Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 9, 2015/10/27) */ This matter will be handled in court on the 30th of this month Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 13, 2015/11/03) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) The matter was not resolved on October 30, Again I request that Mr [redacted] tear out the patio that he built on Wednesday September 27, and replace it with an identical patio that meats the requirements specified in Section Rof the International Building Code Council adopted by the City and County of Denver which states "Impervious surfaces within feet (3048mm) of the building shall be sloped a minimum of 2% percent away from the building." Because the patio Mr [redacted] built is approximately feet away from the building that means it should have a slope of 2% or at least three inches from the high point to the low point in order to meet the code requirements. The patio that Mr [redacted] built carries a drop of less than one inch or slope of less than 1%If Mr[redacted] is not willing to correct his mistake immediately and replace the current patio with a patio that carries a 2% slope or three inch drop in order to meet Rcode requirements then I request that he specifically state thatIf Mr [redacted] is states that in this case he is completely unwilling to abide by the standards specifically stated in section Rof the International Code Council: Adopted by the City and County and Denver and therefore will NOT replace our patio with a patio that carries a 2% slope and three inch drop as defined by the code, I will consider the matter resolved as far at the Revdex.com is concerned and will proceed to resolve this situation through alternative means Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 21, 2015/12/03) */ this matter is in the courts hands

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 7, 2015/09/02) */ I've never spoke with mrs [redacted] not one time after the job was complete last year not one time! I've always talked to her husband Officer [redacted] through text and phoneI've never been hostile or threatening,,,,please give me a breakthats just defamation of characterWe were in fact scheduled for Sat8/29/but an issue occurred with one of my work trucks so I could not make it there sat it was out of anyone's handsI spoke with her husband the same day and we arrived Monday and the issue has been completely resolved Complaint Response Date bumped because: Holiday Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 9, 2015/09/10) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) It is blatantly obvious the character and intelligence level of this man by his response and his lack of grammar/vocabulary skills, so I shall not my hold my breath for an apology nor courteous outcomeHe must have a hard time remembering all of his clients that he has spoken rudely toI have spoken with [redacted] (unfortunately) but have recently only heard him speak rudely with my husband (I monitored the calls but let my husband actually do the talking)Every time my husband has spoken to ***, he has had it on speakerphone and recorded it so I may hear what [redacted] had to sayFinally, one of ***'s employees came out to "fix" the water featureAfter letting the concrete set (as we were instructed to do so), we turned on the water again just to find it is having the same issue of lack of water pressure to one side of the waterfallInstead of even attempting to get this company back out to fix it (for the 3rd time), my husband is attempting to fix it himselfThere is no way that this company can stay afloat with their consistent lack of inconsistencyGood luck to any consumer that dare hire themThere is nothing more this company can do for us, as they would never show anyway, therefore, my only hope is to have this compliant been seen by perspective future clients and save them the hassle Final Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 14, 2015/09/17) */ This project was completed last yearthere was an issue with the pump for the waterfall that we fixedThe issue has been resolved! Final Consumer Response / [redacted] (3000, 16, 2015/09/18) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) In response to the owner's comment from this morning (I reply immediately vsafter several days, such as how his company works), we do not except his "response"After waiting again for several days, we ended up fixing the water feature ourselvesWe do not wish to deal with this company any furtherThis complaint can be closed with the caveat that the customer in fact ended up having to fix the issue on their own accord

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:As discussed, we have not been contacted by CS Landscape and Concrete to resolve our issues with the fading color on our concrete patios and improper installation of the drain pipe As you can imagine, we are eager to get the ball rolling on our Revdex.com complaint as soon as possible Please advise Mr [redacted] that he can call my husband, ***, anytime day or evening at [redacted] Sincerely, [redacted] ***

I then called [redacted] after the issues with the sub contractor they used A contract is an agreementThe agreement can be reached orally, by email, text message, or any other means (some contracts do have to be in writing to be enforceable, but a text message can be a sufficient writing)Most contracts do not require witnesses, notaries, or other formalities to be bindingHowever, if you did not intend to be bound until you had signed a document, you did not form a contractIn other words, if you sent a text saying "I agree to pay you $for your car", you would be bound by this contract" Therefore ***'s company has a legally binding and enforceable contract to do the work as spelled out in numerous court cases Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 10, 2015/10/27) */ Again I have no contract with you thank you take care!
