The cancellation form we need was sent to you by your agent on March 22, 2017; however, to date, we have not received the form back. The form was sent to you again on May 12, with the request for proof of sale of the vehicleThe agent has verified that you did receive the email with the attachment on May while on the phone with him. As soon as the documentation and form are returned to your agent, we will expedite the cancellation and get the amount due recalculated and the collections updated or stopped depending upon the outcome of the recalculationYou will be provided an accounting of the account once completedAs far as this being the second time, our records show that this is the first and only time this policy has been cancelled for non-payment and sent to collections. You did have a homeowner policy with us that had to be cancelled for not meeting Underwriting guidelines and a refund check was sent to you February 14, 2017.
