I am rejecting this response because: A "permit" is permission to park in the lot - it does not specify a type of proof. Yes, I had not received the sticker yet. As I've communicated several times, I purchased my condo and closed on January 15, 2016. The title company, in collaboration with the HOA, gave me a letter with explicit directions to keep this on my dashboard for the two weeks until the stickers could be issued. I specifically asked if that would be sufficient to avoid ticketing. The representative who came to remove the boot verbally told me that I should not have been booted once I pulled the letter from the dash to show her. She did communicate that all I needed to do to receive a refund was to submit the proof of "permit" (again, permission to park in the space), to the address on the ticket, which I promptly did. I continue to dispute this charge and stand by my claim that you are operating under false business practices. Your claims resolution option is insufficient and there is no option to follow up with anyone other than by taking it to the Revdex.com. This is unacceptable.

Colorado Parking Services was hired by the property management company that manages "The [redacted] Shopping Center" The lot behind your space is part of that property. [redacted] does not have any agreements with "The [redacted] Shopping Center" to allow its Tenets or Customers to park in their lot. Signs...

were placed at each entrance in compliance with Boulder city code 7-6-14. The signs say "Parking for [redacted] Shopping Center Customers Only, Violators will be booted or towed at owners expense" The two people chose to ignore the signs and parked in the lot anyways. A Ticket is placed under the windshield wiper with a "Explanation" to why the car was impounded (booted).  Your claim that we refused to explain is false its was clearly written on the ticket. Had they asked the parking attendant that was there to remove the boots the attendant would have explained why the cars were booted also.  Work through the issue, Refund extorted amount, or communicate with you is also false.  The parking attendant always explains how to contest the boots to the address on the back of the receipt. We are private company hired to monitor private property just like a tow company. Police have no authority on private property. If Private parking service companies did not exist then people would park where ever they want with no repercussions.

Colorado Parking Services is hired to enforce parking rules on private property.  The rules of this property clearly state in both your lease and signs posted on the property that you must have a permit displayed in your vehicle to park in that lot.  When your car was booted there was no...

permit in your vehicle a fact that you don't even dispute.  Even though you know you made a mistake you continue to slander this company instead of take accountability for your actions. We are the number one Parking company along the front range our customer satisfaction among the property managers that hire us is through the roof. The reason you have places to park in your lot is because of Colorado Parking Services. Based on the evidence presented by you and the fact that you do not denied not having a permit displayed in your vehicle your appeal has been denied.
