I am rejecting this response because: although your apologizes are welcome they do nothing to address the issue at handYou keep referring to a day return policy which you know well would leave me out of close to 2,dollarsFurthermore I would review the case with your sales team that sold me the carAfter I purchased the car, had it transported to Michigan, had it inspected (at my expense per request of *** ***) by the BMW master mechanic, and sent your dealership the report to your team, they waited to get back to meDays later they finally answered my phone call and said they would speak to management concerning possible partial reimbursement costs which were detailed via emailAfter countless emails and phone calls (which were never returned) the days return policy had passedYour dealership clearly knew what it was doing and sold me an unsatisfactory product, received the report well in advance, and held out settling with me on the evident non-disclosed major defects in the vehicle until after your return policy expired! You sold me a vehicle with $5,plus worth of defects and non-original parts that needed to be replacedRead that carefully and let it sink in, the facts are clear and conciseYou need to reimburse me the costs for failing to disclose the defects and holding out past the days return period so I got stuck with the truck and footing the expenseive and urgent repairsThe infuriating thing was when they finally called me back, I was told that your dealership made a legal sale in the state of Texas and the day return policy had expired! Basically I am out of luck and your dealership is "off the hook"You should be ashamed of yourselves. For records I have attached the master mechanic world class inspection report performed when I received the truckReview it so you may understand the gravity of the situation and how faulty and unacceptable the vehicle you sold me truly was.

After reviewing the repair with the technician and the customer, I found we did charge Mr*** for a part the technician did not ultimately put on Mr***'s vehicleI spoke to Mr*** last night and I agree the correct thing to do is refund him for the part. I appreciate his business and will be glad to be of assitance should he need it in the future. Tell us why here

Leif Johnson Ford has been in conversation with Mr.***Leif Johnson Ford offered in writing to give Mr*** the option of returning the truck under the day privilege even though it was outside of the dayMr*** did not want to return the vehicle under those pretenses but instead

Vehicle owner was contacted and we verified that she was satisfied with Truck City Ford's quick turn around on her vehicle's repairs and with a loaner vehicle provided free of chargeVehicle's owner stated they were going to contact Revdex.com again with follow up response to

I spoke with *** *** on February 20, and went through the initial repair back on September 8. for her check engine light concern. After reviewing the repairs with Mrs*** on September 8, 2015, as discussed she had an evaporative emissions leak which also can cause concerns with the vehicle to buck and jerk while driving. We performed the repairs which took care of the check engine light and after post repair road test found no ohter concerns. Mrs*** acknowledged that her check engine light is no longer on but feels that she has a transmission concern that is intermittent and was uable to get the vehicle concern to reoccur while at the shop. Again, I offered Mrs*** to bring the vehicle back in for our service department to look at, at no expense to her, she declined to bring the vehicle back to us at this point. Best Regards,*** ***

*** *** and I discussed reimbursement of the charge as well as the possibility of a blown head gasket I am unable to determine if the head gasket is blown at this time but will continue to work with *** if the degas bottle symptoms show up on longer drives

I am rejecting this response because:if Leif Johnson truly wanted to resolve this issue they would have accepted my offer of me paying $and meeting in the middle because I have been told dealerships have money for issues such as this
