Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: I contacted the company year ago and was met with un-resolve, and "I will get back to you soon", or "we will take care of this"I have been trying to get someone from the company to come and look at the issue for year nowI did speak with Glenn today (3/13/2018) and he said he would talk to the owner again to see if he could convince him to participate in a phone callLet's be clear here I am not in pursuit of free services or a free mealI hired CHE to do a job specified earlier and that job was not accomplished and made worse by their abatement servicesThe three day window for warranty on services is the lowest and least amount of time frame I have seen as of yetI didn't go up into the attic previously because I believed they did what they were under contract to doI do not want to spread the asbestos from the attic to conditioned living spaces, hence the notion not to elect to go into the atticI would not in my wildest dreams believe that the insulation that was to be removed would be tossed around into the atticI have sent over to Glenn some pictures of the attic, and am in the process of sending a reduced file size of the videoI do appreciate Glenn for taking my call and for providing me with the third party results, however these results can be met with concernThe area where the drywall was removed by CHE was also sealed with a plastic barrier from the attic; thus creating a containment from the atticThe asbestos spill happened in the attic not in the containment in the living roomI would look forward to further discussion on this matter with CHE, if they are willI just want this resolved, and fixed to proper way
Sincerely,

Good Day to you at the Revdex.comMy name is Glenn G*** and I am a project manager for Colorado Hazardous EnvironmentalI was asked by our company Colorado Hazardous Environmental to address Mr*** *** complaint on behalf of our companyColorado Hazardous Environmentals' contention is that this
complaint being filed approximately years ( 650+ days) after we successfully completed this project, we find the entire complaint to have no merit or validationI have submitted a copy of the original signed contract that very explicitly states that Mr*** had days to review and or inspect our work that we performed successfully back in April of 2016, please review Section of Page of our signed contractAnd I say successfully because we as a company had an independent 3rd party (Buildsafe Environmental Consulting) perform post abatement clearance testing on Mr*** home back on 4/20/2016, upon officially completing the asbestos abatement processI have attached a copy of the original asbestos abatement post clearance testing results that was performed by *** *** *** on 4/20/Had we as a company did what Mr*** Claims, there is no possible way that we could have successfully passed asbestos abatement post clearance testingIn fact, we would have failed testing miserablyMr*** claims that we did not perform our services on one hand, then states that because we DID perform services, we caused additional damage, other wise known as an ASBESTOS SPILL*** *** *** would not have passed CHE successfully had we caused a spillIt is also our contention that Mr*** is an industry professional with accreditations and / or degree's in The Home, Residential and Commercial Construction Industry, and as an industry professional, Mr*** knows full well that his complaint or claim against Colorado Hazardous Environmental holds no validityColorado Hazardous Environmental believes that Mr*** is simply fishing for monies, labor, materials or like at no cost to himself apxtwo years after the factIt is also Colorado Hazardous Environmental's contention that any disturbance in Mr*** attic regarding his insulation may have been caused by contractors that he hired to either replace his drywall, or other contractor that he may have hired in the past yearsWe at Colorado Hazardous Environmental do as a company address every one of customers complaints, but in Mr*** case, there is a common sense limitation to this claim made regarding our work that we performedAnd this complaint far exceeds that limitationAs would anyone with common senseMr*** being an Industry Professional notwithstandingAny questions, our office number is (720) 583-0840, and my personal cell number is (303) 210-Respectfully and Sincerely, Glenn G*** Project Manager for Colorado Hazardous EnvironmentalThank you for your time
