This company offered to sell a vacation membership (Time Share) in Mexico, the terms of the contract was that once we paid the bundle of fees claimed by the Mexican government we will receive 30K for the sale of the time share. We sent first $1625+$50=$1675 transfer fee to pay for those taxes and attorney fees, then they sent us the proof of the money being wired to my account in which it never happened. Later they said we needed to pay some taxes to the Mexican government in order to get the money for the sale to be released, we ended sending another $3763.20+$50=$3813.20 to cover those taxes and transfer fees, two days later they sent another proof of the money to be wired then the money was held once again. Then they contacted us to pay more taxes in the amount of $3300+$50=$3350 for those taxes and transfer fees. Then they were requesting another $5800 later, but since this was not happening we said we were not sending any more money and their attorneys from Mexico informed that we needed to pay in order to complete the transaction. The broker Eddie *** provided information from Ralph *** (CEO) indicating that once I was paying the $5800 they will deposit all of the money into my account, but I started suspecting fraud on these accounts. Their attorneys from Guerra and Nunez and Associates started contacting me to send the $5800 and informed that I was not able to do so since we have already gave to them $8838.20. They tread me with filing a law suite against me. The last contact with them was on 04-30-2019. Now since that time they have disconnected their numbers and not responding to my emails at all. I need to make sure we prosecute this company or any of their representatives, I have all of the information.

Colorado Acquisitions contacted me in February to state they had a buyer for my Mexican time share (***). I agreed and received theiroffer letter which I accepted. Then the process began in which they stated in Mexico the seller had to paid all Mexico tax fees before the Mexican government would release the purchase price. Colorado had a Mexican law firm doing this action (Nunez Guerra y Associates 225 int-2 Torre Icon, Colonia Puerta de Hierro, Zapopan, Jalisco MX). Colorado's Agent John *** contacted me weekly as I made four tax payments. Then a Edgar *** called to say he replaced John *** because John *** was being investigated. Mr *** told me to send the last tax payment (all of which total $66,702) and that the Mexican government would release my sales price. Then the Mexican lawyers informed me that their government was reviewing the process as of May 3rd. Meanwhile I have not heard from Colorado and their phones/emails are not working.

I was approached to sell some timeshare I have in Mexico. I did research to see if I could validate the legitimacy of the companies I was dealing with and it appeared to be real. once a price was determined a sale contract was drafted and I was requested to pay a fee of $2034. I questioned the fee since they showed evidence that the funds were available. Although I was skeptical I had never worked an international sale of this nature and I paid the fee. The balance owed to me was to be sent, however I soon was told that the Mexican Government had put a hold on funds of this nature so that taxes were to be paid. The buyer was responsible but once again they were expecting me to front the money. I refused to do so and have since cancelled this sale. They now are to refund my money but are saying I will be charged 5% for cancelling. At no time was there any disclosure of me owing taxes and the upfront charge of $2034 was listed but at no time have we contacted the Resort, to change hands nor have I signed over the property.

I was contacted by Colorado Acquisition Partner(Victor ***) in Jan'19 stating they had a buyer who wanted to buy my timeshare in Mexico. I was sent to his supervisor Mark *** who had Luis *** a lawyer from Mexico (***).I was sent a contract stating I would have to pay bundle fees up front $2461 only listed and will get my payment in 3-5 days. I paid this money to a Bank in Mexico-*** beneficiary name *** Then Mr *** and *** contacted me stating I had to pay a SAT tax fee. We settled on the registration fee only and I would take care of the tax in the States and also I was not informed of this additional fee when I signed the contract. I proceeded to pay the $1980 to the *** again (beneficiary ***). Two weeks past and I was told Mr *** was in the hospital and Mr. would assist. Now they are stating I have to pay a Fideicomiso termination fee of $3500. I explained to Mr *** none of these fees are in the contract and cannot continue to pay for this as I was not advised. He stated it was new to them as well, if I wish to cancel I can but will not get my money back because it was paid out and will owe them 5% commission still.
