Hey [redacted], When you registered for the event you agreed that "Pre-purchased items must be picked up during the event. Items cannot be be shipped."  The $12 price you paid for the Shirt, Sunglasses, and Bandanna is the price we charge for people that pick up their items. You agreed to this as part of your registration. We shipped your items to the event and they were ready for you to pick-up so we are sorry that you were not able to pick them up.  If you want to pay for shipping & handling to have the items shipped to you then we are happy to ship them out to you. Let us know and we can make that happen.

In that e-mail we included the following link (http://www.thecolorvibe.com/refund-inlandempire.php) for those that preferred to receive a full refund if the new date did not work for them. I am rejecting this response because:I don't show anywhere on any of my records where I was ever issued a refund. Nor did I ever receive anything with the new event date. I will not be in town for the new date. Can you show in your records where you refunded me? None of my bank statements show a refund.
