cannot be be shipped." The $price you paid for the Shirt, Sunglasses, and Bandanna is the price we charge for people that pick up their itemsYou agreed to this as part of your registrationWe shipped your items to the event and they were ready for you to piso we are sorry that you were not able to pick them up If you want to pay for shipping & handling to have the items shipped to you then we are happy to ship them out to youLet us know and we can make that happen

The event needed to be re-scheduled due to permitting issues which we are working to resolve as soon as possible We have issued a full refund back to your card. We are sorry for the inconvenience that re-scheduling the event has caused and hope that you'll consider running with us

The merchandise I ordered must be refunded, I don't mind losing out on the ticket cost, but I PURCHASED a PRODUCT too, and as a business, if one purchases a PRODUCT and doesn't get it, you should be obligated to make it rightThe ticket cost is understandable, but when I order merchandise from a
